He took us right to what I was looking for. Crunched the numbers with him and his supervisor and left a price and payment plan I am happy with.

Ford of Columbia went above and beyond replacing my mirror. They took the time to take off an aftermarket piece and apply to the new mirror. Many dealerships would ha e charged extra or not have done it at all. Great job and easy in and out. Thank you guys!

Ford of Columbia was able to fix my car for close to the estimated price. That portion was worth 5 stars.The communication that they had with me or better stated, the lack of communication was worth 1 star.Dropped my car off for a scheduled 9:00 am TUESDAY appointment that I was told would take roughly 1/2 day.Discussed by phone the possibility of needing an additional service that would increase the price but not the time to complete the job.Hadn’t heard anything from them as of FRIDAY morning so I drove to the dealer and talked with them.Being told that the car would be done Tuesday and not hearing anything until Friday, and then only because I checked in with them, is poor communication I feel. Yes, I could have called earlier but I am tired of a service person telling you that “yes, your car just now is being pulled out. I was just handed the paperwork”. It is amazing how good of timing I have when I call service departments. Seems as I call just at the right time every time.So I just waited to see how long it would be before they called me.But again, the people were very pleasant and they did fix my car. For that I am thankful.

I have taken our F-150 here 3 times to have the synch fixed and its still slow, drops phone calls before you can get them answered, and is totally unreliable and frustrating. It was replaced at 30,000 miles at the dealership in Morton, Illinois, but has never worked correctly. I like everything else about the truck, but this will definitely affect my decision when I replace this unit.

We started by coming in with our 2011 Ford Fusion for what we believed was just a recall issue. From the time we walked in the entire staff was very friendly & helpful. I walked in stressed and upset because my car was all but useless but thanks to the amazing staff we were able to get trade in value for our 2011 Ford Fusion & walk out with a 2019 Jeep Renegade. Usually buying/trading a vehicle is incredibly nerve wracking but they have made the process amazing and all but seamless for us. I took my car in to get the tire rod replaced so my hood would close correctly. Not only is it perfectly repaired, but my car was washed and detailed! You cant beat that for customer service! I 100% recommend Ford Body Shop... By the way my car is a Nissan.. LOL

My experience was the best that I have had in over 60 years of experience with car dealerships. Both Tom, my service advisor, and Doug, a sales person, went out of their way to assist me. When I asked about a shuttle to go to my next appointment, there was no shuttle but Doug offered to take me in his car. The next time I need to buy or service the car, this will be the first place I will visit.

The service advisor came to find me in the middle of the of my appointment to tell me that the locking lug nut key wasn’t in the glovebox. I went to look for it but I couldn’t find it either. The only other time my truck was serviced was a few months prior at Ford of Columbia. The lug key was most likely misplaced during this last service. Instead of trying to fix the problem the service advisor said they couldn’t rotate the tires. Now because of this negligence I was unable to rotate my tires at the proper interval, and if I get a flat I’ll be unable to get this wheel off. I tow a camper and purchased this F-150 for that exact purpose. Now I need to go out of my way to solve the issue caused by Ford of Columbia’s laziness so I don’t end up stranded.Update: Both Bobby and Doug reached out to me. First thing Monday morning my truck was being taken care of and in a short amount of time The issue was solved. Bobby did everything he could to make this situation right. Im very happy with Ford of Columbias response to this issue.

My F-150 has a little over 172,000. The brakes were chattering and the engine was cutting out. I took it in for a tune up and brakes. Making the appointment was easy. Cliff communicated with me throughout the inspection and the time all the work would take. I got the bill, and Cliff’s estimate was almost accurate to the cents. I will definitely come back to this dealership for future work. As good as my truck has been, that 2007 King Ranch will be going long after me.

We left one Ford dealer who only had 2 Ford EcoSports in stock but both were out as loaners and said they would have 1500-3000 miles on it and they wanted us to commit to buying it without even seeing it or driving it. Also, I am an A plan buyer and had to practically pull teeth to get them to show me the invoice. Bad experience all the way around (not the first time with them. So we decided to visit Ford of Columbia and it was the best experience Ive ever had with a dealer and buying a car. We called first to make sure they had them on the lot before driving 45 minutes away so they were expecting us. Upon our arrival we were greeted my multiple people and laughing and cutting up from the very beginning. The entire process was enjoyable from start to finish. My daughter found the car that she loved. Orrin was our salesman and just the nicest, most good humored person you could ask for. After speaking with him my daughter even said I came for a car and got a life lesson and thats a big thing if you know my daughter. We kept them there for an hour and a half after they closed and they we still great. I will be back in the fall to look for myself and will tell anyone I know looking for a Ford to head straight to Ford of Columbia. Youll feel like part of the family there for sure!!!

My trouble began with there Gap insurance to this day my car has not been covered. Fords Gap insurance has not paid for the car that got stolen and my score has dropped my credit has been hit hardI have retrieved all paperwork alone with the help of 1 very nice lady at the Columbia office also faxing and emailed everything GAP ask us for and they will not pay the car off as was promised on the insurance policy they offer. my name is Judi Hamilton and I don’t trust this companyBUYER BEWARE it’s been over a year $6500 to be payedBuyers beware of the gap insurance they offer

My sales experience was quick, friendly, straightforward and positive. My one complaint was that, after leaving the dealership, I realized the vehicle needed its tires balanced and rotated. When I mentioned this to the person who followed up with me on my experience there -- and yes, they followed up -- I promptly received a call, scheduling a free balance and tire rotation. They worked for this review. I recommend them.
We bought a used 2013 Buick from AJ recently. He was very helpful and made the process much smoother than we anticipated. When we got the car home we noticed some slight shaking in the steering wheel when braking. AJ and Clifford in the Service Center got us taken care of free of charge. Buying a car can be a headache at times but these guys took care of us and that meant a lot.

My appointment was at 10am just to have diagnostics run to find out why my USB ports did not work. They got done with it around 11am then it sat outside till 2pm waiting for them to give me the keys to let me leave. Every time I asked what was taking so long they said it was the paper work. I asked again an hour later and each time it was paperwork. I finally got someone from management to ask about it and they still said they had paperwork, but it wasn’t five minutes later they brought my keys out and I was able to leave. They told me it would take 30-45 minutes and it took 4 hours.
Everyone at Ford of Columbia was pleasant and easy to work with. They are extremely transparent which is hard to come by these days. They made the entire process very smooth.
I cant say enough good things about the service department. They have always been very helpful and caring. Bobby made sure that everything was fixed and the rest of the service team are just as good. I even had a chance to speak to the general manager, Doug, he was just as caring and friendly.

Id give zero stars if I could. We just moved here and I was excited to have a Ford dealership nearby to get my routine service done. I arrived prior to my appointment time for my scheduled oil change. The gentleman at the service desk barely acknowledged my arrival and when I confirmed from my appointment notes that I had the prepaid maintenance, that can be used at any Ford dealership, he acted as if it was something foreign, I had to show him the contract so he could get the information from it.After a lengthy wait he finally verified it was good and the work was started. He informed me that I would have to pay a difference, which I said I have not had to at the dealership I bought it from and had several oil changes done to this point. He replied that they must be eating the labor cost, the warranty only covers a certain amount. Whether true or not doesnt really matter, not making a customer feel welcome really got to me. I always feel appreciated at the other dealership, theyve gone above and beyond. Ford of Columbia had a chance to earn our business for future purchases but blew it on their first shot. First impressions are everything.

I made a reservation for a recall repair for my husband’s Edge. I was greeted promptly, and told about how long I should expect to be there. The waiting room was very clean and the coffee was hot! The mechanic finished the repair much sooner than expected, so they far exceeded my expectation. I appreciated the service provided!
Michael Baker was amazing! The car I originally inquired about had sold the night before but as soon as the deal fell apart, he called me immediately to let me know. He was very thorough in explaining all the features and bells & whistles. It needed an oil change and had a nail in the tire so they had me in the service dept first thing Monday am and was back in my car within the hour. I LOVE my new car! Having basically grown up watching my daddy do business with Sloan Ford, I had a hard time adjusting to the idea of new ownership. I had not done business there since the change. My husband and I visited the dealership yesterday with intentions of seeing what they had to offer in comparison to other places and were so impressed with the way we were treated and the selection they had to offer that we left with a new-to-us vehicle. Barry Duke and Doug Smith were so easy to deal with. Not once did I feel pressured or that they were too busy to answer our questions...even at closing time. We absolutely love our new vehicle and I can now say that I am once again a Ford girl even if the name on the building has changed.

If i could leave less than one star, I would. It took them over three hours to complete my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. And when completed, there were sweaty grease marks on the arm rests and the door. The inside smelled horrible. I asked for the manager to call me when he got freed up to discuss my concerns. He never called. This was the worst service experience i ever had.Maybe the manager will give me a call and I can give an update to this review. Im holding my breath.
My girlfriend purchased a vehicle with them and was told she had to purchase their gap insurance, which she did. The car she purchased was stolen and the gap still has not paid. Her credit score has been ruined and she is being forced to pay for a vehicle which is now owned by the insurance company. When trying to get help from this dealership she was told that they have more lawyers than she can possibly handle. Beware of this dealership they are definitely not customer friendlyBuyers beware!! DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR GAP.After posting my original review they decided to try and help, but their gap insurance company refuses to pay. The only help given was the dealership looked over my girlfriends records and discovered that they owed her and sent that to the finance company. Bottom line is the gap that they use is a scam.

Extremely disappointed in the service dept . Brought in a f150 for some repairs that I purchased from parks Buick, which were great at handling my concerns . I brought the truck in 3 times, they had truck at least a week each time and still having same issues. The last Appointment which was a two week wait list, I dropped it off again . Mindful this is 30 min away, only to wait 3 days to have to call and be told why it hasn’t been looked at. Told I would receive update day 4, no call. I called in to now hear of a totally different excuse why it HASNT BEEN LOOKED AT. I finally had enough and said I’ll just come get and take it somewhere else. The response was OK. I picked it up day 5 with no apologies or anything. I get the employee shortage, but just tell the truth, or at least pretend to care. ( to be fair, service guy Clifford seems to be the most caring of the staff)

I had been in the process of looking for a new car for a while as my old one was a bad buy i went to the chevy/cadillac dealership across the parking lot from the ford one as i was trying to trade in my old chevy cruze the salesmen over there lied and wasn’t very helpful at all and said my car would only be worth $1000 and they would not be able to help me so i defeatedly went outside with my dad not really sure what to do when we decided we would try and see what happened at ford from the minute we got there Rick Miller was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about helping me to get in the right car!! from the test drive to getting it financed and me out the door with a new vehicle he was AMAZING gave us great service and great advice about how we should go through our credit union to get the financial help we needed he was just honestly such a blessing in more ways than one the ultimate car salesmen anybody i know who needs a car will definitely be getting referred to him 10/10 service makes you feel like an old friend and on top of everything was able to give me $3500 for my trade in but don’t take my word for it just go for yourself and have the Rick Miller experience 😊

This place is terrible!! They’ve had my car since June 21st & today is July 26th.. they’ve not made any effort to call ME about MY car i’ve had to call them, then either they give me the run around or just don’t answer at all.. me, my mom & step dad has went up there SEVERAL times & every time they tell us each different stories about my car.. I do NOT recommend going to them they’re not trustworthy by any means. It’s always a excuse to why they can’t get to your car or they’ll tell you your car is going to be ready such & such day, then the day of they’ve a sorry excuse as to why it’s not ready.
