Looked for a Jeep for months with nothing but aggravation from other dealers. Decided to look at Enterprise and noticed they get new inventory daily. I spoke with Nathan and to my surprise he was not pushy but extremely helpful! This review is for this location only. We enjoy and use Enterprise all the time.. The employees at this location had a curt and matter of fact attitude that was passive aggressive from the counter associates all the way up to the management. Inspect your car carefully before you pull off the lot. I pointed out a few damages on the right side & was told it was normal wear and tear. I missed the 2 chips on the windshield on that side & was told it was my responsibility when I returned the car to this location. Happy that Corporate made it right.

I was amazed at the selection of nice vehicles for sale with low mileage and certified by professional certified automobile technicians. I was looking for a small to mid size SUV and discovered a huge selection at Enterprise. I chose to purchase a Nissan Rogue because of my prior experiences with Nissans. After visiting various car dealers in the Columbia area, the reason I finally ended up going back to Enterprise Car Sales to purchase my car was because of Arthur Williams! Im not dismissing the fact that Enterprise turned out to be what I consider the best place to buy a good used car. They offer, by far, a fair, no-nonsense means of purchasing good quality used cars at reasonable prices, but I hope they know what an asset Arthur Williams is! What a friendly, easy-going fellow! On December 10th i bought a 2019 Nissan... January 14th the car started skipping and giving me warning malfunction signal. Few hours later, car will not start. Do your research first guys... CARMAX is their competitor but at least they gave me something more reliable. By the way.. The Salesman (Alexandria McDonald) hounded me about trading my 2011 Dodge Avenger so if anyone says they are not pushy is a liar.. What a big mistake I made! When i called and asked to speak with a Manager, Arthur lied to me and posed as the manager....Please Please if you are reading this, choose your options wisely. After notifying the dealer (Alexandria McDonald), she became very hostile and hung up the phone. Because of my sudden car issues, I am unable to work or attend my counciling session which is a MAJOR let down and set back.

While searching for a car I remembered that Enterprise also sold cars and many of them are cars that were once used as rentals. They were up to date with low mileage ( mostly highway miles) so I inquired. I received a call from Arthur Williams who answered my inquiry. I told him I was just shopping and I would call him when I was ready. Three months later after shopping around I called Arthur and said I was ready. Unfortunately he was not working on the Saturday that I was planning to come in, but he did leave me in contact with a very knowledgeable and kind hearted young lady name Elvis (yes a lady). On my way from work one afternoon, I stopped by and committed to buying a 2018 Ford F-150. The transaction went smooth, I didn’t experience anything that would have prevented me from buying the vehicle. This is my second time buying a car & I love both cars & everything about them features and all. I would have to say make sure the car has all the things you like & need inside. If it doesnt ask beforehand. Like car mates etc. The staff is wonderful very friendly & patient to the customers. The only thing I would suggest is that you ask questions before they run your credit as far as how many lenders they are sending the info too. If anyone is rebuilding, you all know the more inquiries more points you lose. If you have good credit you still should ask especially if you plan to do something else using credit later. I think they ran mine on 3 different days, which is crazy cause one of my scores was blocked but I still got my new car. In addition the cars have low mileage are a non smoking 🚭 & are well maintained. Overall a Great buy with warranty if purchased. 💯 Id buy there anytime 💯

We had some communication issues at the beginning, management stepped in and corrected immediately. Sales staff done a great job closing the deal and providing us with a excellent vehicle and great price.I would purchase another vehicle from them.

I had the BEST experience imaginable buying with Enterprise! They were quick, efficient and there were no games in the sales talk. My sales person, Trenadia Jordan was phenomenal. Let me say that again, PHENOMENAL! She made me feel welcome, really listened to what I was looking for, and she felt like a friend. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be shopping with Enterprise again in the future!

Recently I purchased not 1 but 2 vehicles from Enterprise Car Sales. Two was not intentional, I was shopping for a truck and was in the process of buying one, when I totaled my car. They were able to find me my car all over again and I love it more than the last and the best part is Im only paying half what I paid for the other one. So I got 2 for 1, and love them both. The team was amazing in helping me find my rides and I would never by brand new again when what I bought from them was new, and very low miles. Thanks for all the help!!

My experience could not have been any smoother . Brian Hunter communicated via e-mail when he found out I had totaled my car. I told him what I was looking for and he sent a link with 3 to choose from, plus the note that there were many more certified vehicles available. The staff went out of their way, without high pressure tactics to help me. My Buick was very clean inside and out. Should I ever need another vehicle, I will return to Enterprise!
