Another sad online experience...I ordered and paid online for 5 gift box sets of cookies (about $90) from the Columbia Vista store for Christmas gifts. On the day I was scheduled to pick the gift boxes up, I receive a call from the Vista store telling me that over the weekend they sold out of the gift box sets in-store and my cookies would be placed on platters. The gift boxes had the cookies individually wrapped and could be mailed. Now it is, Heres your gift on a platter. I feel that my paid for order should have been filled before selling the gift box sets to others who visit their store later. I will say that the employee that made the call was as helpful as could be. Additionally, the online order offered a specific percentage off if I submitted my email address. At checkout, the discount code could not be applied. The manager or owner needs to make corrections to their online ordering process.

I ordered a cookie cake for my daughters birthday from GAC at her request. Order was taken wrong and they had to redo it when I picked it up... long story short, I wish I would have made it myself.

Why the f would you go anywhere else? Best cookie cake in the world. None compares. Don’t be a dummy and buy your cookie cake from Publix when you know GAC is the only one.

I really appreciate Alex opening up early and knocking out a cookie for my girl in 30 minutes. Great family run business with excellent service and great prices, I cant wait for another event so I can come back downtown from Chapin to buy another cookie!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Suspending an employee cause someone didnt get free cookies!? BECAUSE HE PAID FOR AN OFFICERS COOKIES AND THEY COULDNT GET FREE COOKIES TOO! THATS DEPLORABLE! USED TO SPEND MONEY HERE AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN! I HOPE YOUR COMPANY GOES UNDER FOR THIS! GOOD RIDDANCE

Ordered online for a birthday cookie cake, when I went at the time I said I would pick it up, they said they didnt have the order, I had already paid for it so they gave me a refund, no harm done just wish they were more organized and had a better system. Store wasnt very clean, but staff were nice.
