They do incredible work and they do it with care in a timely fashion!I took my vehicle in a few days ago and was met in the lobby by Melanie. The first thing I noticed was she had a smile on her face! She took her time to answer our questions and to help us get going in the right direction. Even making sure we were set up with a rental car.Albert Maya who is the GM for this location was phenomenal! He was extremely professional, understanding and patient. He really took the time to explain in detail the process of what needed to be done and the time frame. Albert went out of his way to may sure we felt comfortable with leaving our car in his hands!He 100 percent delivered! Not only did our car look brand new but they got it done ahead of schedule! He walked us through what had been done,where it had been done and made sure we were happy! And we definitely are! We could not be more pleased!A plus service!!!!!

When I picked up my car they never boasted about the extra mile they went down, but were courteous, and polite and all the words that go with.....They deserve an Award and a Gold Metal.
Went to pick up my car after they replaced the back bumper damage. The front desk girl was very rude and unprofessional yelling at me to put a mask on in order to enter the building. I told her I have a medical exemption, I am not able to wear a mask. I just need to pay for my car and Ill be gone, I said reference section 7 of the health order which states: This Order does not apply to those medically or developmentally unable to wear a mask. If this establishment would read what the health order actually says and educate their employees they would not have freaked out and began yelling at me to wear a mask. BOTTOM LINE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.

Their communication is terrible! My insurance company made an appointment. I called to follow up. I showed up as scheduled only to be told that the Dublin Rd location doesnt take my insurance. They then instructed me to drive to the other side of town to an alternate location. However, they neglected to mention that the road to this location was closed. So after wasting 90 minutes I decided to take my car back to the dealership instead. When I called Gerber about it, they said that there is no line of communication between their locations-which is evident based on the service I received. So frustrating! Gerber, you only get one chance to make a first impression. You guys totally blew it.
They were super thorough, took care of everything for me, kept me updated about my car and what they had left to do, and were flexible about pick up and drop off times. Overall did an excellent job with repairs and were very accommodating. They even vacuumed the inside of my car! This is the best shop have ever used and I will definitely return with any future collision repairs.

After taking the time to bash the place who hacked at my car I wanted to also give a good review to the shop that got stuck fixing that mess. I hate to give reviews right after I drive away but its been a few weeks and my bumper is not popping from the frame and no more of the loud rattling so I am still pleased with my car. it means a lot to me to have my reliable ride back, thank you so much.
I took my car in after an accident to get repairs done to the body of my car. It took about 2 weeks for the work to get done and it looked great however, when I went to pick my car up my battery was completely dead. I got a new battery last year and know for a fact I did not bring my car there with a dead battery. When I left they had to jump my car for me and then I thought it would be fine. But I stopped at a gas station and it died, got home and it had died. I had to have someone jump my car 3 times that day. When I called to give my feedback they said they had to jump my car numerous times, but never communicated to me that I would need a new battery. & then tried to make it sound like its my fault and that they have no way of knowing if they killed my battery or if I brought it in with a dead battery. I think that they forgot to take a censor out while fixing my door and that is what killed my battery. My car usually will beep if the door is open and I was getting work done on my door. I am very disappointed in the customer service and they said there was nothing they could do for me. If you would have just admitted to your mistake I wouldnt have cared, but the fact that you let me drive off the lot knowing I had a dead battery is so unprofessional and I will not be going back to this shop for this reason. Rather not have another car battery get drained.
The side of my Mini Cooper was scratched along both passenger sides and the hood of my vehicle had a gap. They were able to fix it in a timely manner and provide great customer service.

Had someone break into my truck and steal my radio. Tiny punch hole but still needed to get it repaired. Break in happened on a Sunday, was able to get into Gerber on Tuesday, and one week later I had my truck back. Work was flawless; paint matched perfect, metal work was unnoticeable. They topped off the experience by detailing inside and out which was unexpected but overdo for my truck and greatly appreciated.

They sent back the parts that were to replace on my car, because it was not to their standards, which I really appreciated. I will trust them for any future work I may need done to my car.
My car was hit by another driver and that drivers insurance sent me here. I was extremely impressed with the companys attention to detail and care about my car. They called me often with status updates and explained each step of the work to be done before anything was final. Last but not least they clean the car better than most car wash shops! I was very pleased with my experience.
My wife got her car repaired there. Minor repair only took a few days. She picked it up and we got in and drove home. As soon as I got out I looked at the front bumper and noticed she had no plate or bracket. Her damage was on the back bumper but she called and left a voicemail since the place closes at noon on Saturday’s. They called her this morning and said they “reviewed the tape” and the car was dropped off without a license plate on the front?? There is no way we could have been driving around with no front plate without getting a fine, seems pretty sketchy.**Update!!!! The owner/manager sent her a picture and said it was the only picture they had of her car. It was a picture of the front passenger side of her vehicle, again all of her damage was on the rear driver side bumper. He said that when she brought it in for an estimate there was no plate....how does that not get pointed out at an auto repair shop?? The estimate was early January, so they are trying to say she drove around for a month with no front plate!! Haha! Ridiculous
Absolutely horrible experience. Every time i called to ask questions i got sent through the ringer and could not get set dates. I was told a $2000 cheaper estimate and a 2 week completion time. Staff was not knowledgeable and not willing to work with me on finding solutions to expedite the process. Definitely would not recommend getting your car fixed here.

Weve had bodywork paid for by Geico twice: here at Gerber Collision, and also at Dennis Collision on Morse Road. Our experience with Gerber was much smoother, more professional, and most importantly - on schedule. If Geico is paying for your bodywork, wait for an appointment here - we had a terrible experience filled with frustrating delays and poor communication at Dennis Collision.
I was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass on the Dublin Rd location through State Farm to get my front bumper damage repaired. I was immediately impressed with the friendly, understanding staff and easy communication from my estimate visit to the communication and flexibility with setting up my appointment. Eric was especially helpful and kind from the beginning with my estimate prices and helping me cancel my State Farm claim because I decided at the last minute to pay out of pocket (because the price was much cheaper than other auto body shops had given me in the past). When I picked up my car, it was cleaned and vacuumed inside and out and the bumper looked fantastic. They even fixed my gas cap because it was slightly crooked when I dropped it off. That evening, I noticed the battery was dead and the fog lights and brake lights would not turn off. I called Gerber the next morning suspecting that a wire had been handled incorrectly by Gerber to cause this. Eric was surprised that a bumper repair could cause this light issue, so he went above and beyond to talk to the person who had worked on my car, and then called the local Subaru dealer for me and solved the issue within a matter of 15 minutes. Turns out it was a Subaru symptom of a low battery, and he kindly recommended replacing the battery and I should be good to go. I will recommend Gerber to all of my friends in need of collision repair and be back if need be- not only because of the excellent body work, but the way that Eric handled this situation and went above and beyond to help a customer in a stressful situation.
Had a great experience here. They replaced the back bumper on my BMW 3 series in less then one day. The paint matched perfectly. I worked with Eric OBrien and he even fixed some other minor things on the car at no charge. Picked it up the next day and they even washed it for me. Would recommend to family & friends

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I also had them deny a flaw in their work and refuse to fix it. I see others have had this problem as well. In addition, they had poor communication and absolutely no regard for my time. Not only is this location disorganized, they didn’t finish the job properly and refused to take responsibility! Also, the same woman who emailed me assuring me I wouldn’t have to pay my deductible tried to charge me my deductible at the time of pickup! I had to refer back to the email she sent AND she had to triple check with another staff member before they gave me my keys. I’ve been to a lot of shops in Columbus and this is the WORST experience I’ve had. You’d be much better off heading to Rife’s if you’re in the Grandview area. Gerber is a definite NO!

I would not recommend taking your car here at all. After an accident where someone else hit me, I took my car here for repair based on their insurances recommendation. I was EXTREMELY disappointed about the entire experience. I ended up having to come in 8 separate times over multiple months, wasting over 8 hours of my time. After the initial repair my door was unable to close so I had to return to have them fix it again. During the second fix they scratched up my car so I had to bring it back again for them to buff out these scratches. It took them 3 weeks to get me in this time and I had to come in before 1pm due to their buffer not being in after that, all after promising me I could come in whenever was convenient for me since it was their mistake. When I came to pick up my car the final time there was still a scratch on my car but I decided it was not worth my time to bring it in again. I would never return here for service and will highly recommend going else where to anyone I know. I hope all of your locations are not this terrible in both customer service and actual repairs.

What was initially estimated as a two day repair, took a week. A wire in a harness was pulled loose, but they would not make it right, denied causing the issue, when it was under their exclusive controlI wont use them a second time
Wasnt really happy about the quote I got on minor work on my BMW. They are not good for very small jobs. Go to Maaco for smaller jobs, much cheaper.

The staff was so slow and lazy about getting back to me. They tried to deny a flaw in their work until the body shop guy agreed with me. They took 4 times the amount of time they originally forecasted. Needless to say, go somewhere else to get your car fixed.
Spent $300 to get my window fixed & that included a warranty, Next day I tried to roll down my window & it wont roll down. Technician said theyd be over to look at it & the warranty may not cover it, Best part of it all is I have been on hold for over an hour now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
