When I got my vehicle with this company, they told me that they would work with me in case of layoffs or health issues and to just let them know what I was going thru and they had my back. After giving my last paycheck to them on Sept 7th of 150.00. They came and repoed my car knowing I would be going back to work and would make it up to them but they didnt care and they lied. Please dont do business with these people. They didnt care about me or how I would get to work like they acted like they would do. I am hurt and feel betrayed cause I so trusted them.

Whatever you do friends and family on here STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They sold me a car with a blown motor and refuse to take it back or replace it. They keep saying bring it in but if your like me you work for everything and not everyone can go without a vehicle for 2+ days in saying this they refuse to give me a vehicle to drive in the meantime while they figure out that the motors blow they hide the problems with the car until you drive it off the lot and then tell you it’s your problem practically so all I’m saying never but a vehicle from Carmack Auto Sales they have literally ruined my life. I’ve had nothing but issues with this vehicle to start I’ve put well over 1000$s into it to start so fair warning ⚠️ stay away!!!! A good deal is always to good to be true!!

Worst people to deal with ever they are so quick to get you to sign papers but sell crappy cars the first month I had issues with my car after the fifth month the braking system went out on my car after spending 500 to fix it couldnt make payment the repo it then threatened to sue me I told them thats find lets go to court so the never sent me to court and just put it on my credit so now have to get a attorney to take them to court and they dont tell you that. Good luck if you did or will get anything from them.
