Tami is great! she called us right after my wife got into an accident. she took everything into her hands, she contacted our insurance company and was able to communicate with them from that point on. She was timely, kept me informed as to what was going on with my wifes vehicle repair, and it was finished when she said it was going to be.Not only did they take care of our $1,000.00 deductible but she gave us a loaner vehicle during the time ours was getting repaired.Once we picked up our vehicle, we realized that they detailed it. it looks better now than when we first bought it. We also won $100 on their ticket scratch off they give to everyone that use them for repair. Honestly could not have asked for a better repair shop to fix our 2016 4-runner.

I have taken my car to these guys 3 times, three different accidents and each time was a great experience. They are extremely professional and at the same time you know they will take great care of your vehicle and not just your vehicle but you as well. If it is available they let me use one of their company vehicles as a rental and they helped me out financially with my payments. For your vehicle they do not use aftermarket parts but OEM parts(parts made by the manufacturer of your vehicle). I highly recommend these guys, they will fix your car the right way not the way many other auto body places will to save some money for the insurance companies. These guys definitely deserve more than a 5 star review.

I have had cars worked on multiple times before, dealing with a wide variety of body shops. Car Pro is by far one of the easiest places to deal with. I delt with one primary person Tammy, she followed up with me after I showed interest in her shop. Very kind and outgoing person, I was fighting the insurance company on payment from my wreck I called and she was very understanding. She even offered to help fight the insurance company with me which was a first for a body shop to offer. They cleaned my entire car looks almost brand new again. The repairs were done perfect I cant even notice a difference. I drive a 15 Civic which the rear bumper needed replaced the repairs took only 2 days (not even full days). They work with you as a customer and completely care. They are the only body shop I have heard of that even give you money back for your wreck. I would recommend everyone to look into Car Pro.

Viktor is awesome not sure if I spelled this right. he is so helpful and the whole team was going about calling and keeping me informed as to where my car was at the whole process. my car is back looking to brand new and my car was there for two weeks and he took 100$ off my bill and it wasn’t even his fault. my insurance wasn’t getting back to them faulting that they couldn’t start the process. and everything they did has full coverage warranty and I know if I need anything this is for sure where I will go. on top of it he didn’t even make me pay my full deductible of 1,000$ he covered 800$ and then took another 100$ off again wasn’t even his fault. seriously this is the places to go and I am truly blessed I found them! amazing team and nice people!

Update: my insurance company paid for a used door on my van, which ended up having a faulty locking mechanism. I called Tammi, and they fixed the door in about an hour on a Saturday morning. I was in Columbus while attending seminars with my company and I was lucky that it was close as well where my son lives. We decided to have dinner with my son & his wife and dinner was great but while on our way back to our hotel on a 3 lane highway a driver in another vehicle came into our lane hit my car on the passenger side causing injury & damage to my vehicle. I was hit by an At Fault driver (who was texting) a few weeks before Thanksgiving which caused me to stress about my transportation. Victor picked my car up from my job and gave me a loaner car, so that I didnt need to use my car rental since the accident was not my fault. He communicated with me throughout the repair, was beyond professional and kept his word. I got a brand new front quarter panel installed within 3 days. I also had an oil change scheduled with my dealership and he did the oil change for FREE, & I even have a copy of the receipt with NAPA parts!! He dropped my car back off to me while I was at work and made the process very easy or me. I would recommend Car Pro to anyone who values great customer service!!
