Very professional, efficient and quality work. I was traveling through Columbus and hit a deer and H&M was recommended. I could have had my car towed an hour North to my home but I went on a recommendation and I couldn’t have been happier. They had my car towed in on a Sunday night and immediately went to work on Monday morning. I was told 2 weeks and they met their timeline. Scott kept me informed every step of the process. If you’re looking for a family owned business that cares about their customers and the quality of their work H&M is the body shop to call. So glad I did.

You don’t get customer service like this anymore they were amazing. Mr Mickey Rose is awesome and stands behind his work. Several years ago I was involved in an accident and had to have som serious bodywork done. H&M was recommended by a neighbor. They did great work but what won me over… a year after, my clear coat started to bubble up in one spot on my hood. I called the shop Mr Mickey didn’t question it and set an appointment for me to drop my car off that week. He later explained there was a formula change to the paint. Either way he stood behind his word and had my car completely painted. Great family owned business and just a down right, awesome group of folks!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Would highly recommend! Very QUICK and EFFICIENT. After a bad accident, I was referred to H&M Auto Care. I spoke to Brandon and he told me to bring my car in. Within a few days, him and his workers fixed every messed up pieces on my car.Brandon went above and beyond, changing my tires, washing my car, and buffing my headlights. I was told a when he looked at my car that the best case scenario for my car would be a few days away. I expected it to be way longer (maybe a month).Sure enough, Brandon called a few days later telling me that my car was completed. When I saw my car, the entire front side of my car that was smashed in was completely repaired- and looks way better than the other side. Will definitely be using them for any car problems.

So helpful, professional, and the work was done in a timely manner. Amber, in the office was very friendly and helpful. Super satisfied with the work that was done. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs vehicle repair and/or painting!

H and M did an absolutely wonderful job on repairing my rear quarter panel on my truck bed where I crimped the bed with a gooseneck trailer. It looked brand spanking new and was very affordable. Brandon went above and beyond to take care of me and did a great job. Everything was 5 star and their customer service is outstanding.

Had an accident with my suv and damaged my driver side door. I took my suv to this place based on a friends recommendation and I have been shocked at the bad service I feel I received. After getting my door fixed, I came back and explained I had an air leak. No one drove the suv, they just took it to the rear and adjusted the door. I gave it a few days and it still leaked air. I took it back. They apologized and tried it again. I was told if it didn’t work this time we may have e to replace the door seal. Again it did not work. I took it back again with same problem, again they took the suv to the back, tried to bend the component that holds the seal and or filled it with silicone to see if that worked. They never test drove the suv to see if they could hear what I was saying was wrong. I drove off and came back and then was told they did all they could that I would need to purchase a seal as the service man knew my insurance would not pay for this seal. I waited a few weeks then called my insurance to see what they said. They would replace the seal, if he had called. So I left a message for him to call. Then I waited, and waited and waited. I had to email the store to find out if they had been paid. They said it would be about 1-2 weeks out and they would order part when the payment was made. And Kwai wait for the part to come in and then I will get an email to setup a date to repair what should have been done weeks/months ago. They seem very friendly at the start but turnout to be what I call unprofessional and I am not happy with my service at all. Avoid if possible!!

I have been singing the praises of H&M since my car accident; I thought my Honda Accord was totaled. After they did their magic, there was NO sign anywhere my car had been damaged.It was beautiful!! I am still so thankful my son Ryan Tait towed my car to you.

Scott & bud took great care of my 2 VW’s & truck. They carefully removed all of the standard emblems w/out issues. Looks much better, cannot tell anything was there before. I will Highly recommend this body shop to anyone. Great on prices!

Staff was very professional. I was told of the wait time, since it was close to Christmas. They took my car in the first business day after Christmas as they had promised. And it was back to me sooner than expected. Honesty and trust are very important to me, and H&M provided both.The only thing that I would change ie that staff did not wear masks. As a 66 year old with pre existing medical problems I take precautions seriously.

Absolutely love every aspect of dealing with you guys! I have had accident repairs, minor paint jobs, and full blown tear down and restore jobs done there and keep coming back for more! Im not from Columbus but my new car was hit while I was there. I was recommended to H&M and I am very pleased. The bumper needed to be repainted and the tail light needed to be replaced. The car looks exactly as it did before the accident with the exception of 2 little air bubbles which Im not complaining about. The whole process of getting the car fixed was smooth and they finished my car in 2 days instead of the estimated 3. They also were friendly, and even washed the car for me. I can definitely see why I was recommended to H&M!

Being new (2 years) to town, I didnt have a preferred shop. After asking around at work I was referred to H&M to do some collision repair after my car was backed into and broke the windshield. From the first call last week to picking it up today things couldnt have been easier. Called them, had it towed to their facility, they looked over the estimate and the damage, had parts on order the next day. Called to let me know the timeline of parts coming in, paint needed and timing on everything letting me know when it would be ready. In addition to hitting the timeline discussed, they cleaned the car inside and out and the ladies in the office were pleasant every time I talked to them. I cant recommend H&M enough, and while I hope I dont need any more auto body work done anytime soon, I now have my place to recommend when asked.

I was a little concerned there were not any recent reviews posted in the last month, however I went with them since they had no negative feedback and are a local family owned business. Mr. Jones completed my appraisal yesterday and informed me of all my options efficiently and professionally. I cant quite find the words I feel would sufficiently describe him or his extraordinary business but I can say without a doubt I picked the right shop!!! How does H&M only have one review from 4 years ago???I dont know the owners, but I do know their son, Brandon Rose, from my experiences there. I have been taking my cars to H&M since 1998.In 1998, oops! Someone lovingly hit my car in the parking lot. It was all out of love because they chose to leave a big red dent and no note on my Nissan. I was a student at CSU and worked full time supporting myself. I paid for the repairs out of pocket which ended up below my deductible!Over the years, Ive had tiny scratches and bruises that Brandon and his team have fixed. Some were paid by other insurance carriers and some were minor things that I personally didnt like and paid for dents/scratches out of pocket. Some incidences occurred while I still lived in Columbus, GA and others occurred when I moved 1.5 hours away to Montgomery, AL.I just recently was involved in a hit and run. I dont want to file it, so I got a quote from Brandon. Just as I suspected, his willingness to provide 100% customer service, have everything done before I drove the 1.5 hour trip to Columbus, and make my wait time BETTER than a doctors office wait time, is a complete testimonial as to how this family runs their business.Id rather drive, spend my time and gas, just to have the experience that I have with the shop owners and their staff. RUN RUN RUN. THIS H&M PUT REGULAR TRANSMISSION FLUID IN A CAR THAT REQUIRES CVT FLUID...............My insurance company sent my car to this place bc my car shutdown on me one night. I thought that it was due to me hitting a pot hole early. Well the issue was a hose that connects to my transmission had bursted. So long story short. I oked for them to go ahead and fix the problem. After a while my car started making a rattling noise. Come to find out H&M had put regular transmissions fluid in my car. So the technician at Headquarter Nissan and Generic Transmission both confirmed that regular transmission was in my transmission instead of CVT fluid. So I calls H&M spoke to technician Scott. He immediately tells me that they didnt do that. Someone else did it. Well my receipt tells me different. Needless to say of course thats bc they dont want to pay for it. Scott its ok it will get fixed. And the next company will stand behind their work and put the correct fluids in the correct cars.
