I’d give them a 10/10 if i could! Morgan, their GM i believe, is exceptional to work with and the rest of the employees were just as awesome. I put in a large, complicated order for our employees and Morgan was great with working something out for me in a timely, organized manner. She was knowledgeable, polite and professional.The store was beautiful and clean, the employees that helped carry out my large order were extremely polite, eager, and helpful. All the employees were wearing masks as well, if you are a customer who is worried about that. The owners of this location should be extremely, extremely proud of their staff and their store. They all deserve some praise! Crumbl will definitely be something that we use for company recognition again.

Dont bother placing an online order! This is the second time weve placed an order online with a specific pickup window only to arrive and find out half our order is sold out. The second time they confirmed they dont pull the order when it comes in but rather after your check in to pick it up. So even if they have the cookies when you order, you may still not get them. Perhaps you can alert customers that you sold their cookies out from under them so we didnt have to waste not only our time, but gas as well.

The cookies were always perfect and taste so good. I would give them a 100/10 for their excellent service. Workers are always running around trying to serve the best cookies

Crumbl itself is amazing and the cookies are amazing, the app gives you a good visual of the cookies you choosing and their amazing qualities. Crumbl haven’t even been around that long and it’s already growing where I’m from. Great job Crumbl

I had just failed my exam for my Intermediate Microeconomics class, and I was feeling down. Shaking, crying, and just all around upset. I knew exactly where to look for solace: Crumbl Cookies. I walked in and the atmosphere was welcoming and made me feel warm inside. I ordered some cookies. Upon first bite, I almost collapsed because of how enriching it was to my soul. I was lifted out of my pain and misery because of these cookies. But what really lifted me up was the service I received from Hannah M. I was lost, and she found me. She helped remind me that I was a strong woman in STEM and I was going to make it to see another day. I love Crumbl, but it is truly the employees that make the store, and Hannah is one of those people. One love.

First time visiting Crumbl Cookies for me, and I really hate it that I waited soooo long! I grabbed a couple peanut butter ft. Reece’s and a couple milk chocolate chip. We ate the peanut butter when I got home and wow, was it was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it warm. Saving the chocolate chip for tomorrow. I will definitely be back next week to see what the new flavors will be.

😋 Yummy, GIANT cookies! They are dense, moist, flavorful, crumbly cookies. Having them served warmed or chilled is an added bonus. One cookie is too much at once though. I suggest eating half and saving the other half for later. Also, getting them curbside is easy and fast.

I just discovered the BEST cookies around! I thought they were pretty pricey at first but I was pleasantly surprised by the size of them-THEY ARE HUGE! I have a major sweet tooth and had to cut them in half. I also love that the flavors change each week. I was pretty much a semi sweet chocolate chip cookie only kind of person but the flavors were so good I want to try them all!

The nutritional facts are honestly a bit alarming on these, so we try to spread a four pack throughout the week. My family likes the changes in the weekly menus, so it’s a smart way to keep customers going back for more. They’re p good cookies—they don’t mess around for sure. Only giving four stars because I wish they had healthier options more frequently.

Crumbl Cookie is an excellent place to stop by to pick up cookies to celebrate at the moment or for a work event! Do not be weary at pricing as the cookies are larger than expected, even bigger than Hot Box cookies for visual representation - personally my favorite was the Oreo cookie.Staff was very friendly and excited for their new opening in Columbia. Even if cookies are not apart of your daily routine, stopping by and trying one out for yourself will never hurt.

Today, I used the Crumbl app and ordered 1 cookie for curbside pick-up. After waiting in the car for 20 minutes for it to be delivered, I called the store and spoke with the manager. She told me she was surprised I waited that long and didnt walk in to get it. I told her that defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. She offered free cookies. I just want my order, thank you.Crumbl is 0/4 for delivering my order curbside. I have had similar experience with ordering through the app for in-store pickup. I would give 0 stars if I could. The cookies taste great, if you can get them... last time doing this! After earning over loyalty 450 points in this store, Im done.

Call me crazy, but you shouldn’t allow people to Pre-order cookies for later in the day on your app if you’re not going to set the order aside for them. How exactly is it that I can order a cookie in advance, the transaction can go through, and then get there at the appointed time only to be told they’re “out for the day” of the flavor I ordered? It wasn’t even a cookie served warm, it was a chilled one- very easy to save. Very disappointed in the waste of time and gas. The only upside was that I was refunded.

I have never had a more delicious cookie in my life. A thin, crispy, sugary, crunch on the entire outside that surrounds a soft, warm, cookie dough center. Some of them are even filled! The peanut butter cookie was stuffed with pb and the nutella was filled with nutella! The chocolate chip tasted like raw cookie dough and was so amazing. The raspberry cheesecake was delicious as well! The entire experience and branding was so trendy and easy too! You order from an ipad,these cookies are also huge and the menu changes each week. I will be back to try others because theyre truly amazing!

We went for the Free Cookie Day and ended up getting a 4 pack also. I am in love with the Sugar and Lemon. I believe they add almond flavoring to their sugar cookie which is exactly how I make my homemade ones and EXACTLY how I like them. The rest of my family enjoyed the Butterfinger, and Oreo. Im Team Semi Sweet Choc Chips for a chocolate chip cookie (Crumbl uses milk choc), but my family really enjoyed those, also. I look forward to trying the other flavors, especially the Snickerdoodle. So glad theyre in Columbia. We wish them well.

I have never in my life come across an exact flavor profile to my Great Grandmas Christmas Cookies than Crumbls Signature Chilled Sugar Cookie! While we have just recently discovered Crumbl cookies, we are amazed at the flavors we have tried already. Not one of them has disappointed us. We live 45 minutes away and its worth the trip!
