The team here doesn’t have any customer service skills. The sweet gal at the front desk is the only redeeming person here. My car was there for three weeks and I had to call daily for an update. Every update was suspect, parts are on order, parts have arrived, next day would be that the parts didn’t come in. I eventually spoke to my “adjuster” who genuinely couldn’t have cared less if I was dissatisfied. Not a single person apologized and everyone acted like my experience was to be expected. Three weeks for a simple bumper cover replacement. I finally got my car back and strongly recommend letting another shop do the work, regardless of what your insurance company says.

This is the worst collision Center in Columbus, They had my car for more than 3 weeks, and never updates on your vehicle process, and every time you ask them a question their answer is I dont know 🤷🏽‍♂️, so dont make the mistake I made which was taking my vehicle to this Collision Center.I wish I could post without giving a star rating.

Used this place since it was preferred by my insurance company and offered life time warranty on all work done. Well first my estimated time was 1 week it has since been delayed 5 times, a total of 6 weeks and counting. They said my car would be completed today and I get there and it’s not ready. They exhausted all my rental days plus more and made me leave the rental there. Causing me to get a 50$ Uber home with all my belongings and daughter since they told me my car would be completed today I wasn’t prepared to have a ride home.

I recently Fixed my car after a minor accidentThey were not able to fix in time it was delayed over a week, but They charged over $5000 which I could have done in very less price if I have done that in non dealer collision center. The worst thing is I still see lots of missing spots and dents. And the front grill was replaced but its not new, its used and old . They made it easy for me for the next time whether to choose this place or not.

Over 30 days without my vehicle, was initially quoted 4 grand for a fender bender on a car that’s worth 8 at most. Was told 2 weeks at most until my car would be fixed. I don’t have some exotic car I have a Honda Accord all parts are made local in marysville completely dumbfounded on how this is taking as long as it is. Never use Dennison collisions, unless u want to be without a car for a month

I picked up my vehicle this afternoon. They did a really good job with the bodywork.I was very disappointed with the final charges . I was quoted one price what the total charge would be which was $252 .30 by the insurance adjuster.When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was told the cost was $326.21! That is a $73.91 difference.I asked why no one bothered to call & inform me of this increase;all the gentleman (Mark) said was Im sorry.I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this additional $73.91 was not factored into my budget.Dennis Collision Center should have been thoughtful & professional and brought this matter to my attention when they noticed my repair cost was going to increase;especially since Im paying out of pocket.

The auto shop really helped me with my insurance claim. The only reason I didnt rate them 5 stars was that I felt really pressured to buy a car from them and the cars they showed me were expensive considering how high the mileage was on the cars

Repairs took two weeks longer than originally quoted. Delayed multiple times. Received updates at the last minute, informing me my car wouldnt be ready. Paint job was rushed at the last minute to get the car back to me on time at the 30 day mark (rental was only covered for 30 days, which I had explained to them). Once I picked up my car, I waited about a month to get my car washed out of an abundance of caution. When I did finasly go to my usual car wash, I was dismayed to find paint had flaked AND chipped away all along the rear and front passenger door in numerous spots, but only where the car had new paint. Chipped paint stopped where the paint job ended. Took the car in on a Saturday morning for them to inspect as instructed two days prior when I had called. Came in early Saturday morning and a tall, unfriendly, and curt man walked out silently with me, took a look for two seconds and told me immediately that it was from the car wash. I was astounded. When I argued that I knew it wasnt due to the car wash, he became rude and brushed me off. Apparently the gentle car wash, that I had used biweekly for 10 years without a problem, only chips away paint where there is a fresh paint job…..and without leaving any scratches or dents whatsoever. He snidely asked if I had even inspected my car prior to the car wash. Seriously? I also found a spot in the same repaired area where it appeared paint had chipped away and then was hastily painted over where repairs were done, leaving uneven paint. Taking my car elsewhere to be REPAINTED. First time using this business. And my last... Never again. So disappointed at how I was treated and brushed off. I assumed that because I am an honest and honorable individual, others would be too.

Cheap cheap work!! Sat in the shop for the first 2 weeks and nothing was done because my car part needed was on national back order because GM is on strike!! Finally my insurance agent had to tell them to just get a used part! I give 3 stars only because Todd the manager was very reasonable, and for my time and patience he helped with my deductible some. But I would never go back here!!

I had a completely awesome experience with Dennis Collision. From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic . They sent daily updates on the status of my car, and my car was complete on the day that they said it would be. A very big thank you to Jim O!!! Also, the Hertz people that are on site to rent a car fantastic as well! 12 out of 10 for all involved!Thank you!

Absolutely a pleasure to work with Max Tinsley . Work done on my Toyota was wonderful and good quality plus even went the extra mile to clean my car inside and out !! who doesnt like a clean car hmm. Highly recommend this place!!

If you own their cars do not get them fixed here got in a wreck less than a year ago they only fix minimal on your car. After two-weeks of maintenance they left me with axles popping and a broken mirror costing me over $500. When I approached the manager he made up every excuse possible and could care less about me as a customer. I’ll never take my car here for repairs beware go somewhere where they actually care about you and your car.

We had a terrible experience waiting for our car to be repaired by Dennis Collision. We were receiving progress updates via text message while they were on track, but as soon as the delays started, the updates stopped, and it was a very slow process to get information from Dennis over the phone. I called every few days to check in, and the story was always different, but amounted to another delay. It eventually took a full month for our car to be repaired, a delay of 17 days.We have had a much better bodywork experience at Gerber Collision and Glass, which like Dennis Collision, works with Geico. Gerber provided good communication, timely service, and didnt leave random car parts and trash in our trunk when we picked it up. If you are having bodywork done that is being paid for by Geico - do not take your car to Dennis! Wait for an opening at Gerber.

The customer service was excellent from the start. I walked in and was instantly greeted. I also noticed a Hertz location right inside the bodyshop to pick up my rental when I drop off for repairs. The estimators were thorough and knew what they were talking about. I was even able to schedule after my estimate and In all it was a painless process and definitely recommend this body shop for all your vehicle repairs whether it is a Hyundai a Kia or any other make or model.

This was the worst repair experience in my life. My vehicle was damaged during the Memorial Day tornadoes and the adjuster had me meet him at this shop. I was told to leave it so they can inspect the vehicle for addition damage which I agreed to. Next thing I know, the work was started and I was given a completion date of June 28th. I was texted throughout the month with status reports stating June 28th and everything is on schedule. When the first date came I was told they needed to order tires and the 28th became the 2nd of July. I returned to pick up my vehicle only to find paint splattered and my rims completely scratched. I was told by Jonathan the manager they give the vehicles a quality inspection but this was not the case. Worst part was my rental car had expired and now was without a vehicle with a vacation scheduled. Jonathan also stated he would take care of all the arrangements and additional discounts would be applied but went on vacation and didn’t relay the messages to the floor managers.The floor manager calls and said he cancelled the rental car. I would never recommend them. I was able to get the car on the 16th of July.

There are two parts to this review. The staff and quality of car repair. I received my car on Wednesday after the lunch hour.-Staff (1/5)-I was recommended this body shop as a preferred shop for GEICO. This will be the last time I go through a preferred shop. I was given Jonathan as a contact and he was 0/4 on the times I called...on four different days. I only was able to reach him after speaking to Tom (his boss) and mentioning how I could not reach Johnny. Johnny magically came to the phone. Keena was very helpful every time I called and needs to be the main point of contact. When I came to pick up my car I was directed through the doors in the side. I spoke to a body shop worker who directed me to Johnny. He rudely spoke and stated that to pick up a car I needed to speak to the front desk. This was not posted anywhere and my dad and I were able to walk freely through where the cars were being worked on.-My car(2/5 bare minimum)-My car needed work on the radiator, tires, and a dent in the back of the car. The shop did the bare minimum required. They left glue on the front part of my car that they did not bother to paint over. There was purple/blue liquid on my driver handle and to top this off I was given the car back with a range of 0 miles of gas in the tank. If you need a car fixed cheap and fast you can bring your car here. Otherwise, I would stay away from Dennis Hyundai East.
