Writing to warn you, dont waste your time going here... I cant believe they are still open for business. Test drove cars today. 90% of their cars are over 170,000 miles. And they want you to put $2,000-$4,000 down on these used cars. With the total price being $13,000 or more. Took each car to the mechanic and they all have engine, transmission or suspension problems.No wonder they have so many lawsuits against them.Unless you are a mechanic do not buy a car hereAlso every car was missing the spare tire and Jack.And if you look every cars back rotors are bad and warn.I would recommend going to Shaddai on east main street or Cars East on Refugee. They have better cars and lower down payments.

Wow unbelievable. I would not recommend getting a car here. Im a mechanic I went up here to test drive cars with someone. Every single car we test drove was trash, had dang near 200k miles or more. And needed engine and transmission work. I cant believe how they are getting over on people like this.Do not buy a car here, take my advice.

I put $4,000 down on a vehicle that broke down literally 20 mins after we drove off the lot. They towed it and replaced the fuel pump but made us pay $500 more dollars before we could have the car back. We told them we just wanted our money back and they showed us the contract. We reluctantly payed because we were now desperate for a vehicle and just gave them $4,000. Now 3 months later we have put $7,000 more into work on the car. And that’s not including the monthly payments we are giving them to pay off the vehicle. They take advantage of people that don’t have good credit or enough money to get a new car. Do NOT spend a dime here. You are guaranteed to walk out with a lemon car

I would give 0 stars if possible. First car they gave me to test drive looked decent, then I start driving and it starts smoking from under the hood, it was leaking coolant, literally only test drove it for 10 minutes tops, ball joint on the right drivers side was messed up, I could tell when I turned, then I took it back and told them the issues and they looked shocked, tried to offer me 3 other cars to look at, no thank you. The first woman I talked to barely spoke English and when I asked if these cars were serviced and looked at before being sold her response was you want to test drive? Couldnt give me any information on the vehicle. They just want your money and could care less about the safety/condition of the vehicle theyre selling you. Do not buy a car here.

Someone needs to close the doors on this business. What theyre doing should be a CRIMINAL OFFENSE . The poor reviews and lawsuits that are made public for you needs to be taken into deep consideration. Dont make the same mistake I did. I donated 2,500 to them 2 weeks ago. 2015 Chrysler and no sooner than the very next morning the check engine light popped on, light knocking in the motor, and the transmission was acting funny. Zero stars please!!!!We went in looking for a family car . We just had a baby and needed a bigger car for our kids and this company ripped us off big time !! We looked at a 2014 Dodge Journey looked very nice we spent almost 3 hours there doing paperwork then when we drove it home within 5 minutes on high it started rattling real bad!! So angry with this company we took it back and they offered us a car for 2thousand cheaper we thought t it was a great deal and then this morning we find that it smells like gas and the brakes are grinding already !! Do not buy from them !!! No return policy ! And I wouldn’t even trust them to work on my car since they obviously don’t test drive the cars before putting it up for sale !!! Don’t go here!! When we went to look at a car they tried to sell me 3 different cars than the one I wanted...probably cause the car i wanted ran good. If you buy from here, make sure before u even think about getting a specific car, google the vin number of the car. It will tell you everything u need to know about where they got it, accidents, etc. People need to understand that they are in the business of making money, if u dont do your homework and get a 20 minute inspection at a mechanic u trust of the car, u can only blame yourself.

I wish I could give 0 stars but fortunately for Kellie Auto Sales (Phillips Rd) Google doesn’t allow it. DO NOT GO HERE! These people completely took advantage of my grandmother. They sold her a car that broke down the next day. Then she tried to return it to have it fixed and they charged her $1000. She tried to literally return the car, stating that she hadn’t even had it a 3 days and it’s broken down. They mocked her stating “were sorry but all sales are final. Maybe try putting some more gas in it.” These people are a joke. The management doesn’t care, employees are scheming people, and the cars will break down in less a week. Never ever going here again, neither will my family, or my friends. They could do this to you. Just save yourself the time, and go down the road.

Well its not even 24hrs after I bought my 16 ram and this place has already got me! I had a verbal agreement with my salesman that if I bought this truck that he would gladly put a good set of used tires on it, well i call my salesman and say hey can I go get them tires on he sent me to the tire shop I get there they start putting the tires on and im informed that kellis will not pay for the tires i call my salesman and he says oh Im sorry but my boss wont cover the tires I say well we had a agreement he said hed call me right back now a hour later and Ive not herd from no one! You can get a vehicle with no problem, just be prepared to deal with the consequences later. This place will give you a whole headache! You have to get everything in writing from every person that you speak with that works here because everyone says something different until it comes time for that payment. No one is on the same page. No one has a clue as to what is going on. All you get from them is a bunch of lip service and smooth talk to get you out the door. Nothing is ever as what the last person says. This place is RIDICULOUS to deal with. If this is the type of business that you like to deal with then have at it! Such a Migraine! We went in, took a look around and ended up working with Mo. Im not sure what everyones issue is, but when dealing with Buy-Here Pay-Here, you NEED to slow your role and look around. Test drive, look under the hood...if youre complaining, then its basically your own fault. We were able to work with Mo, test drove and within 2 days, we were driving off the lot in a very nice Honda Pilot. So far so good. A few small issues any normal used vehicle would have but also self fixable. Kellies has treated us right. Working with us with our payments that are where we wont miss any payments, Raymond is an awesome guy (manager/bossman). They have been very kind, friendly and call us family. We have nothing negative to say about them. And we will DEFINITELY be getting another vehicle through them. Thank you Mo & Raymond!!

This place has went downhill horribly! Had purchased several vehicles from them when they were at their previous location and was pleased with the service but since theyve moved and grown they obviously dont care about anything but taking your money. Salesman was very nice and helpful til I signed on the dotted line then neglected to return my calls after I started having issues only 2 days after taking the vehicle home. I had expressed concern after test driving about some dash lights that were on and was assured that the lights just needed to be reset but when I asked for them to do it before I took it home he said they couldnt. They couldnt because the problems hadnt been fixed!!! I think the vehicle possibly came from a flood area due to the fact that the whole underside is completely rusted.. come on, who looks under the chassis before they buy a car? I will next time! The suspension is messed up and electric running boards inoperable (probably cause its totally rusted) possible transmission problems, a/c screwed up, I could go on and on, but as I read in other reviews all their vehicles are sold as-is so theres no legal ramifications for their poor service. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership...so disappointing...I trusted them. Live and learn

You better record everything thats said in your payments because what we were quoted and was told, isnt the same that they had typed on the contract. They wanted almost $700 a month for a 12 year old vehicle with 170k miles. I was told wed pay $150 every 2 weeks and it was drawn up as $150 a week. So now were out the $1,250 down payment cause thats almost more than my rent!

Staff was nice however our car broke down the day after we bought it, we havent been able to drive it. We went back the next day and nobody cared whatsoever, they didnt give us a minute of their time. All the bad reviews on here are true dont be naive like us, listen to these reviews and save your money.

Very rude and sketchy place. I bought a car on my way home it started knocking and jeering and the steering wheel locked up. I purchase the vehicle at 8pm came back first thing in the morning the manager told me all he could do was set me up as appointment with their mechanic. On my way home the car started knocking and died in the middle of the street. I called them they told me I was responsible for towing it there. I did at my expense. Now I call Im left on hold and ignored. This place should be ran out of town. I beg anyone whos thinking of getting a car from there to change your mind and fast. This dealership has no ethics are companion for their customers they just want your money. If you come here youll regret it! They are modern day con artist.

Love this place!!! They have a great selection of vehicles. I ended up buying 2013 Dodge Avenger form KAL, he was very patient with us. The only complaint is they didnt have pricing on the cars, but our salesman was very helpful with that. We got a great price and a excellent car!!! They have visually appealing cars but this place needs to be closed down! Cars are all 200,000 miles or higher and they have the nerve to ask around 2,500 to 4,000 down for cars they should have for sale for that amount! Cars All have some type of problem, I was there for over an hour and drove five different cars and took them down the street to be checked out. Not ONE CAR I took down there of the five were in good shape at all and the mechanics told me to leave this place alone!

So far so good! We have a loan for a Fusion we bought and staff is friendly and no problems so far! Will be back for another vehicle if customer service keeps up!

Do not go here.We got a Nissan from here and within 30 mins having the car it started puttering and the engine light came on. They refused to fix. Also they will price gouge their cars. The Nissan was a 2013 which they were selling for 14k. I researched at an actual used Nissan dealer had the same car for less than 8,000.

Once you walk into the store to look for a good car to buy, they keep repeating: were here for you. But once you sign the papers for the car you bought you find out thats not really the case. I bought a car, paid good money on it and was promised that by the time I came back to pick um my car, some issues would be fixed (AC and battery). It didnt happen. My AC doesnt work and the battery is an old one (they promised a new one) and once I went there to complain, they said they would take care of those problems if I paid for them. Thats absurd!!!! Dont buy here!

Truck looked nice but after a month I realized they used black spray paint on the frame to cover rust. Truck bed was falling off. Hoses had been fixed with insulation and black tape. Muffler fell off. Car alarm didnt go with car. Power window and locks stopped working.Wouldnt trust another vehicle from here.

Everything everyone has said is true. The sales experience was good and they agreed to fix every problem with the car however after you sign the papers they will not work with you at all. They sold me a car that was previously wrecked and would not give me any documentation on the vehicle. 48 hours after i got my car home I realized that there were some issues with the front end, the engine light came on and the car has been hesitating. They waved my diagnostic fee and then told me it would be $800 to get everything fixed, I havent even had the car a week. Kal is extremely rude, I went to pick my car up from the shop on the day that my payment was due and they told me that they were not going to release it to me because I did not yet pay my payment, it was not technically due until the end of the day. This is a bad business all the way around and their practices are illegal! Do not buy a car from this lot. -Update: I asked for one of my payments to be defered to the end of my load since I had spent some much money on repairs.. They wouldnt do it. I couldnt make that weeks payment because of the repair cost, now their threatening to repo it . Any bank would have deferred that weeks payment due to the circumstances. Do not finance through Kellys finance company! Both the finance company and lot are a joke!
