Nice place to get a tire or battery renewed.

My wife took our car in to replace a headlight bulb, and the staff were willing to assist with the installation. Unfortunately, they failed to remove the old gasket, and the new bulb was not properly locked in place. It didnt take long for the new bulb to blow out, but not before melting the metal housing where the base of the bulb should have been attached, ruining the lamp assembly. Fortunately, the store was understanding that it was their mistake and promptly supplied a new lamp assembly after learning of the error; however they were not willing to pay for the installation of the lamp assembly or a replacement bulb.EDIT: I followed the steps suggested in the Response from the owner. The email said We are sorry to hear you had an issue with in an AutoZone store. In order to address this situation and provide you with a satisfactory response, we have forwarded your comments to the management team in your area for review. You will be contacted within 24-48 business hours. I never received a follow-up call.

I got my brakes from here which was reasonable and I was very happy with the customer service

My fiance went there for a battery charge and to check to see if it was ok it took three days to charge they tested it right in front of him and told him which was fine well we tried to start up the car the next day and it wouldnt start took it to napa auto they told us it was done for auto zone lied i wouldnt go here there employees will not tell you the truth

I needed to charge my battery I didn’t have the tools a representative Mario had let me use they’re tools to take it out I had used YouTube to learn to take it out for the first time but huge appreciation for their employees for being so cool about it & helping me right away.

I had excellent service from the staff. Even though they were busy and had a rule about not lending out things they cooperated and lent me a few things I needed to swap my belt and starter. 10/10 would shop again.

The staff is inexperienced and lazy. They lied to me about a replacement tool they had in stock when I talked to the associates 10 minutes before arriving at the store. When I walked in and the manager heard me ask, he all but hid from me and wouldnt make eye contact. And even though the system showed 2 being in stock, it didnt seem like either wanted to actually look for it.

I dealt with Precious over the phone. I needed a set of headlight assemblies for my wifes car. After calling around, they had the best price AND availability (no one else could get them nearly as quick). What made my experience great, however, was Preciouss attitude. She was extremely friendly and very helpful at explaining the item to me. This is my 2nd time dealing with this store, and I will certainly be back. Way to go Precious! Thanks for representing your brand so well.

I ordered the engine for which I paid in advance 3,268.99 Last Wednesday, when I was told that my order would arrive on Monday or Tuesday at the latest, but I was deceived and they also say to they do not know when my order will arrive. It is very irresponsible. You are such liars. You are only taking money in the order but you are irresponsible in time

Went it they helped me find the wind shield blades and then installed the windshield blades for me. Very easy and fast process.

Only downside is that the size of the store makes the selection limited

Gross. I didnt expect to see employees grinding on each other at the cash register. The worst part was when I asked for a part for a 99 suburban and they took turns fumbling around on the computer before suggesting that I needed to get the VIN #.

Came to this store today at 8:23 am and its close the door is locked no one inside not sure why the store is still close when on the website it said open til 9pm. There no signs saying it was going be close like is this really how you run your business

Great staff! Been going here for years. Unfortunately every associate I encountered was hacking up a lung (could even hear a couple more I didnt see in the back behind the oil racks coughing heavily) 3/17/20 when I was in there and no one was wearing masks or gloves. Be advised to have your own disinfectant and PPE available if you plan on stopping by over the next couple weeks.Management: Give your people some sick time! At least masks and gloves so they arent spreading it to your customers.

Ive never had a problem at this location. Everyone has always been nice and polite. My head light went out and the cashier made sure I had the bulb put in correctly. I usually tend to find what I am looking for at this location. Probably the most Class A location of AutoZone Ive ever been to.

They were great! Even though they were super busy since it was right after work, they immediately got my part and replaced my headlight bulb for me. Courteous, professional, and very fast. Much cheaper than having it done at a shop, quick and easy! Will definitely return. Easy parking too.

The absolute WORST AutoZone Ive ever been in!!! I was given misinformation about the type of oil my foreign car needed, and then she walked away. I kinda knew it didnt sound right, so I asked a different employee and finally got what I needed.... AFTER standing in the store about 20 minutes or more. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Since they were busy it took a bit of time for them to get me my battery, but were over the top friendly and apologized and was given store credit for the wait (not expected at all, they didnt have to do that. Theyve got everything you need for your car or they can get it in a day. The prices are pretty cheap. The quality of the parts they sell is also cheap so you really do get what you pay for. I would not recommend this for any commercial business but it is just fine for the DIY guy.

Bought a replacement headlight here, wonderful assistant manager immediately offered to install it for me. It took some doing as my battery had to be removed to do it, and the assistant manager even cleaned my battery before putting it back in. Great experience, friendly, knowledgeable people, and now both my headlights work.While being in the store I noticed the staff knew many customers by name and were friendly to all. Would definitely come here again.

This was actually my first experience at any sort of car shop since I just started driving may 2018. And I must say I wasnt expecting to meet such wonderful people! Tywon went above and beyond in helping me with my battery and even helping with some blown fuses. Im not sure if youre religious sir, but bless you. A friendly and efficient Autozoner plugged in the computer and diagnosed my Check Engine light at no charge. He gave me all the information he had, and didnt pressure me to buy anything. This was especially gratifying after a chain service center quoted me $100 to diagnose.

I went in for battery replacement. Was sold one that the employee was confident his 2nd choice was correct. Nope. Third times a charm! Had to return and half hour later, I walked out with the correct battery! Yay!

I waited for an actual 45 minutes not felt like... to be helped. Got to the front of the line twice but the guy outside was the only one the manager would let do check engine lights so that the other two could continue with the line inside. Doesnt make sense when they were helping people who have been there for 5 minutes and i was waiting for something that took maybe 3 minutes total and did end with me purchasing something. Poor customer service in my opinion

I bought a car and fixed it in the parking lot of this Auto Zone. I purchased two light bulbs for my turn signal (3457a) The clerk gave me the wrong bulbs(3457) so I brought them back and he refunded the money onto my debit card. The next day the refund showed up. Then another identical charge. It brought my account into the negative. There were at least 8 employees. Service seemed hostile.

The newer staff can be hit or miss but when you educate yourself on what you need before coming in, it makes it easier to get what you want with or without the staff.Updating: Extremely Rude Staff when attempting to determine some maintenance issues today over the phone. Dismissive, and crass. I knew enough about the situation to raise more questions to get the best answer but was a little disturbed when the individual left to get the other individual whom must have been more knowledgeable and I could hear her talking to the other guy as if I wasnt ok with her answer and he played into said he wasnt going to respond. Hung up. Check your attitudes and actually check out and clarify the details of the situation before ignoring the dynamics a customer has.

Went to get a battery charged, long story short ended up at OReillys cause auto zone said it wouldnt hold a charge but it did!!! So im a say lazy

Terrible customer service. Employees were not educated on vehicles or simple vehicle maintenance. Employees would not help me with getting my hood open, refused to even come outside and look at it. Will never go back here.
