Hands down the best cookies I’ve had!! I would come here before Insomnia or Hotbox! Great price and even better taste😍 (tip: heat them up in the microwave for 10 seconds) you won’t regret it! The staff is so kind, I can’t wait to go back! :)

While in COMO visiting a friend, we decided to stop by Fluffybutt because the name was intriguing. Best decision of the weekend! Absolutely delicious cookies and the staff was courteous. I will be coming back here whenever Im in the area. We tried the smorkie, cookies and cream, oatmeal chocolate chip, and lemon. I cant pick a favorite because theyre all so good!

They have some cool looking cookies, but theyre a hard miss on flavor. My kids wouldnt even eat them.

I attended a bridal shower and these cookies were amazing! They were truly art. I almost didnt want to eat it! I did, however, eat one and they tasted great! I had never had Fluffbutt cookies, but will use them in the future!

I’ve been wanting to try the decorated ones but I want to taste them first. You’d think since it’s the specialty they’d have them every day. But I don’t want to pay $30 to try them. But I’ve tried their walk in cookies a couple of times while looking for the decorated ones. They are so overly sweet and they honestly taste chemically.

Seems good. Tried the cookies, they were okay - not the best but not the worst. The smash cake was okay, very hard though, it definitely needed to sit at room temperature for a while, but I wasnt told this by the staff. They were friendly enough though. We ordered decorated cookies for work and they looked like they were made by a toddler. The owner was extremely rude. If you can’t be friendly to your customers, don’t own a business. Will not be back! There’s way better cookie places out there.

Got a variety of cookies for my coworkers and they all said they weren’t good. The chocolate chip was raw in the middle. One of them had so much salt in it that it burned your tongue. The walk up the stairs, and the price was seriously not worth it.

The staff is very unknowledgeable about the baked goods that are offered. The rum cake they sell is really good but I’ve went in there looking for it a couple times and they didn’t have it. the cookies taste generic and aren’t worth the price.

I have ordered custom cookies for my sons birthday as well as gone in randomly for treats. The cookies have always been great and the custom ones were a hit with my son. The designs they did were perfect. The cookies and scones purchased randomly have always been fabulous. Fluffybutt Friday has become a thing in our office. We love grabbing some over lunch.

I’ve had the cookies several times and they are very bland. But we went through the VU light display and got some so I thought I’d try them again. But they were hard and nasty. They tasted several days old.

New place for specialty cookies. They have decorated cookies and other freshly made to get to go. They also provide cake decorating session for small groups. Half dozen purchases less expensive than individual cookies.

The cookies are very sweet, lots of sugar. For a sweet tooth I’m sure these are enjoyable. The texture is okay, nice and chewy. More on the pricy side for a cookie.

Saw this on my way to another destination and turned around to come try this place due to the unique name and cute sign! I was greeted upon entering and told what they had for the day. Ended up leaving with some very yummy day old cookies and a fresh baked smores scone. The place smelled wonderful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If youre in the market for some custom ordered or unique cookies/baked goods you should try this place out. Prices were reasonable.

The Cookie treats were astounding. That was not the problem.A Place like Fluffybutt cookies seems fun and lively. It makes you want to laugh and have a good. I just wish the inside and the staff were fun and lively.The issue was the boy who worked there. He was terrible. He didnt know anything about the pasteries that this establishment was offering. We asked a question and he didnt know the answer after hustling through the menu so fast. (We couldnt understand him, we was speaking so quickly.) When he Relayed the question to the lady in the corner, she had an ill-Mannered response and acted too good for us.My husband and I tried talking with him. To start a conversation. (I was thinking maybe it was his first day and he was nervous.) My husband asked the story of the name. With a name like Fluffybutt Cookies there should be a story right?He said The owners cats. Thats it.It didnt live up to the name.

For a specialty bakery the prices are not that bad. The place is kind of small but I liked it.

Ive been here a few times, the times that I have ive had friendly service and great pastries, on my last trip I had a glazed apple scone. The scones were fresh, warm, soft and crumbly but not too much, crispy on the top but not too crispy, the apples on the inside were warm and flavorful, but not too strong. The overall feel was nice, not too sugary like something you would find in a supermarket. It was the best scone ive ever had, only thing to know is their pastries arnt allergy friendly, but to their credit they did post this on a sign when you walk in. One last thing is they dont have much in the way of a drink section with bottled water and soda being the extent of what they have. Overall I know I will be coming back again and id recommend that you do aswell.

I tried ordering cookies over the phone. I called several times and no answer. When I finally go through the person who answered was extremely rude. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
