I love this little store! The staff is always so nice and insightful. They have great taste and they are genuinely lovely people. And they are always good at making the cakes too. I placed an order for my mother-in-laws birthday cake and I needed it by the next day and they got right on it. It was ready for me when I got there and I had. I trouble at all. Honestly this is and always will be one of my favorite places to get icecream

The owner wants to call the police on (2) 13 year old girls because one pulls her mask down to eat her ice cream and dares to speak while her mask is down. The so called owner had tresspass notices given to children, who just wanted ice cream and to do what kids do....talk. Personally I think 0 stars should be an option.

I came at 9:35 and the door was locked and nobody there. It’s frustrating to promise someone ice cream and break that promise because nobody wants to work.

I visited 2-08-21 at around 6:10 PM.. the young lady there was all by herself with a line of customers and she was very respectful and happy to assist! She was apologetic when handing my order but I want her to know how appreciative I was. I am sorry I didn’t get your name.

I felt disrespected and discriminated against. I was refused service if I wasnt to comply to wearing a mask. I was practically forced to wear a mask just to get a smoothie. That is against the law and against my rights. They even have a bright pink sign on the door that says no mask no service no exceptions. This establishment should be shut down if they cannot obey the law.

They have some of the best banana splits made with real ice cream 🍌 🍦

Horrible, the Manage Vicky is super moody and unpleasant. She overworks and underpays workers. You would not buy from here if you care about workers’ rights.

This Baskin-Robbins location has been around for years. It’s always clean and staffed with friendly people. I like being able to get pre-packed quarts to take home and we enjoy going for sundaes and cones as well. They have really cute cakes for every occasion and even have an option for catering.

They offer hand sanitizer. All employees were wearing masks.

I always enjoy their ice cream. Its the only ice I really like eating.

I tried this place for the first time the other night! I loved it! They had an awesome selection! They were open later than I expected which was nice for my 9pm ice cream craving!

Called the store to find out what time the close to make sure the internet was correct and the girl stated they closed at 10:00. I drove across town to come to their location because it was the closest got there at 9:30 and as soon as I opened the door the girls turned off the lights. At this point Im very upset due to the fact I called and drove across town pregnant for the ice cream Im craving for because they are the only place that has it. Called the manager this morning and she says because its slow they closed early. There are plenty of places that have a slow periods in there business thats apart of the game and if you feel your business is slow around this time you need to put your hrs at a different time before you have ppl waste gas and feeling they are coming to get something that their not.

Came in and ordered the cake. Picked it up. Everything was right except the size and shape of the cake. Very disappointed. They offered to redo it tomorrow however my daughter’s birthday is today!😂

Once my Michelle turned me on to pralines and cream out of the stand up freezer in the store thats all I go here for it seems.I highly suggest you try that selection!

They rarely answer the phone. The entire summer they have had one of their summer flavors only one time after weekly calls to check to see if they have it.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a wonderful selection of ice creams. Its a nice place to go for a treat.

The employees are so so nice, I really appreciated how kind and patient they were, but I found a big long black hair in my ice cream after I had started eating it. It wasnt on top of my ice cream, it was IN the fudge and took some effort to be pulled out. Its not mine, I dont have black hair. I have a stomach disorder and I can almost never eat, I was so excited for my ice cream. It sounds silly but I was so disappointed and nothings worse than finding hair in your food, especially when food is hard to keep down in the first place. Of course I dont think anyone did this intentionally, but it does make me nervous to get ice cream here again.

The staff was extremely rude. They didn’t put the toppings on the Sunday I had ordered and when I asked for them they acted like I was an inconvenience. My banana was only cut into 4ths and it was over all just sloppy. I’m usually just happy to have ice cream and won’t complain but the experience here was horrible.

Excellent ice cream, excellent employees except for one. I went in for a job interview with the owner of the store who was an older gentleman. It started off with him being 20 minutes late to the interview while I was 5 mins early. When he got there we shook hands as sat down. He started off by saying he LOST my job application and then asked me my availability. After going through my availability on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, he INTERRUPTS me and says “we can’t hire you, not with those hours”. I continued to try and give him my hours which are pretty flexible especially during the summertime, he says because I am into the fitness industry he doesn’t like hiring workers who are in the fitness industry. Very unprofessional and rude. I love their ice cream and products but I will never walk in this place again because of that. Very disappointing experience.

They are pretty young but very professinal, courteouse and handle the typical rush crowds very well.

Pecan praline ice cream was divine, but waffle cone was overcooked. Kudos for having two choices of no sugar added ice cream! However, I feel it is definitely overpriced.
