Awesome staff. I was referred by my brother who had some amazing work done on his luxury car. They did a spotless job on my mini - suv. Very professional and welcoming front desk. I also appreciated the real-time updates via text.

While I was deployed to Afghanistan my wife was involved in a small road hazard collision. The front end damage was repaired at Helms. When I returned home a few months later, the van was pulling to the right and needed a front end alignment. I asked my wife how long it has been going on, she stated since she got it back from the body shop. She said she did not know that you could have the pulling corrected. Since it had been a few months, we had the alignment done at another shop. We are completely satisfied with all other work. The staff was amazing.

I have only heard of great service from this shopping. I am looking forward to leaving my car with them for repair. I heard they do quality work at a fair price.

Someone hit my car and needed some body work done. USAA was the insurance payer. Took 5 minutes to get everything setup and when the car was finished (early I might add) it was clean and could not tell it had ever been hit.The staff was professional and kind.10/10 would recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! worst service and work I have ever seen. The work this shop did on my car is unbelievable. Paint peeling, over spray streaks, lots of trash in the paint, door creaks, window glass rattles and those are just a few of the issues. During my wreck I had significant damage to my axle that Helms brothers not only didnt fix but when I left their shop I drove my car straight to the dealership to have some warranty work done. As soon as they lifted my car the dealership noticed the axle damage and called my insurance adjuster. Helms Brothers LIED to my insurance company and stated that I must have done the damage after I left their shop. I only drove my car from their shop to the dealership on Northlake Pkwy only a few miles away. After they spoke to my insurance company, my insurance refused to include the repairs into the claim even though the dealership argued with Helms Brothers and my insurance on my behalf that it would be impossible for me to have that severe of damage without also having body damage (such as the damage that Helms Brothers had just fixed) I ended up having to pay out of pocket for almost $1,500 in damages that should have been covered under the claim I was already making. This out of pocket money was on top of having terrible work done to my car. When my paint began to peel and I pointed out the overspray streaks on my fender Helms Brothers refused to fix any of the shotty work they did to my car. I wish I would have seen the signs around town that say NO NO NO to Helms Brothers I wont go before I selected them from the list of approved body shops my insurance gave me. I can not say enough terrible things about this place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

The shop did nice work. However, I took me seeing that the adjuster got called and having to move the process along myself. My car was returned with damage to the muffler, and this was not a problem with my car when I dropped it off. When I asked about this and how it would get fixed, Matt Helms told me that it’s not his problem, and he would not fix it. Even after making it known that the damage was not there when I dropped the car off, he refused to look into if one of his people might have caused the damage to my vehicle. The worst experience I have ever had with a business!

My interactions with you guys was awesome. The customer service and dialogue w the staff was top noticed.
