Very happy with my experience! Will jackson was the man who helped us find a perfect 2018 buick. Will was friendly, not pressuring at all, and even stayed an hour after they closed to finish our purchase. From start to finish, my husband and I were happy. We asked many questions, both test drove and Will kept the energy positive throughout the process. Tom, the manager, finished our transaction. Tom walked us through our financing options, never tried to “sell” us anything extra we didnt want. I would recommend this place to any family member or any friend looking for a quality experience, great pricing and the easy going staff. Have bought many personal vehicles over time. Some pleasant experiences some not. Appreciated the no haggle pricing. Our 2019 Pacifica van was priced very competitively going in and there were no surprises like I’ve had from dealers in the past. Vehicle was certified and extremely well conditioned.One oddity is that this particular hertz car sales did not take cash The reason given was that they are not yet quite a full fledged car sales business. Anyhow a short trip up to a grocery chain to get some money orders for our down payment solved that issue. We worked with Mr Earnell Wright who was genuine, helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work. with.

Purchased my first car a few days ago and have been in love with it! I submitted an application on Tuesday morning and received and email saying that my app was in review. I soon received a call from Roxanne, lovely lady, she asked me a few more questions about what I was looking for and what I would like to put down on a car. I soon received another call, but couldnt answer it because I was at work. Upon arriving home I called the number back and Vlad answered the phone. Vlad was phenomenal from that point forward. He explained the process to me, let me test drive my car, and he reassured me every step of the way through the buying process and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. -5 stars They are true used car salesman liars and cheatsBought the car from them wanted it delivered as it was a Birthday gift for my wife, delivery was free to start with, then it went to $300 ended up at a $100. One would think hey I’m selling them a car might want to detail it a little. Had chalk marks on the roof liner when it got to us. Salesman I don’t know how they missed that bring it back by the dealership we will have our guy fix that. The whole point of delivery is so i dont have to go to the dealership. Also the GPS chip we will mail you a new one. Two weeks later still waiting on the chip, called and they said stop by Toyota and get the chip then send us the invoice and we will reimburse you. Okay so while I’m there and I know we are headed on a road trip go ahead and get the 50,000 mile service done and the oil changed. $700 later the car is like it should have been when it was delivered to me. So yea they got me don’t let them get you and the invoice yep where closed call the 800

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My only problem is Im unable to give more than 5 stars! The salesman, Ernie, was so nice and knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me pick out the perfect car. The prices are super reasonable--lower than other dealers. My used car looks like new, only 1 year old with low miles, and TONS of features. I will definitely be back to see Ernie!

Everything went smoothly at first when my husband bought a car in June for our family. Then it took forever for the loan to be funded because a piece of paperwork wasn’t done right and they waited a full month before even calling the loan company to find out why the loan wasn’t funded yet. It’s now sept I still don’t have a tag for my car. I got a second temp tag in August which is set to expire in sept. When we call we get well it’s taking longer because the dmv is backed up it should arrive any day now. That’s the excuse we have been giving for two months straight now! Can’t get ahold of the dmv to ask them where it is. I’m beyond frustrated. Buying a car was supposed to be an easy going experience instead it’s been frustrating. I get that the pandemic going on things take longer truly I do but we bought the car in June it’s been months.

Very disappointed in our experience buying a car at this location. We showed up knowing the exact car we wanted to buy with the funds to buy it on the spot. Still took us 4 hours to purchase and we turned down the offer to clean the car for us which would have taken it even longer. Now, almost 7 weeks later we are still waiting for Hertz to register our car and receive our tags. We have already had to drive back once (which is over an hour and a half from where we live) to receive another temporary tag three weeks ago. That set is now due to expire and they have STILL yet to submit our registration. Very frustrating, especially when we call and receive no status update besides everything takes longer with COVID.

Got a good condition car from here at a decent price quickly. Professional and polite staff. Not much more you can ask for.The people they have doing oil changes on their cars before sales could use a kick in the pants. My car had a leak immediately after I left coming out where someone had damaged the plug seal and left it that way. That and there was a pretty bad vibration that required a balance and rotate probably gonna need some CV joint repair as well.

SPENT 8 HOURS AT THIS LOCATION AND LEFT WITHOUT A CAR‼️ I got there at 10:30am and after a test drive, we started the paperwork with Anthony Cuffie. After getting an offer and agreeing to it Wilbur Jackson came and said he was taking over the buying process. He then told me that we needed to make changes to the paperwork we had previously sent to the bank. We sent the updated paperwork and I was told that we had to wait for the bank and by sending paperwork with a lower monthly income would drop my payments. I sat and “waited on the bank” FOR 5 MORE HOURS. After about 3 hours I started getting impatient and asking what was taking so long.. Wilbur told me the bank was taking forever. He kept assuring me that this long of a wait never happens and he didnt understand why it was taking this long. Finally after 5 HOURS (at 6:30pm), he came back and told me “okay so all this time we have been negotiating with the bank because they want $4500 down”. They allowed me to sit there and think I was getting a better deal and that I was waiting on the bank to send back the first offer when in reality they had got multiple offer and didn’t make me aware of it. After leaving I called to get the number for corporate but was placed on a 15 minute hold just to be told they didn’t have the number to corporate! IM LIVID! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORSE ENEMY‼️ DEFINITELY USING ENTERPRISE FROM NOW ON‼️‼️

We just recently moved to Columbia and havent switched over our licenses just yet (we plan to this week), so we were turned down for any business due to not having South Carolina licenses. We had all proof of residency as well as proof of income, but they still turned us away. It was awfully funny considering my husband just got a brand new Toyota Truck from Toyota in Columbia... with his Georgia license. That just told us they didnt want our business. But thats cool, we will take our money to someone else.

I have never received customer service that was so genuine and sincere. I found the car I wanted and feel in love! Chris. the manager was so kind and patient. I came in pre-approved. No pressure was put on me from Chris to try other creditors, which would have decreased my credit score tremendously. After all transactions were done Reggie, the combo manager, came over to finalize my paperwork and that was it. Great Honest Helpful Staff.
