Overall, the whole experience was extremely easy, and it was probably the best I’ve ever had when buying a car. Looking and test driving was not a forceful or pushy experience, finance took about 20 minutes from start to finish, and everyone was more than accommodating. I worked with Kyle, and I would highly recommend anyone ask for him. He went above and beyond my expectations of a car salesperson, all while being courteous and respectful of my needs. The dealership worked with me on my needs, and we were able to work out a deal that aligned for both of us. I would certainly buy there again.

Ive been searching for a specific vehicle and model and JH Audi had what I wanted with some personal compromises (color, cost). I knew going in what I had as a trade w/equity but knew it was going to be a tough decision to go outside of my monthly budget in car payment. Morgan contacted me and was very accommodating and when my husband and I arrived Phillip bridged the gap for Morgan. Both phenomenal young men who were open, honest, and upfront. They extended beyond their comfort zone and we met in the middle. They made the process easy along with their manager (forgot his name) and Im so grateful that we were handled with care and treated with understanding in terms of what was outside of my comfort zone with payments. Check in for my Audi S3 was great, but I did arrive at 7am. I chose to wait. They had a nice waiting room. It included coffee and soft drinks. There was a bit of backup when it came to leaving. Most customers seem to arrive between 8:30 and 9:30. Service tech acknowledged the issue and apologized. I was very satisfied with the interaction. Definitely would return.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent service. I went in for my 95k service that was 600 dollars. I indicated concerns about a check engine light, my display going in and out and there was an indicator regarding my braking guard. I was charged 300 dollars for a software update which I feel is inappropriate to be charged for a software update in the first place. I paid over 800 for this service and my display is still going out, the braking guard light is still on and I have no confidence my car was diagnosed at all. I’m bringing it back for these issues. I don’t feel good about the money I spent or the service I got compared to other dealerships.

I recently had my 2017 Q7 serviced at Audi Columbia. Khalib and Peter ensured my car service was completed on time, in fact a day earlier. I picked it up after hours and the team went out of their way to get my car ready for pick-up. They washed it as well which was nice. We booked the service online which was easy and convenient. Phenomenal Service Department. Kee Little is an awesome service advisor. He explained everything that was going to be serviced on my vehicle. The bonus of the service was the new inspection video that is sent to you by text and email the service shows your vehicle being inspected by the technician. Looks like Jim Hudson Audi Service Dept is using technology on the unknown. When we are sitting in the waiting room, home, or job and we are worrying about what is happening with my vehicle. We all know that some service dept will tell you this is wrong with your vehicle and that is not the case. Well Jim Hudson Audi Dept has change the game. This helps build a trust relationship with your customers. Next, if you wait in there waiting room. There is a work space if you need to work on something for work while you were waiting or school work. I made an appointment to get my 2016 Audi check for an oil leak. I previously had the car serviced in March 2021 for a routine oil change and inspection. My appointment was at 3:00pm August 2021 for the oil leak. I was asked when making the appointment would I be leaving my vehicle and I said no because this was my only mode of transportation. Once I arrived I had to wait quit a long time and was charged an arm and a leg for them to re-check and see where and why the oil was leaking from ($174.49).. And when I previously was there in March I paid ($172.29). I don’t think I should’ve had to pay again for the same service twice. The wait time was long despite getting a appointment.

Never in my 15 years of credit history have I been told that I have a great credit score and great credit but because I don’t have an auto loan on my profile I don’t have enough substance to obtain an auto loan 😳even though I have credit cards, mortgages, amongst other things. Also I just purchased a $82k car last November & paid it off in 5months. So let me get this straight I’m getting punished for having great DTI smh I’m just at a lost for words. Now I have unnecessary inquiries on my report but like come on if Audi didn’t want to sell me a car that’s all they had to say.

I had driven 45 minutes to this dealership and arrived at 11am for a scheduled service appointment. I was then told that my vehicle wouldn’t be finished until the end of the day, because of a back log from the previous day. When I asked what was considered the end of the day I was told around 6 pm. The service employee was very lackadaisical considering the major inconvenience of having to wait around for 7 hours and asked if I would like the reschedule.I was able to make contact with a friend in the area who came and took me to lunch. While at lunch I received a call from the same employee who now stated that they were unable to perform the tire rotation because I needed a new set of tires. He stated that the tread on my rear tires were worn and added that the rotation would give the vehicle a terrible ride. I was then told that I would be shown what they were talking about when I got back. He added that the only resolution was a new set of tires at $2300 and an alignment for $300.I then asked what would cause the tires to wear that badly with 38,000 miles. He replied “you may need shocks or an alignment - we don’t know!” Upon arriving back at the dealership the topic of the tires never came up!! Upon being notified that my vehicle was ready I received the service analysis sheets. A quick review of the sheets documented all tires in the Green!!To have to wait 7 hours for a scheduled appointment and have an attempted con act performed I will definitely take the drive to Charleston from this point on. This dealership is ridiculous!!

We were greeted with an open door by Ashwin when we arrived and while we came in specifically looking at one vehicle, never felt pressured throughout the process. One of the greatest dealership experiences ever. I walled into the dealership and saw a car. I could not take my eyes off of. It was a brand new Audi q7 in the barrel brown metallic color. Sadly 0 stars isn’t an option so I picked 1.I made a 7:30 appointment to get a 60,000 mile service on my A3. By 11:30, I called to get an update and they told me the car was still being worked on.I drove up at 12:30 to check on the vehicle, as I’d been forced to cancel a detailing appointment at 11:30.I was then told that the car hadn’t even been taken back to the shop yet and they wouldn’t be able to get it back there until at least 1pm.So I was lied to on the phone. No reasoning for the delay. No apology. Acted as if I was crazy for wanting to know why my car wasn’t finished after 5+ hours, when in reality they hadn’t even started on my car.I left without my car being serviced at all. Unbelievable.

The employees are very nice and professional, however the sales staff makes promises they dont keep. They said they would have a loaner vehicle available when I needed service, however when you try to schedule, there is a 3 week wait and they dont guarantee a loaner. Also, the service departments charges for fixing a problem are outrageous. Kinda crazy when you drop $60,000 on a car. Also, the service department is understaffed and overwhelmed. Did I say the employees are very nice?

They charged me $175 just for a diagnostic test (its $89.99 in Charleston) they were going to charge me $1900 to fix something on my car and the Audi dealership in Charlotte is charging me just $998! Picked up car got home realized memory seats no longer functional’ called and told this is a recognized issue with the recall update!!why then were they not proactive to check for this before they released the car? If you’re from out of town like I was (2 hours from home) and had no choice but to take your Audi to the Dealership for repairs after breaking down… make sure you have plenty of money, and extra time.. (5 hours in waiting area) no loaner car, no one to take me to Enterprise to get rental car ($700 a week) Enterprise wouldn’t even pic me up. Someone told me about Uber App., even a nice lady (customer) offered to take me to Enterprise but Uber was pulling up to get me. After a week went by I have to say, dealership did call me to come get a loaner car which saved me from having to pay more than $700. And I believe Dealership at the end did help some on the bill.. it was a lot of factors working against me that day and it just seemed no one really cared. At one point I thought I was gonna have to thumb a ride.. LOLI’m not blaming any one entity or anybody really, it was just a bad day-week…

We live in Arizona and had been looking for a specific Audi with certain features for weeks at local dealerships. Each dealership we called would try selling us on a car that didn’t meet all of the criteria we were wanting or asking us to come in to drive the cars only to find out they didn’t have them available on the lots. We work in a sales industry and are all too familiar with all of the pushy sales pitches and would never agree to work with any sales person who attempts to use those strategies to get us to purchase something that isn’t exactly what we want. We decided to extend our car search nationwide and that’s when we found the car we had been searching for at Jim Hudson Audi Columbia. We reached out to the dealership online and received a quick response from Todd Spaulding who was in no way pushy, but very helpful. Todd connected us with Kyle Craighead who sent us additional videos and photos of the vehicle to make sure it was everything we wanted, and it was. From that point Kyle worked with us via phone calls, texts and emails to coordinate everything to purchase the vehicle and have it shipped to us in Arizona. Kyle was always transparent about every detail of the car down to any minor imperfections to make sure that we wouldn’t be disappointed when it arrived. Ultimately we purchased this car in part because it was exactly what we wanted but just as much so because Kyle and everybody at Jim Hudson Audi Columbia treated us with respect, courtesy, and full transparency from start to finish.

Ashwin was our sales rep for a 2021 Audi SQ8. Very few available in the country and Ashwin helped us quickly make the deal. Upgrading from a 2019 Q8. Unlikely circumstances made it impossible for us to travel 250 miles to pick up the car so Ashwin got a driver and had it delivered the next day. Great service, great guy! Jim Hudson Audi of Columbia has impressive COVID 19 protocols and all customers in the Service waiting area were compliant. The service rep was courteous and offered good advice. I was impressed to receive a video of my car’s inspection while waiting. My only complaint is that my car was parked at the service bay door, ready for my departure for 20 minutes before I asked if I could take my car. Not sure why they were so inattentive; it wasn’t a busy day. Overall, a very good experience.

I now have my 5th Audi, a 2018 Q7 Prestige. All cars purchased in y hometown of Charlotte. My car broke down Thursday 3/4/2021 in Columbia,SC. I had to spend the night in a hotel with my dog. I called Audi Assist on Friday morning and had it towed to Jim Hudson Audi Columbia. They did not answer the phone until 8:00am even though their website has Service Dept opening at 7:00. When I did talk to a service tech, he said they were busy today and it could be Monday. I explained that I was from out of town with a dog and needed it looked at because I could not stay in Columbia until Monday. They did not guarantee me that a diagnosis could be done but they would try. I called Audi of Charlotte and the Service Manager called Jim Hudson Audi Columbia and asked them to at least get me a loaner. They said they did not have any. I decided to pay to have my car towed to Charlotte. I was at the Audi Columbia for about two hours and saw three loaner cars never move from where they were parked. And the people there were not helpful at all considering I was stranded. I would not buy a car or give them any business even if I lived in Columbia. Audi America, I hope you are watching them. Poor representation for an Audi Dealership.

Amazing automotive group. Sales to service you are treated as a highly valued customer. The showroom and service waiting areas are impeccably maintained. Waiting area is well maintained- esp during covid. Service staff, and sales for that matter, are respectful and thoroughly knowledgeable of their products and services. This dealership is FAR superior to the BMW. There is no comparison between the experience at the 2 dealerships- I won’t get started on how poor my experience was at BMW right up the street! Highly recommend this dealership and I love my Audi as well!

Service at Audi is always exceptional, and this visit was no different. We had a loaner vehicle while the warrant work was being completed. Initially, we had an appointment to wait for the repair, but when we arrived to have the work done, the part wasn’t in. Since the service department didn’t notify us to cancel, they actually came to our home with a loaner and picked up our car for repair and then brought it back.Happy

I contacted Jim Hudson dealership on a Sunday through the internet and someone got back to me within an hour. The next morning I was contacted by a sales manager and I set an appointment for that afternoon. I knew what I wanted and they only had one, so they held the keys for me until I could get there that afternoon. When I arrived, my salesperson, Devon, was there to greet me at the door. Devon was truly a brand specialist and a gentleman. He explained all the features, let me ask questions and explained some more. During the test drive he gave a few pointers, but mostly just sat back and let me get to know the vehicle, unless I had questions. The negotiations were smooth, not pushy at all, and though their initial price was high, I ultimately ended up where I wanted to be. They only have one finance person, so be prepared to wait a while if there are more buyers than yourself. The finance process was smooth and easy once I got in. During my wait, Devon set up all the WiFi, and connect apps. We also set up the car for my individual driving, so when we were through with the paperwork I was able to drive it off the lot. It was a very pleasant process, and I highly recommend Devon and Jim Hudson Audi!

Great!!! Experience with Jim Hudson Audi. I found a car that I liked but, it was in Augusta. Davis went and picked it up and brought it back to Columbia. The car was just as advertised. They were not pushy and, it was a great experience. I would recommend them to friends and family. I will definitely use them again in the future.
