I give them no stars. In November, my BMW was towed there. Les, who Ive known for over twenty years owned it then. I trusted him, but he sold his business after my car was there. I paid $2,000 for the repair they said they made, and they wont repair my car, or give me an update on my car. They took my car to Kar Tunes, and they refuse to give them any information on my car. My car insurance company tried to contact Automotive Services, and they couldnt get them to answer the phone. They told me this meets the legal definition of car theft, so I filed a car theft claim with them. Theyre a very shady company now.

This is the best place I’ve ever taken my car and I’m never going anywhere else. I’ve brought my car here twice and both times it was a breath of fresh air. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind, and very honest. The prices are fair and there’s no surprises. Both times the estimate was what I paid. Chris is so kind to answer all my questions and I feel like I can really trust his judgement. Also the work has been done so quickly- I have my car back for work tomorrow and it’s such a relief. I highly recommend Automotive Services. This is a great local business worth supporting and I’m glad they’re part of our community.

Love this shop. We’ve taken our truck there twice and both times we were treated great and we weren’t over charged for the services. I feel like this is one of the few honest mechanics around. This will be the only shop we take our vehicles to here!

I can not say enough good things about this business and in particular Mr. Les. I was traveling through Columbus when my car started overheating and smoking. According to Waze this was the closest mechanic to me - lucky me!! I called and described my situation. Mr. Les directed me to his shop and once he determined the issue expedited the repair and got me on my way. He even gave everything else a once over and made a few recommendations to help keep my car running smoothly - knowing these maintenance/repairs would be done elsewhere! If you are in the Columbus, Ga, area and you are looking for an honest, efficient and reasonable mechanic Mr. Les is your man!

Got a 95 deville been to 4 shops two in Atlanta two in Columbus ga two mobile machanic no one could get it running sat over a year n a half I brought four computers, fuel parts still no run heard about automotive services got it towed in and the had her running in a day after running tests it was the fuel regulator n needed gaskets and vacuum lines real good tune up

Les took care of a problem we were having with our Cavalier. Looked him up again to come back for another unrelated repair and cant imagine going anywhere else. Had to take a moment and leave a review. He kept us informed the whole way through and kept his word regarding when the repairs would be finished. Repair was a success. Fair pricing.
