They would rather lie and almost cause my tire to pop by saying the nail in my tire that I saw WITH MY OWN EYES doesnt exist than do their job. worst walmart auto center.
After 50 minutes they give me my keys saying no one can drive a manual .so stupid
I replaced tow tires on my car. After that the tires run with loud noisy.They couldnt fixed the problem. Even they dont do wheel alignment.Finally I went to other tire shop. I dont recommend your tire change at Walmart.
No one never answered the phone, and no one at the front desk. I wont return there.
I purchased 4 brand new tires and an oil change all for $288! You cannot beat that price. Everywhere else I was quoted $450 for just the tires. The wait was a couple hours, but the technician was upfront with me about it and I assumed the wait would be long considering it was a Saturday so that didn’t bother me. I had great customer service by the tech, I can’t remember his name but I remember his name tag having a sign on it saying “retired veteran” and he was very respectful and helpful. He even called me when my vehicle was ready to pick up. Overall I am pleased with my services here and had no problems and will return in the future with any tire or oil change needs.
Worst service Ive ever seen from an auto shop. I was told there was going to be a 3 hour waiting time. I said okay. Is it okay if I go get some breakfast. John said yes no problem be back within an hour. So I get back within the hour and Sam is behind the desk this time. She says we had to skip you cause you werent here. I said John told me I would be fine if I was only gone an hour. Then she looks at me and says well we have to restart your entry with a snoody attitude. Okay keep the tires you special orders Ill go somewhere else. So rude. I will never go back to that place. Wont do my shopping there either.
The TLE staff at this location try to make sure your vehicle is taken care of nicely.
Lent the assistant manager smile and immediately made me feel welcome. She told me that she could fit me right away! She had my oil change and out in 20 mins. Fastest ever!
I was the first customer of the day, quoted a 45 minute wait time. That was 90 minutes ago and I can hear the employees gossiping about another coworker, arranging schedule changed, and not working on my car. They also said they replaced my burnt out headlight but that the new bulb didnt work, so I need to have it checked for an electrical issue. Except I watched from the window while they watched a youtube video about how to switch out the bulb without unscrewing everything.I trust them for tires and oil changes, the price is competitive, and if you are there when they open its a short wait time. But dont let them touch your lights.
Went in for a simple battery change... the mechanic forgot to replace two cables on my power distributor and my car went into limp mode and locked up a mile down I70 with the engine overheating. NOT safe. I didnt have the necessary tools to remove the mounting bracket on the side of the interstate in the dark and ended up having to get a tow... Great price on the battery, but waiting over an hour for a tow truck and footing extra expenses for transportation and repair while missing valuable work time, I would have been a lot better off going to the dealership. Over $250 for a $100 battery swap... 0/5
Went to get my oil changed.. was told it would be about 30 minutes. Went back after an HOUR and they hadnt even started.. my car was the only one there.. lady told me to come back in a half hour bc they were just then pulling my car in and starting. Went back and it w as s still not done. Waited almost two hours for what I was told would take 30 minutes. Had to miss class. Ita been about 3 weeks now and the panel that you have to remove to change my oil was not tightened properly as it had fallen and is now bent all to hell and I had to drive my car like that with the panel dragging to a garage and have it removed now I have to buy a new part and pay someone to put it on because of walmarts negligence.. will NEVER be taking my car back to another walmart EVER they are the absolute worst.
This place... Wow! Last night the employee working told my husband they didnt have/carry the Douglas tire we were looking for even though online it said they had them in stock. All 5 that i needed! The employee continued to tell my husband the ONLY tire in stock for size 205 55r16 was a goodyear much more expensive. After this I didnt want to return to this location for anything. (I later found out this was a lie). Well, i ended up at another location because they had the Douglas tires i wanted in stock. I asked that location about my van tire because i had roadhazard on it and it needed replaced. Well the copy of my receipt wasnt enough, which i had been told by other tle employees would suffice. They couldnt find me in their system and sent me back here. This location had no problem finding me & my van. 2hrs later i had my tire replaced for $2. Also, Ken, if youre not the manager you shouldnt pretend to be one on the phone to a customer. Im sure Leny & Will would highly disapprove of this. Just like the sweet lady helping me told you NOT to do. Also, its not very appropriate to trash talk your other stores & its employees. Ive personally cleaned up both of your messes! Youre welcome by the way.
Waited 1.5 hours to have them tell me the tire I wanted wasn’t in stock and was told they were changing it when it was sitting in parking lot. Incompetent staff blamed it on them not being there?!
My wife took our car in today to get a oil change before we leave town for mothers day weekend...she dropped car off and was walking around with are son she was told she would be called when car was done...after a hour she went back and because our car has a knock in the engine that it has had for the past 3 years the mech refused to do a oil change and cancelled her order while never contacted my wife so just wasted over a hour of our time she still needs a oil change...also would like to add that we have had our oil changed at walmart atleast 5 times over the past couple years and never had a problem..we wont be doing any shopping at this walmart period from now on now I understand why there are so many poor reviews
Horrible service, slightly cheaper than most places but not worth waiting 3 hours for an oil change... If you need something done just go to the Valvoline around the corner
Went there on a Saturday and they said they had no one to work on tires. Finally coming back after trying for the third time and I wait two hours to get a nail out of my tire.
Easiest Flat repair 3 hours.Super slow.

Wow!!! All I needed was a valve stem on ONE TIRE. I came in at 8am and was one of the first customers and I’ve waited for more than an hour. Not cool
You get what you pay for, that is about all I can say. Check your oil before you pull away if you get an oil change, my daughter learned the hard way.

4 technicians available, but they can only do 1 oil change at a time. Furthermore, when I arrived at the bay, they refused to tell me how long a wait it was and instead had me wait for the guy at the register. Absolutely ridiculous
