My car died had to call and see how much a battery cost. Very quick to answer my call and look it up. We get there and napa was getting our battery ready while we was taking our old one out. Excellent service
Always have the part I need as this is one of their distribution centers, plus a great selection of tools, accessories, and more. Will definitely be going back for any of the parts and tools I need to keep my car running at tip top shape.
Good service and good people but a little more pricey.
Overall good. Went to buy an advertised special. Was told none available locally. Only way to get was have shipped. Charged $19 - and had to pay in advance. Still a fair deal but disappointing to be charged extra. Really wish theyd do a better job stocking if they are going to advertise it.

Whenever I have gone to another auto parts store I always wish I wouldve just gone to NAPA. This NAPA is particularly helpful. I had one sales associate spend almost 30 minutes looking for an obscure, old bearing replacement (he found one). It was a $12 sale. Everytime I go in there no question I ask is too dumb (and I ask a lot of dumb questions) and the staff is so helpful. This combined with a cavernous selection of parts makes this store a great place.

Been here many time over many years. Not sure why but never friendly or helpful. Would highly recommend going to one of the branches if you want any kind of service. Sure they have the part you need in the warehouse behind them but not worth the experience in my mind. Sorry.

I’ve seen others comment how terrible the service is here and I have to agree. After plowing through a list of items I needed to no avail I finally decided to just get spark plugs and the specialist couldn’t even help identify the difference between two no name brand crappers after they didn’t stock bosch or ngk. For the record i came here for a thin wall spark plug, socket, spark plugs, a battery, and a spark plug coin. Pretty run of the mill stuff. Guess I’ll buy it on amazon like everyone else.

This location has the largest parts selection and inventory of any other parts stores in the Columbus area. whenever we need must have today parts, I can always count on this store. No business is perfect, but they are very reliable and knowledgeable from my experiences. I have never had a bad experience here.

While this place does have alot.of specialty.parts and hard.to find tools.and such, I will never return. I purchased what was supposed to be a rebuilt computer for my Jeep. Instead what we received was an ECM with a single capacitor replaced. I asked for my.money back and the manager not only refused but got pretty nasty with us. Its a shame.a company with such an inventory does business like this. Ill be sure to tell all my friends to go to AutoZone or buy online. Its worth the wait to keep your money out of the hands.of this organization.
Reasonable prices
Went to get auto paint during their business hours. Was informed that the employee that mixed the paint wasnt there. This was fine so I tried to place an order. The employee refused to take an order, payment, or money up front. He informed me that I needed to show up in person from 9-6 on a week day to get the paint. No one there knew how to take my order (so what good are they?). So I guess if you have no job so you can run your errands from 9-6 on a weekday and can still afford paint, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go elsewhere.
This experience was awful!!! The lady that helped me acted like she would rather do anything other then help me. I told what I thought the part number was but that I wasnt sure, she offered no additional help. When the part came out 5 min later, the package listed the wrong engine for my vehicle. When I asked her about it, she just snidely said thats the part you told me! From the side conversations that were going on there appeared to be some bigwig coming in. They must be more important than paying customers.If I could, I would give a -5 stars.
After close to 2 decades as an automotive technician, it never fails to amaze how terrible the customer service is at this NAPA location. I can count on one hand the times in my 40 years I have lost my temper and yelled at another human being. Tonight it was close.Instead of causing a scene, I took my parts back (warranty) said thank you and left. It was completely unnecessary to yell at a customer from across the store as they were leaving, especially in such an insulting manner. We will be closing our business account, and using Autozone, Oreileys, worldpac, or damn near anywhere else except the hub.If you’ve been in this business for more than 30 seconds, you know that sometimes you get a bad part. It’s nobody’s fault, it happens. That’s what warranties are for.Customer service is an art, and I understand not everyone is a pleasant individual to deal with, it should count for something when the customer begins by showing respect.

I am up dating a negative review I had left a few days ago. After an assistant store manager took the time to explain what had happened. I understood a little better what had happened on thier end. No one is perfect but these guys try to get it right and I appreciate that.This all started when I purchased a rebuilt steering gear box that was defective. I wrote the review after the store would not allow my mechanic to return the original core. From my understanding the store could not find the correct account to credit it to.

Pricing for coolant and an electrical switch were decent, however the gentleman that helped me at the counter was none too helpful. I had broken down due to the engine overheating, which was caused by the fan not working, which caused a part of the coolant line to bust. Now, Im no guru when it comes to parts, but this gentleman wasnt even willing to help and figure out what part it was. I tried describing it to the best of my abilities, but he just didnt seem to care. Went to autozone instead, and they were amazing. Napa needs to work on their customer service skills.

NAPA promised me one price over the phone and then raisedthe price when I went in to buy the part from them. They also decreased the amount that they offered for the old starter. I wont be giving them any more business nor any recommendations. No thanks for your disloyalty and your greed. Nasty business to work with when repairing your. Manager was busy answering phones (only person who could mix paint). 4. Waited 20 minites, manager never appeared. 5. Cant get it on the phone & cant get it in person beause they are taking other customers on the phone. 7. 90 minutes of driving completely wasted.

Watch out guys, CHIRIS HE IS A BIG LIAR 🤥 .Dont go there and leave your parts there and if you go there don’t trust their promises. I went in the store to buy front break pads and a rotors. For my 2014 Mercedes CLS 550. The Pads were available but not the rotors. He said they can turn a rotors in one hour. I bought the pads that day. The next day my mechanic on parson ave took out the rotors and gave it to me and I borrowed my mechanics car for 2 hours and drove up to 161 Napa store with my rotors. I asked the guy that was running the front desk about how long it would take to turn my rotors again ! to just make sure! He said it would take one hour ! So I left my rotor and even told them My car at the machanic shop and I drove here with my mechanics car, would you please finish it up as you promised in 1 hour? They told me CRIS IS going do it for you. He is IN LUNCH, give us a phone number we will call you when we finish. I did give them my phone number and I left at 1:46 pm. I went to a coffee shop and waited for them to call me. No one called me. I called them at 4:00 pm and they told me they finished one working on another one. And they said they will call me when they finish. Unfortunately they didn’t call me. I went there at 6:00 pm the guy named CHIRIS He told me he is been working on my rotors 4 hours. Which is a BIG LIE that doesn’t take 4 hours to turn a rotor He is a big liar. Chirs wasted my time he probably started when I got there at 6:00 pm DO NOT BELIEVE HIM DO NOT GO THERE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!!

Will never go here again!!! I had gone here for a friend to pick to a tool to finish his breaks. When I went to the counter the employee that I dealt with seemed like he hated his job very much. I asked him if he could look up a part for my buddies vehicle, so I knew what size tool I needed. He told me he couldnt do that...... really, you cant look up parts for a vehicle...... I just looked at him with the stupidest look I could of. So I asked him where a certain tool was. He just pointed off into the store. Worthless. Small story short, I went to advance auto where I was in and out with people that seem to care more. Good luck napa
NAPA has always been my go to store for critical parts (alternators, water pumps, electronics, etc). Good warranties and always a pleasant staff.

Motorcycle ran out of gas near this napa, went in to see if there were any local gas stations near by, and they assisted me towards a can of gasoline that got me to a gas station safely. Much appreciated :)
Rude, unhelpful staff, who sent me to another location that had already closed for the day (after I asked them to check their closing time before I drove all the way there, and was assured they were open until 6pm). Upon returning the following day, they sent me to a different store, where my part was supposed to be in stock, it wasnt. Wasted 3 hours of my time across 3 days, and dealt with a very rude and unpleasant staff. After preferring you guys over advance and auto zone for years, I am sure I will never be back here.

Would not even accept a return for a day old battery, last time I had purchased a battery it was dead and when I returned to exchange it for a new one they offered to charge it for me, I requested a new one because I didnt want a re-charged battery and the guy threw a fit, he just shut down and stopped talking and you could see the expression all over his face that he was pissed for exchanging my battery. The second time around after I swore I would never return to this place they said they dont do refunds on batteries, which I was absolutely pissed because it was brand new and I told them I had only started my car once with it, after it started my serpentine belt broke and among other things I ended up getting a new car and had no use for the battery. The next day I go to return the battery because I just went out and got a new car and they said they dont refund batteries! boy was I pissed. So I walked out of the store and returned a second time because I realized that they didnt refund my core charge fee or whatever for the old battery that I didnt return, which as far as Im concerned would have been straight robbery. Finally after the lady could tell I was about ready to flip and could probably tell how pissed I was without me saying a word she finally refunded the battery, but the first time around they turned me down and almost got away with charging me for the old non returned battery fee. 2 bad experiences back to back, by far the worst auto parts store Ive ever had experience with.

I was at this store parking lot it was 6 on the head and i needed just one bolt because the dealer was closed and i been running around. Another auto parts store referred me to this store and they wouldnt let me in to get the one bolt need so now its saturday and i have to wait until monday to go to the dealer. You talk about good quality server their a pain of a thumb nail in the anal.....O yea BTW FYI my vehicle is half way in the garage and i told them that as well....Eff emmm

Went to one on old sate and he sent me here to get my paint mixed. Went to the 161 store and was told they only had 3 people working and was too busy to mix it. I came back the next Saturday and was told at 1:30 the paint guy was at lunch would be back in a half hour but was also told that they don’t mix paint after 2. So left again. I’ll order online from other businesses that want my business.
