Honestly it’s pretty incredible what they were able to do. Removed four dents in about an hour for about $400. Two of the dents were on sharp body lines and now they’re nearly perfect. No appointment needed, just pulled in, received a quote in a few minutes, walked a block or so to a diner for breakfast and by the time I got back it was done.

I had a great experience here! I had a quarter sized dent with no paint damage and it was quickly removed in about 45 minutes. In my opinion, the price was reasonable. However, in the interest of full disclosure, I didnt shop around so I dont have any prices to compare to. Overall, I was very impressed and I highly recommend the Dent Doctor!

Had a patch of scratches and one deeper scratch from running into a column. Other place quoted near $1000 for replacing and repainting which is suppose to look impeccable. But I dont want to spend that kind of money. At least this place offers to just patch it up for less than $300. As you can see from the photos, its still noticeable. And I hope the fixes last as their technician promised.

The team at Dent Doctor are absolutely professional - I brought them a tough dent in my hood where I dropped a 40v Lithium-Ion battery on my hood (don’t ask, it was gold medal day in the Clumsy Olympics) and they made magic happen ! I was very happy with my service at Dent Doctor. I had a deep chip (down to the bare medal) from a large rock on the hood of my new truck.I took it to Dent Doctor and they filled the chip very well. The owner was not happy with the red paint color applied and ordered some of the original paint from AC Delco. The paint is now a perfect match without having to re-paint the whole hood. I would definitely recommend this shop

Carl at this location is an artist. I had a tiny but deep ding in my brand new car. I was hoping for maybe 75% improvement. 1 hour later and I’d say the dent was virtually 100% gone. Price was very reasonable as well. A++ experience.

Looking at my door cant even tell some worthless POS shoved a shopping cart into my vehicle leaving a 4 dent. I did not want to deal with the hassle of going through my insurance. This place is great For the service and the price. The first time I pulled up at this place I thought oh it’s an old gas station not the best But the service that they provide and the price that they provide it out make up for that. After wrong it’s a body shop essentially for cars so it’s not fancy And it is on a busy road at Kenny and old Henderson. Like I said the service is awesome the manager/owner is funny and very cool

The guy may know how to do his job but would benefit from taking a Customer service 101 refresher course. Rude and condescending, and definitely does not make you feel like coming back to get the job done after getting an estimate. The front desk personnel, nonetheless, is very friendly. I had 3 small dents removed from the drivers door yesterday and it came out perfect. Amazing. There was a prior repair done (not by Dent Doctor) that I was hoping could be buffed out a bit to tone down that repair but was advised against working on it at the risk of possibly making it worse. I recently took my 2015 Chevy Camaro in to see Mark with some pretty nasty dents and a crease in the rear quarter panel. I can honestly say I am amazed at the work they did. My Camaro looks like it did the day I bought it. You would never even know the dents were there. Mark even spotted a few dents I didnt know where there & had the tech fix them while he had the door panel off...These guys are real pros, in every sense of the word. The customer service here at Dent Doctor is amazing. I got three estimates before deciding to come here, and it ended up being cheaper than I had anticipated. I backed my car into a tree and couldn’t afford to go through my insurance (2,000 deductible) to get my quarter rear panel replaced. So I let them know my situation and they worked with me to get my car to where it needed to be to be street legal, although they actually went above and beyond that! They replaced my tail light and had to bend out the metal to get to it. They also covered the paint that had flaked off and it looks 1000% better. If anyone I know ever has car troubles, I know exactly who to refer them to. Thanks Ammar!

I visited the Dent Dr today and was very pleased with my experience. I stopped in on Tuesday for a quote and was very pleased with the service and price. I found out that you did not need an appointment for the repair. You could just walk in when it was convenient for you. This was very important to me due to my work schedule. So today, I went back and had my car repaired. I was very satisfied with the work that was completed. It seems that although the dent looked easy to fix it was not and the crew at Dent Dr did their very best and had my car looking like new by the time I arrived. So I had accidentally bumped into something. Initially thought it was just a minimal scratch, but it turned out to be a dent and a scratch on my rear door. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect at first but I was thankful to the dent doctor. He checked the car for free and gave me 2 estimates based on what he saw. I went with the more affordable one in my case, and honestly I have never been more pleased. It’s as though the marks were never there. I am really thankful to the dent dr. for the amazing job that was done. The entire team were so kind and really took their time to help me and make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Would highly recommend! I had a pretty bad dent in my fender, some other scratches, and a badly cracked windshield. We came in on a Saturday to get a quote and were able to come back Monday to have all repairs done within a few hours. We worked with the manager... he was super helpful and saved us $$ in anyway he could! We even left with some fresh tomatoes from their little garden out back :) overall great service and super cost effective!

This is the second time I have used Dent Doctor, and have been very impressed both times. The manager was great, and gave me a quote on the spot. He did not sugar coat the possibility that the dent repair might not be perfect. The dent in the right rear quarter panel was very near a crease, and pretty tough to fix. After an hour, the work was complete, and it was quite literally perfectly repaired, and all for $236! Saved me time, and money, and were pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Decent job, definitely made my car looked better. At the same time, they missed a number of places and when I pointed them out, the guy says those are not included. Its kind of disappointing because I asked them to check my car and take care of all dents and scratches, then I agreed to fix everything they listed. Also they sounded like they are doing me a favor. Not sure whether they remembered I paid 800 for that.

I went to a body shop and they were going to charge me almost $1,700 and I went here instead and paid only $260. The hood of my car sustained a 2 dent from a sliced golf shot while I was at a golf outing. When considering options for repair, several friends recommended Dent Doctor based on their personal experience. I decided to take the car in for an estimate. Dent Doctor assessed the damage, provided a quote for the repair, and offered to perform the work right then. In approximately an hour, the work was completed. There was absolutely no evidence the car had ever been damaged. Their service was efficient and very reasonably priced and the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend this business.

I came to Dent Doctor last weekend. Someone had wrecked my front bumper and not left a note and I was right about to drive to Nashville for a meeting I couldnt miss. They fixed it within an hour and got me on the road. Not only that but I was so distraught over the whole thing that the owner spent a full hour with me while the car was getting fixed, just chatting. I was floored (positively) - I brought in my car after having scratched the inside of my windshield (Goo Gone and the rough side of a sponge). The owner explained (very nicely and politely) the composition of a windshield and the effect the products had had. He took the car into a bay and shortly thereafter brought it back out. When I took out my billfold to pay him, he said: This is on me. That was completely unexpected and as well as generous and kind. I hope not to do any more damage to my car, but if its in need of repair, Ill go straight to the Dent Doctor. I highly recommend them!

Someone dinged my door on my brand new Mercedes GLC in a parking lot. They were able to remove the dent within 45 minutes, after the work, Car looked like it never had the dent. The manager was very nice to work with and Im really happy with their work.

I have taken five of our families cars to the Dent Doctor for both painting and dent repair. Each time, I received an estimate within 5 to 10 minutes. I have always been treated in a professional manner with quick service and fantastic results. Most recently, I took my wifes Mercedes in because I scraped the right side of the cars bumper against our garage wall. I arrived without an appointment and they were able to eliminate the marks on the car in about 15 minutes and it looks like new. The owner always does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. He has shown great integrity and they do a superb job.

Avoid dent doctor owner/ manager is rude talks over you he simply lacks integrity not worth your time trying to save a dollar take to a reputable shop. Dent doctor will not honor what their website says if you are not completely satisfied you will still pay.

Ive had two pretty major dents taken out (one in an angled body area) and several small dents take out here.Each time the turn around was only several hours, and for just a couple hundred dollars. Cheap for the size and locations of the dings. The staff are friendly and work hard to get you in and out.5/5 would ding again. (not really but I would go here again!)
