I feel that I can trust them and then they do good work

Steve took time to come to me when it was necessary to meet. He was always available and returned calls expedient. The professional handling of my vehicle was beyond the 5 star rating. I would call on the business once again when needed. I would recommend 5 star. The beautiful repairs and care completed on my vehicle is wonderful. Thanks Steve and 5 star automotive staff.

If I could give 10 stars I would. 5 Star definitely lives up to its name. They were extremely friendly and handled the whole process from beginning to end. Dealing with my insurance company to returning my rental car for me. Exceptional high quality work done! My car looks great, and they detailed it inside and out which is very nice. Any company can do great work with great customer service once, but its when it is done over and over every time for everyone that makes it truly a great company. I am a repeat customer and forever customer. I can not recommend this place enough. If you are ever in need of body work look no further than 5 Star Automotive. A TRUE 5 star company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used 5 Star Auto for collision repairs in 2019 for repair of my car caused by an accident. The work took 8 days longer than my insurance coverage for my rental. 5 Star Auto informed me and the rental company, that they would cover the rental fees outside of my insurance coverage. I found out in February 2021 that the rental fees were never paid by 5 Star Auto and now I’m dealing with the unpaid balance issue. I spoke to an associate regarding the issue once I was informed and now 5 Star Auto will not return my voice messages or answer calls to resolve this issue.

Car looks better now than pre-accident. As advertised, paid my deductible and provided loaner car at no charge. Steve really took care of me. Thank you!

They replaced my passenger side door handle it looks and feels brand new!!! They did amazing!! Steve is incredibly friendly, welcoming, caring, and truly a professional man! I absolutely had a five star experience!

My skid plate on my Fiat had falling off. Called them and they got me in the next day. Steve did a great job and was very professional and super cool. Will definitley be back. And did I mention he did not charge me! Nice to know that there are good people out there. And the receptionist was nice also .Didnt catch her name though.

Excellent work – great people – Five Star indeed!We had a “fender bender” in Jan. 2020 (2013 Hyundai Sonata). Five Star Auto Body on West Broad (located across from Mt. Carmel Hospital) reached out via text message, saying they could do the work and NOT collect the deductible.It seemed a little suspicious in this age of unsolicited texts often resulting in scams. Apparently, Five Star Auto Body reaches out to people based on publicly available police reports from accidents. Reviews of this business were very good.Our insurance company directed us to one of their “preferred” auto body shops (which didn’t have good reviews) and that shop gave an estimate of around $2000 based on us paying the $500 deductible.I called Five Star Auto Body and they were great! We made an appointment to get an estimate from them. It is a modest shop with a small number of guys working there. Probably you will talk to Emile or Steve on the phone. They fixed other problems/blemishes at no additional charge. They arranged for the rental car (provided by our insurance), so that was super easy for us too.Great work, which included complete detailing, and we paid $0! (Basically, they have low overhead and can make a profit without charging the deductible.)We strongly recommend them and will be looking to them whenever we have need of auto body work in the future.

Painted 2 car doors the wrong color, black tint on window cracking and very sticky, they put the wrong mirror on there and then tried to put tint on the mirror which is falling off.

This is my second time having Five Star fix my car after an accident. The first time was a few years ago and the damages were minor, but this time there was quite a bit of work that needed done and once again, they exceeded my expectations. They picked my car up, stayed in contact with my insurance and kept me posted every step of the way. They also detailed my car, which I’m sure took a while. I really appreciate the quality of their work & their professionalism. I will always recommend anyone to come here and when in need, I’ll always be sure to return! Thank you sooooo much!

Ima say right now Steve and the group saved my life - literally. I got in an accident at THE WORST possible tine because of the Corona virus, so I lost my job because as you probably know almost all the retail businesses are closed.I told Steve this, and he was immediately ready to help me out and work with me during this financially difficult time. The work was done INSANELY fast (less than a week, and my whole front end was messed up). I turned in my car Monday and had it back befort the end of Friday. This is quality work, they went above and beyond by cleaning my headlights, checking my fluids for me, buffing out a mark without me even knowing about it, and checking all my suspension work because it was damaged.I cant recommend these guys enough, if it wasnt for them I would be completely broke or with out a car for who knows how long. Thank you guys. You wont find a family company like this anywhere else in the city!!

I was in a accident on March 8 of this month and was going crazy out my mind about my car but got a call from Steve from five star auto body shop he was so nice and understanding what I went through and he helped me out a lot I want to tell him thank u so much for your help. Praise report: Not all bad things come from the West Side. I just picked up my car from the body shop from where it was hit and I have to tell you Five Star Auto Body located at 820 W.
