The salesman was nice however dont trust there website. Online it said there were over 20 vehicles that we were interested in stock. Upon arriving to the car lot (after driving an hour) they had less than 20 vehicles total and only 1 of the models we were interested in! We asked why the website showed over 20 and the response was theyre in transit and the website does not indicate. So long story short, call before you make the trip to make sure what you are interested in is ACTUALLY THERE. Fix your website...

Ask for Susan Fisher! Buying my 2021 GR Supra 3.0 Premium online from out of state was a breeze. I was shopping around for a decent price for a new Supra and my local dealership did not want to budge on their 2021. I saw that Toyota Direct met the asking price I wanted with their advertised Internet Price. Put in a request and Susan answered that she would honored the price advertised (no bait switch). It’s a 2021 model and it’s still 2020!!! Susan was helpful and patient explaining the purchase process since I’m buying the car from out of state. It was refreshing not to get pressured by a salesperson. She provided sound advice on the difference in model trims and glad she did. The model trim I originally wanted (A91 Special Edition) did not have the Head-Up Display compared to the regular model. I’m glad I listened. From the comfort of my home, we did all the paperwork online from putting down a reserve deposit, loan paperwork, and purchase paperwork. Notably, Susan made sure that I was taken care of to include making sure the Supra was prepared for transport to where I live. Buying a car out of state, purchasing a car from the comforts of my house and no typical sales pressure. I would buy from Toyota Direct again. ASK FOR SUSAN FISHER!

I brought my 2011 Tundra in for rubbing noise (from the dust/brake back plate) after I replaced the rear brakes and rotors with OEM parts. Dealer Diagnostics results, I would have to pay for 3 hours to have them grind down the metal (back brake plates) or pay to have the rear wheel bearings replaced. I shouldn’t have to pay for Toyota’s deign flaws regardless of the mileage. After speaking with the service manager they agreed to take off $500 on a $2,616.14 design flaw. After I replaced back brakes and rotors! Never again Toyota! Direct Columbus, Ohio!

I finally decided its time to buy a new Corolla Hatchback XSE after 12 years owning a Corolla, very well serviced by Toyota Direct. While no cars were immediately available, Islam worked with his contacts to have the car I had decided would be my next within 2.5 weeks. This place: amazing! The service: outstanding! I had the worst experience at this dealership. They sold me a lemon. I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe, a week later the engine broke down randomly, I took the vehicle back and none of the employees were helpful, I waited for hours until I got an update that it would take them from 1-2 months to fix the vehicle so leaving me no option but to purchase another one. I asked the manager if he was aware the vehicle had damages or if there were any alerts from the inspections, the manager lied and said he didn’t. If you’re looking into getting a car DO NOT COME HERE! Worst experience ever!! I highly do not recommend and would like for you guys not to waste your time and money.

Had a great experience with Dee and Fadi!Just as important as the quality and price of the car we bought was their customer service. We brought our two young boys in and they were very kind and accommodating as we signed the paper work.

Unfortunately seem to focus all on sales but when it comes to service this dealership is no good. It must have been about 6 or more times over the last two years Ive tried to reach someone for a technical question and I couldnt. Cant reach a tech and they simply dont call back. Dont believe me, try calling yourself and talk to a technician about a possible problem. Last attempt was to get a simple service quote. Again, got transferred to service, didnt answer and shocker, they never called back. I then filled out an online contact form on their website and expressed my frustration about not being able to reach anyone and guess what? Nobody responded. Ive given you guys a try too many times on this and youve failed every time and repeatedly. Youll never see me at your dealership anymore.

We came in for an oil change. We had an appointment as weve been here many times and many cars before. There was a long wait for something that should have taken only a hour to do. Normally, this would have been a situation to be upset about but the lady, Ashley, we were being helped by was not only apologetic with sincerity for a situation that was out of her hands but was so nice and went above and beyond to make things right. She took care of us like it actually mattered when most customer service people are like sorry, it its what it is. This is the reason we keep coming back to this location. Most places are too money driven to care about how the customers experience goes. cause who is one person compared to the many? I would definitely recommend this location over anywhere else.

Ordered our 2021 Sienna during the pandemic with very specific options and emphasized that we weren’t coming to the dealership except to sign the paperwork and get the keys, despite their repeated attempts to get us there.When they said the car was ready, we arrived to sign the paperwork, but the process took over two hours and them trying to upsell us. When we finally got the car it turned out to have neither the roof rack nor mud flaps we paid for.Frustrated, we agreed to let them refund the roof rack (it can’t be added at the dealer), and install the mud flaps later. Six months later, after several calls and one visit to the service department to get the mud flaps, they still haven’t provided them and now claim to have no record of owing them to us.

Fantastic service so far. I just traded my Ford f150 in for a 2021 Tacoma. Working with Nasir Bary was great. After the first number crunch it didnt look like we were going to be able to go through with it but he worked with me to get the value of trade in up a bit and monthly payment down a bit. Will definitely be going back for my wifes car when its time

Aaron Kotich and the team were AMAZING at Toyota Directs service! I had been trying to remove my license plates with completely rusted, stripped screws for WEEKS without success - not only did they remove both license plates and install the new one, they did so without charging me and gave me extra screws to replace the ones that had become unusable. As a bonus, their waiting room has complimentary coffee and slushees :)

Had 15K service today...this is the 2nd time they have damaged the paint on my Tundras Doors due to the person doing the service opening the door into the rack that raises the truck up. The last time it was chipped down to the bare metal & they had to repaint the right side of truck to blend in...this time it didnt go all the way through the paint. Service guy who writes things up took it back to be buffed immediately so I cant fault them. Its the workers who actually drive your vehicle back to the rack to be serviced. This is very irritating when youre trying to take care of a $60K truck that you plan to keep forever and the only time it gets damaged is when I take it for service at the dealership. Even though this is just Common Sense...maybe they need to have a class & train these guys on how to open a Trucks door when inside the rack so that you dont damage it.

Just had another great experience with Brandon Le and the service department. I came in to to get an exterior piece replaced under warranty that Brandon had to order. While I was here they took care of a screw I picked up two nights ago in my front right tire. I was In and out in less than an hour and everything was covered!
