I needed a tie rod for my van passenger side outside tie rod I saved myself about $40 buying it there freaking AutoZone wanted 60 for 63 or basically $70 I believe too much lifetime warranty I got lifetime warranty limited warranty on the other one so thats all I need to freaking $2,000 van whats a lifetime of that not very long so advanced took me up and it was quick in and out

Needed a battery, got a 4yr with better cranking amps for $75 less than I expected based on checking the web, and they installed it!

I have shopped here a couple of times due to the convenience of it’s location to work. I have had issues with the level of customer service sadly at this location! They seem hesitant in taking an item back if defective and seem to put the responsibility on the customer to prove the same! They need to be clear on their return policies up front to avoid negative experiences and poor customer service.

When I went in this time to exchange a rotor that was under warranty that I paid 90.00 for all of a sudden my name wasint in the computer. My rewards, warranty, even phone number wasint even avalible anymore. Ill never shop at advance again. There must be employees that have outside influence over them that control your store advance. They are easily pressed to do what people tell them to do and the hell with your rules and regulations because they totally disregarded them. I do not recommend going to the one on high street or any of them for that matter! I would have given no stars, if it wasint a have to. Auto zone or Napa will get my business from now on!

WHAT A JOKE. I cannot believe these high rating reviews. I went to the store in Hilliard for a headlight that was recommended by a worker there. It turned out to be the wrong headlight. I was out and about and I figured Id stop by the West Broad location since it was convenient. I was unaware there were any restrictions as far as returns went. Normally if they do not verbally explain it, theyll be on the receipt. The man in auto at the West Broad location abruptly asked us what we needed once we walked in. I explained that I bought the wrong bulb and I was wanting to know if I could exchange it. He immediately shoots me down and says RUDELY Nope, cant do that. Its already opened I responded back with I understand that but I didnt realize the bulb was the wrong one until I tried to replace the bulb, I even asked the worker at the Hilliard for advice. The guy then snarks back Well then go talk to him. I cant help you. I then said back this is the same company, I dont understand the problem? He sternly said without any care not my store not my problem. My boyfriend was also with me, he wanted to return something as well. He didnt open the package or anything just bought too many bulbs. The same guy said he couldnt help with the return since it wasnt His store. AFTER THAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, we drive back to the Hilliard location. The guy helping us out without hesitation helped us with the exchange. I even asked him about the return policy. The guy confirmed that was only for tools, and appliances. People often mix up bulbs so it wasnt a big deal to exchange. WEIRD BECAUSE THIS WEST BROAD LOCATION TOLD ME THE EXACT OPPOSITE. Then I asked the guy about the whole store to store returns issue that I had at West Broad.. the guy confirmed that wasnt a thing. He laughed and said well apparently theyre not working there to help their customers. Long story short, it was the worst excuse for customer service.

Advance Auto covers most if not all of your automotive needs. The more common items are available in-store with others available to be delivered. I find the prices to be significantly higher than online options, so shop around online if you can. However, for a quick light bulb or washer fluid Advance is a good option.

Prices online are lower than in store. You can stand there and order it on your phone and pick it up later. Pretty annoying but they still offer some complimentary services which is very nice

Brought in dead battery on warranty. Younger employee said it tested ok, and asked if I wanted to charge it or buy a new one. I explained that its under warranty, so I want a new one for free. He got manager and I left with a new (free) replacement battery. Manager didnt ask any questions.

Had a issue with my vehicle and Auto Zone was no help what so ever. I came to the location on W.Broad St and I was helped by the G.M. and he came out to look at my vehicle and was able to help me pin point the problem.. I WILL SHOP NOWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

Always very helpful and knowledgeable staff at this location. They usually have whatever part we need, or will either direct us to another local store or order it for us. Cant beat a friendly staff, and plus its not AutoZone, enough said, lol.
