Highly recommend. You can always tell a good business by how they treat their customers, and it’s clear that CBW prioritizes customer satisfaction. After a wanna be burglar broke both of my passenger windows CBW said they could fix it for a great price and would also crash wrap my truck until the OEM windows arrived to the shop. Being military in a tough training schedule during the week, CBW was very flexible in allowing me to bring the truck in on the weekend. After noticing one of the new windows arrived scratched from the factory, they quickly ordered another one to install for me with no hassle whatsoever, they were happy to make it right for me. The new windows look great, excellent work. Ciera was my point of contact at the front desk and she was very kind, courteous, and helpful. I was able to contact her with any questions I had and she returned information quickly. Not all shops operate in such a professional manner! Thanks CBW, great work

I went to Columbus Body Works to have a Chip Foose Hood Scoop, and a Rear Spoiler that I purchased online painted and installed. I met with John Weddle and I was very impressed with not only his expertise, but his professional opinion which I asked him for as we did a walk around my vehicle. Johns advice was spot on and he actually saved me some money with what I consider to be Outstanding Customer Care. The man definitely knows his job very well. We had a couple of paint chips on the hood of our brand new 2021 Ford Expedition and some scrapes on the rear hatch after I accidentally opened it while the cargo carrier was attached.I dropped by for an estimate but Trey and staff were gracious enough to touch up the spots for free while I waited. I called the company Columbus Body Works in early June about repairing my car after hit from the back; took my car in; I was given an appointment date to bring my car in for repairs June 30, 2021; my car was not repaired, I was called to come and pick up my car; they could not locate the part; okay, I picked up my car; headed home; the arm rest fell apart when I hit a bump in the road; no one told me anything about the broken part; emailed Columbus Body Works( Tres Wheatley) twice/no response; called/ was to connected to (Brad)or someone about the part, he was going to call me back; this was on July 19, 2021; today is August 2, still no response about the replacement part or the broken part while my car was at that business or the; scheduled my repairs with another company

CBW did a great job replacing my cracked windshield on my Tesla Model S. The car has a challenging windshield, loaded with sensors, cameras and electronics, but CBW did a flawless job, saved me money and even detailed my car for me! Very happy with Columbus Body Works!

*Feels like I have a friend in the business* I have had the unfortunate need to reach out to Columbus Body Works on four separate occasions over the past four months. The best way to describe the experience is that it feels like you are going to be ok because you have a friend in the business. They genuinely treat you like you are a good friend they are helping out. From explaining a claims processes, to looking extra hard for a better price on a part, to restaurant suggestions, to a ride home when you in a tough spot; there is no where else I would take my vehicle.

I had my 2016 Buick Enclave repaired at this shop after my wife hit a deer. From the day my vehicle was returned to me, Ive had to take it back on multiple occasions to fix the very poor workmanship that was done to it. The radiator leaked when I picked it up on day one. The paint spider webbed on the front bumper and then had new scratches in the new paint after it was repainted. The drivers side door was out of adjustment causing it to hit front fender, the Air Conditioner was not charged with Freon, then the Freon leaked out after they charged it (twice), now the AC works intermittently as I believe it has some kind of electrical problem tied to the radiator fan and temperature gauge. The Radiator fan comes on and stays on continuously, even after the vehicle is turned off. The water temperature gauge works intermittently and the needle just falls to 160 degrees when it dies. The hood was not installed correctly and the gap between the hood and the fender was so wide that I could put my fingers all the way through it. I just noticed today that the windshield washer fluid doesnt shoot out for my rear window which Im sure is tied to the hood sprayers for the front windshield. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have been forced to contact my insurance company and they are allowing me to take it to another shop to be properly repaired.

Everyone there is so helpful and polite, from the secretary to the mechanics. Tre kept me informed about every detail about my car the 2 weeks they had it.

My insurance chose Columbus Body Works after my car was involved in an accident. The customer service was awesome. Erin was phenomenal. I do not know her personally, but after speaking to her I felt like we were old friends. She was always friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me in getting things out of my car once it was deemed a total loss. You just don’t find quality service these days, and when someone treats you like family rather than “just another customer” they deserve your business.
