So far so good. My car is there for front end repairs and thus far Dianna has been amazing. Customer service is top notch. Lets see if their crew in the shop is as phenomenal as the staff in the office. Ill post pictures of the finished product when I get it back and adjust this review accordingly.

One star because none wasnt an option. This company pretended to be from my insurance company. They came to pick up my truck with a flatbed and ended up just driving my truck behind so it was never even on the flatbed. When we realized that my insurance company in fact did not send them to get my truck ( it was the very next day) we went to pick it up. They of course wouldnt release the truck until we paid them. We thought fine until we heard the total was $784.39. They didnt do any work or anything to my truck. It just followed the flatbed to the shop and was parked out back in the gate. Thats it, They didnt even do an estimate or look at the truck in any way. Worst company ever. Go anywhere else in the world but here.These people are crooks and con artists. I highly doubt they even do any repairs at all. They chase ambulances and con people into believing that they are affiliated with your insurance company. Also, highly unprofessional with the way they speak to you on the phone or dress to come to work. The owner came into work wearing Mickey Mouse pajama pants

I love Debra & Ashley they were very very helpful to me, they were very patient very hard working, communication is a big thing to me & that is one thing I can say about them is they communication is ON POINT! Ashley was so kind hearted to me she rushed they whole process just for me to be able to get my vehicle & return back to work. Debra was a excellent person as well that helped me get through the long hard time, she always answered the phone, always returned my calls & always relayed messages to Ashley the manager when I ever I needed her. Unfortunately, my car was involved in a collision and Columbus Collision Center (Debra) reached out to me. I was amazed by the unbelievable customer service I received. She handled everything - making sure my car was towed to their lot and arranging a rental car for me (at a time when they were almost impossible to find because of COVID) before my insurance company even reached out to me. This was incredibly important since I was left with nothing to drive. She was just AWESOME!She either answered my calls or returned my calls promptly and handled every little detail. It is so unusual to receive GREAT customer service that i was truly impressed. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company for any collision repair - they totally know what they are doing and make the process as seamless as possible.

Woman owned makes the difference! Ive never been to a body shop where the staff were so professional, educational without being condescending, and genuinely so, so kind. With $14k in damages to be repaired, CCC put the time and effort into my vehicle needed to make it look and drive like brand new. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I fully understood what was being done. And they paid my deductible! I cannot recommend Debra and the rest of the CCC team enough.

From start to finish, Columbus Collision was extremely professional and efficient. When it came to speaking to my adjuster, Debra was more than willing to call alongside me to make sure we got the answers we needed. Unfortunately, my accident happened during a bad snowstorm, and so many cars were coming in that needed extensive repairs. The repair process took several weeks, but during those weeks the members were CONSTANTLY updating us on any changes, extensions or problems occurred. They were never once unprofessional or unclear about anything that was happening. I was extremely happy to be kept in the loop from the beginning of the process to the end. Debra also always encouraged us to call any time we wanted an update or missed our car, which was absolutely appreciated if we needed an update for any reason. Give them a chance!!

Ashley was extremely helpful from explaining the process of evaluation and being thorough in what I can expect. The shops communication was all incredibly professional and frequent. Any time I had questions I was always able to reach someone and get them answered timely. The shop worked closely and professionally with the insurance company to ensure as little stress and work for myself as possible. The team worked closely with me via email as during COVID quarantine in person was more challenging. They were able to ensure a time for me to pick up personal belongings from the car in a manner and time that was considerate of my safety and social distancing.I have had many shops in Columbus do work for me prior, but never felt like any care the way this shop did. I would return to this shop for any and all future needs!

Ashley is amazing! You can tell she’s really big on customer service. Our car was ready and fixed but she wanted to make sure all the dust and extra gunk was all cleaned up so it took a little longer for our car to be brought out to us. Ashley treated our family to breakfast to make up for the wait! I appreciated her attention to detail and taking pride in returning our car to us better than it looked when we took it in. I recently took my 2017 C-Class Mercedes here and I LOVED the customer service I received. I worked with Ryan, who was not only super attractive, but he was so helpful and patient with me the entire time. Everyone there was nice but Ryan really stood out to me. He was so nice! So I recently got my rear passenger quarter panel smash at the grocery store and the guy had no insurance...I was frantic about what to do next as this was a first for me. A buddy of mine told me about a shop on high street ran by a knowledgeable, about-her-business women who could for sure help me. Best Auto-body shop Ive been to! Everyone is so nice and made me feel comfortable that my car was going to get fixed correctly (other body shops have painted my whole bumper a different color before so I was nervous) but Columbus Collision is absolutely amazing! My metallic silver car paint is hard to match but they did phenominal. You cant tell there was ever even a dent or scratch on my car. Stunning and perfect work and paint. Amber was a blessing through my whole experience! She kept me informed and was always on top of things. My car was towed there for free...sat for a week and a half while we tried to figure out insurance issues...then when it was finished sat for another 4 days before I could pick it up....they did not charge me storage. I must admit I was skeptical at first but soooo glad I chose Columbus Collision Center! My car had less than 3,000 miles on it and looks brand new again!

Columbus Collision Centers did the repairs on my 2017 Infiniti G35. My experience with them was superb. First the customer service, Amber was talking me through the entire way of the repairs. She was very friendly, and even talked to the other individuals insurance company for me so that I didnt have too. If I didnt have another individual helping me with my vehicle the way she did I dont know what I would have done. Also Ashley the owner of the shop was also very great. She let me get to know her on somewhat of a personal level so that I was more comfortable in letting them fixing my vehicle. She let me know that she recently had taken full ownership of the shop from her fiance? or boyfriend? And I have to say she is doing a fantastic job. And than finally, the repairs of my vehicle. The color matched completely, and I got my car back in the exact way I purchased it. I had already had my car at another preferred shop.I received a call from Amber who explained to me what they would do and that I didnt have to use a preferred shop. She was clearly on my side and not the insurances side. They went and picked my car up from the currant shop and took back to their shop where my car was considered a total loss. Made it very easy for me to go and clean out my car and sign a release to the insurance. I will definitely remember their outstanding service and will use them in the future...

Poor customer services. Never return calls. Several time I tried to reach anyone to find the status of the car, you got answering machine where you leave a message and no one returns your call. They took 37 days to fix rear end collision which should be way less time. Insurance company set reasonable time limit for repair while they decline any responsibility for car rental for the extra time

Worse experience ever!! They lie and represent their business are part of you insurance company when they are not and are rude, manipulative. Will NEVER recommend they to anyone. Their BBB reviews are horrible! Im angry that they are even still in business!

This place is a SCAM. One of the employees named Amber identified herself as the claims specialist for my insurance company after I had a hit and run and told me I was obligated to have my car serviced there otherwise my claims adjuster would delay my claim. A day after i realized they lied, which was a friday, i called to have my car released for my insurance to take my car to my preferred body shop which Amber decided not to take note of so it stayed put over the weekend and i had to call again that following monday to give the release again (this is all they said I had to do to have it released) the next day, my car is still there. Then they began to claim they needed storage fees paid despite my car being kept due to false pretenses in the first place. They then tacked on additional fees they couldnt name except an “estimate fee” and it all coming to a total of $1300. HOW DO YOU CHARGE AN ESTIMATE FEE!? Let alone charge for a car you havent worked on. Don’t trust this place.

Debra helped me through everything and I my 2019 Jeep was delivered on time and it looked brand new, again.

I’d give them a 0 but I can’t-I was deceived into believing they worked for esurance from the beginning-they got my car WAY before any liability had been accepted-they we’re so convincing that my insurance agent also believed they were esurance adjusters...when I realized they weren’t and said I wanted to come and get my car things got nasty-and delayed BIG time! I was also price gauged when I went to get my vehicle-and spoken to terribly-they are internet vultures! BEWARE! They find your information on the internet and pose as whatever insurance company they want but they aren’t! They are Columbus collision repair and that’s it-and heaven forbid you figure that out and decide you want to pick your car up after a few days....$994.43!!! If you threaten the police they aren’t afraid -they say they will just come and say it’s a civil suit (they have been in that situation before) and if you claim to let the BBB know again they say go ahead...they aren’t members of that ...humm-wonder why that is?? What a scam! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Stephanie and all the employees i spoke with here were extremely nice and helpful! They came and picked up my car and returned it to my side of town.BUT i would not take my car back here. I was rear ended in an accident and when the truck is closed you cant tell anything is wrong but when you open it nothing was put back together right. There are gaps, ripped weatherstripping, somtimes the trunk bounces back open, my car wasnt put back together right after 2 months and they left all the screws rolling around in the trunk along with a retchet tie strap, a lighter and someones smart watch. Im not happy with the work and will not recommend anyone to them.

I wouldnt even go there again they had my car for 2 months and they told me they lost it for 2 weeks amd on my way hime i turn on my head lights what and it said head light not working get home and they did t even plug it in and on top of it all they never clean my car after the bumber was painted to i clean it good and the bumber was a tint color off not very happy with the body shop 5hey told me my car would be ready the and when i call them and say i be on my way they have a story and said something was wrong and they have no cule when the car will be ready and it not a old car so the body shop should of got the paint right on the mark it was a 2018 car so there should be no excuse for this I WILL NEVER LET ANYONE WHO I KNOW GO TO 5HIS BODY SHOP

So this place was amazing after scrambling my thoughts trying to figure out what I’m going to do To get my 2019 Acura fixed It’s Covid I haven’t worked I didn’t have the money this nice lady Stephanie contacted me by phone I was a little skeptical at first because she said the shop could cover my deductible if I worked with her shop at first I was going to go with what the insurance told me but when she told me that they did not have my best interest I started to believe her I let my guard down and let her take my baby to the shop and when I got it back it looked brand new and she covered my $500 deductible like she said.
