Just a waste of time I will not recommend any one to go and oil change quick lane . Quick lane is just trap and nothing. I go for oil change through Quick lane the apple ford guy there he told me we not accepting vehicles right know our slot is full . That time is 3:30 PM . I ask him what is meaning of Quick lane he is not answering. I drive more then 10 mile and I got that answer for apple Ford Quick lane .
If you’re getting an oil change they are ok but beware. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with my car running shaky. No tire rotation was done and my car was left with more problems than what I went in there with. I contacted the service manger and was told he’d call back regarding the work. I have yet to get a return call. Be VERY cautious when dealing with this service department. You get exactly what you pay for..bad service. Go somewhere else. Sn: some of the front service staff is cool but the other ones treat you like you don’t matter as a customer. Go at your own risk.
Great selection with knowledgeable staff. I enjoyed working with Joon as he was a great source of information for the new MackE. The car was fun to drive with a smooth acceleration. I have had multiple dealings with Apple Ford and they have all been pleasant

Poor customer service. Watch them. They will run your credit even when you tell them not to. Was told they would complete a fresh detailing prior to delivering the vehicle. The detailing was not satisfactory. Make sure all requirements are completed prior to signing on the dotted line.

BUYER BEWARE! Would never ever recommend this dealership. I was given a price at the desk by the sales person. Later that day when I got home to file my paperwork I realized that wasn’t the same price. Evidently, the sales manager said I didn’t ask if that was including freight and other fees. On the window sticker freight is included in the bottom line. Why wouldn’t it be when we are negotiating at the desk? When I am negotiating a deal I expect the number that we agreed-upon to include everything. The only exception would be any extended warranties that I purchase. And I won’t even get into the fact that they claim they were giving me a discount on tax credit on the new vehicle. When you trade in a vehicle you get a credit for the taxes you already paid on that money applied to the new vehicle. That’s a Maryland law! No tax credit or discount from the dealership! The funny thing is their motto is customer for life! I guess that’s why it took me physically coming to the facility after purchasing my car five days ago to get a return phone call. That’s buyer for life.
Weve purchased many many vehicles over the years and this was hand-down the best purchase experience that we have had to date. Our sales rep Richard was extremely courteous and invested ample time with us to review features of the new vehicle. Great Job Apple Ford, we will recommend you to others. We drove a bit of distance to get to Apple, and we certainly would do it again. .
I have bought five new cars here since they opened. In These crazy times, I felt very Safe as everything is polished and safeguarded. Dusty takes charge of service if needed and free oils changes for life. But really I have rarely need it with Ford cars I have bought. They have a great selection, everyone will be driving to vacation now so you need that SUV pronto. But Enjoy my 2019 Fusion after 3 Focus. I trade them in at 100 K.I have no affiliation, they are just a community supporting dealership.

I would never recommend this dealership. After confirming vehicle availability and advertised $2,000 off and 0.0% financing specials, drove over 3 hours to be offered a different vehicle than was was inquired about, be told that the $2,000 off was already reflected in the price and told that the 0.0% financing would only be applicable if they RAISED THE ADVERTISED PRICE an addition $10.000. Very dishonest and deceptive sales tactics.

Morning,Writing again to unfortunately express dissatisfaction of customer service. I bought our 8 going on 9 month purchased vehicle in for a followup appointment, 10/9/19 after a previous oil change appointment 9/30 at their “Quick Lane” location (8910 McCaw Ct.) A few days after the oil change we started experiencing resistance with turning the steering wheel especially to the left & now it’s both left & right with a grinding noise & sometimes crying when it’s going around a traffic circle or coming out of a parking space. The Tuesday before bringing it in, it made a loud popping noise after struggling to come out of a parking space.After checking the car at Quick Lane by the Supervisor etc. this past Wed. they basically said that what I was experiencing was out of their jurisdiction & needed to be seen by the Chevrolet dealership (full service). However, never attempted to communicated the issues with the dealership’s full service Dept. or see if a Followup appointment could be arranged as soon as possible to see what exactly is wrong with the vehicle.Instead I was simply given a printout of their limited findings & left to vend for myself. When I called the Full Service Dept. it seemed like they were reluctant to making an appointment to see the vehicle & kept saying it sounded like something “Quick Lane“ should be dealing with even though “Quick Lane” referred me to them. After taking my contact info, I was told I would hear back from someone in Full Service to try to resolve the issue but, never heard from anyone. On Friday morning, 10/11/19, I left at voice message for Curtis Ford expressing my concerns as a customer.I have three children, one special needs & don’t feel comfortable driving them in it presently because it seems to be getting worse. Please advise???
