We ordered eight in different flavors and toppings. We waited about half an hour even though the restaurant was empty. The burgers came dry and burnt. Instead of spicy fries we got plain. We asked for some burgers without onions and some without sauce - confused everything. Even the home fries were dry! The waitress offered to make the order again, said it would take about a quarter of an hour and went over the order with us again. We got the second revelation after half an hour, but it was worse than the previous one. We were in shock! Did nothing with our comments - the burgers were even more burnt, again confused with the onion and sauce. The spiced chips were a drop with paprika, apparently for them it was called spicy.We left the food and got out of there. They must replace the cook there, a year and a half ago the food was at a really good level!

So we ordered 2 packages for 247 shekels and first of all they did not bring us the correct order and secondly we received the 2nd hamburger package at 10 the night we ordered 7 so we asked for a credit or refund and did not give so at all do not order no more trust them. Hope you like it in your hands

This specific branch is not something. Even things that are standard for the network have faults and service is not something. Last time I was missing chips and I took home fries (what I thought was a baked potato, what could it already be?). We visited the Kiryat Ata branch, it took quite a while for a waitress to arrive. I ordered a lamb burger and those who accompanied me ordered a mix of burgers. The rolls came with a scorch over which did not contribute to the flavor and left a burnt flavor in every bite. The meat was dry. Not only that, we got dozens of sauces in bags that caused endless messing. The experience was very disappointing! I visited several branches of the network and did not disappoint.
