Talk about excellent service and customer service! Cindy went above and beyond for me to get my SUV back in time before I left town! Even staying late on Friday evening well after business hours! Communication was excellent the entire duration for keeping me up to date on timelines.If we back up a minute, I knew this was the shop for me because Cindy didn’t want to take my money when I originally wanted the entire truck painted and she pointed out that the factory paint was still very good and just needed a good buffing and that she pointed out areas that needed attention. Asked what my budget was and we were set from there. I highly recommend this shop! You can be like me and check out the budget body shops but once you see their finished products in the parking lot, you will see you get what you pay for! I’m so happy that I was referred to Collision Surgeons of Columbus and that Cindy was so easy to work with!It’s also nice to know they stand behind their work if you have any issues!
A lot of attention to detail. Quality of work was great and l always look for that. But what I liked the most was the personal involvement, quality service, willingness to do what needs to be done to please the customer even if they have to come after duty hours to take care of you. This is the place to get great quality service at great value. Thank for taking care of me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would.1. When I called to get a quote over the phone the woman had a rude and impatient disposition.2. I got lost while driving to the location because THEY DID NOT HAVE A VISIBLE SIGN. I had to contact the owner for further instructions. When I arrived she said You didnt see our sign. I said no thats impossible for anyone to see.3. Im 20 and in college, foreign to Columbus GA, a fairly new car owner, and the business owner was impatient and unclear about the service she would be providing for my car.4. They never gave me a definite appointment on the date and time to drop off of my car. No appointment card, no email, nothing.5. When we finally spoke of a date, I had to make a confirmation call that my car would be serviced.6. The morning of my car drop off, I had to turnover the liability of my car to their business neighbor. Primarily because the person they promised would be there to pick up my car was not.7. The owner proceeded to cusrse me out on the phone (calling me an A$$) because I said they have terrible customer service.
