My husband and I got into a car accident at the beginning of June of this year. After we found out how bad the damages were and got the estimates to fix the car from this shop we decided to let them fix it. It is now the end of October and my husband still has no car. They kept promising a date of completion and never kept their word. I understand that it is a business and they have other duties however we paid cash upfront. They are very unprofessional and we will never do business with them again!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I STILL HAVE PAINT ON WINDSHIELD FROM PAINTING WITH NO OVEN. HOW TO REMOVE PAINT FROM ALL GLASS ON THE TAHOE IS THE QUESTION?? BETWEEN THE DOORS CHIVOS DRIVER FRONT SEAT NOT SHOWING ANY POWER TO MOVE. THE TAHOE WAS TURNED IN VERY DIRTY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AND EVERY PLACE YOU CAN IMAGINE.MY NEPHEW DID THE BEST, BUT HIS BEST WAS NOT ENOUGH TO REPAIR WHATS MISSING OR INCOMPLETE. 9 MONTHS..JOHNNY. PLZ SEND ME THE PLUG FOR THE FRONT DRIVER SEAT???

This review is more on Mr.Hernandez humble character. I work in the medical field and one of my elderly patients locked his keys in his car. My boss and I called everywhere asking for help to get this gentlemen home which was an hour away. I pass by Auto Ink everyday to work. I took a chance and called the shop. Without hesitation, no fees, no questions asked Mr. Hernandez came through to save the day.We just wanted to get the old man home. It was so cute, he wanted to get back to his wife.😍 Thank you for coming through. Some heroes own Auto Shops😉

He cashed in on my insurance claim; me trying to help him. cashed in on my insurance claim, me trying to help a business man who wasnt on USAA plans, (but me trying to help him what I thought was somewhat of a friend also). Had my number, knew my friends, and where I worked. Never once hey your parts are in or imma send them back if dont come get. Just sold them back and cashed in on my insurance claim. You said you would fix after confronting you about it with an lol ok man. I dont see professionalism at all.Ill think about fixing my comment after my car is fixed, since you think Im trying you on your shady work. Saying idk who Im talking to, just the owner of who took money from my insurance company and myself. Not trying you as a human or owner, just to own up what to you did. Thank you sir, I do appreciate your effort. I wouldnt use at all.

I had Jon paint my c10 truck. It took 2 months to do a sorry paint job that has primer showing, no paint in many areas, runs and lots of trash in it. $2500 for a paint job I will have to have sanded down and repainted. He also does very sorry body work. There isnt one single panel that is good. Everything needs redone. Check out my photos and I will add more. As soon as he got my money all communication on his end stopped. I have a case filed with BBB and I will get my money back in court. Dont use him hes a lying P.O.S. and you will be disappointed. Lets put this jerk out of business.
