After using this company twice it seems to me that they will milk the insurance company for as many days and as many dollars as possible no matter how badly you need the vehicle. I found them to be rather argumentative on the phone and in person, and the hardcore Republican religious news constantly playing in the lobby is a little bit off-putting. The work itself seemed great the second time except they owed me a tire that the insurance company had paid for and it takes them 6 weeks to get it in and thats only after I called to check and see if they had it I which point they were like well do you want to schedule sometime to come get it put on? Probably will not be a repeat customer.

Go here for any car repairs or needs! These guys are great and back up their products. I was in a wreck and they fit a tire rod for me. The tire rod was a faulty product and they repaired it and fixed my car up for free. Their pairs and labor are warranted! Thank you gentlemen for making this an easy process to keep me and my family safe!

Ive had my car repaired on multiple occasions and they always do a great job.

I dont know if they dont like to pay their bills or what. But I did a tow job for them almost 2 months ago, I left the bill and all my information and they have still not paid me anything. I towed a mail truck all the way from Brownstown to Columbus so it was a pretty big job. I charged them a very fair price but I havent heard anything from them. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Please do yourself a favor and do not go here for any body work. Im not sure if it was because all 3 instances that Ive had to take a vehicle in for repair it was being paid through insurance and they cut every corner they could due to the amount the insurance company was willing to pay or not, but Ive had horrible experiences all 3 times. I had a tree fall on my Ford Explorer due to an ice storm and it pried open my sunroof and cracked my windshield. The job was done very quickly, but not thoroughly at all. The glue for the rear-view mirror that was replaced was still running down the windshield when I went to pick it up and they were upset that I asked for them to take care of it. My mom had a vehicle that was totaled in an accident and the insurance company requested for it to be left at Nichols for assessments and without speaking to her, they allowed for the vehicle to be towed to Indianapolis with her items still in the trunk of the car. My parents had to get a rental car to drive to Indy to get their things because Nichols did not follow up with them before allowing this to happen. On the last instance I had a Honda Civic that needed a light replaced after someone backed into my parked car in a parking lot and the light they replaced it with was cracked and they wouldnt replace it so I had to take it to another body shop. Please do not take your vehicles here.
