Drove in from Franklin because I keep hearing great things about this place and I wasnt disappointed. Received the best non-hassle support from Johnny V and we landed on a fair price. Picked up this sweet Tesla with low miles! Ive purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the easiest experience. The owner seems to be a really rad person too.

Follow up, I called the man back at Roberts Toyota Left him a message HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL HE REALLY WANTED TO FIX MY ISSUE WHAT A JOKE AND MY CAR IS STILL MESSED UP.Im just going to say that when you take your car to a Toyota dealer you expect it to be fixed right the first time this is not the case at Roberts Toyota Im taking my car there three times every time Ive had to take it back for them to fix what it was there to be fixed for in the beginning. I asked him the question when they repair a car do they test drive it why can answer that question the answer is no on my second visit my car didnt even make it to Janas jumbo house before it was doing what it was doing when I took it there and here again Im going to say if you take your car to a car dealer you expected to be fixed right the first time this is not the case at Roberts Toyota. And Im going to say for them theyre very nice staff down there in the repair shop. Now my last visit they fixed my front brakes and theyre not fixed theyre making some weird noise they started doing that the next day after it was repaired I hadnt even taken it back there because Im so mad so with that being said you might want to think about taking your car to Brentwood or Franklin to the Toyota dealership. They obviously dont know what theyre doing down there.

Today wasn’t the best day I’ve had a Robert’s Toyota. I was in for tire change and alignment. Lucky for me they were having the great tire sale but I’m not sure if they had a new tire person working on my car or what. I had an 8:30 am appointment and got there a little earlier I was told that it would take about 1 hour maybe 1&1/2 hours for the tires and alignment total at most. After 2 hours and seeing so many people that arrived and checked In After me come and go I finally went to ask for an ETA because honestly I thought they had forgotten about me. At this point I was starving and was without coffee because apparently the one morning I needed it their machine was broken!! I also would NOT have brought my 3 year old with me if I knew it would take 3 hours to do 4 tires and an alignment. Also when I left my wheels were a mess! Bunch of dried on white stuff ALL over the place. Gonna have to polish them up again. Anyway they said they gave me a discount for the wait so I appreciate that. I just cannot give 5 stars for today! Next time I hope to be able to

Larry Campbell was my sales guy and did an awesome job of answering every question, and my sister’s questions also. He didn’t seem in a hurry at all and was just great ! Financing was easy also, he explained everything to me and was also patient! Love my Highlander and would recommend them to anyone !

Very friendly staff and were able to work me in when I didn’t realize it was by appointment only. I bought my car used and didn’t have much knowledge on the prior service history. They were able to get my routine maintenance, oil change and recall done within just a few hours and for less than I would have expected just for an oil change. All of this on a 2018 vehicle with no maintenance package at all. Will definitely continue to have my Camry serviced here.

I was disappointed for 2 reasons. $1- they could not find the reason something is draining my battery and I fear its just a matter of days when I go out to start my car & the battery is dead. #2 I ask that they preform the required oil change & maintenance and they did not rotate my tires when I asked.Why they said because I did not ask them to. Never have I had to tell them everything to do.After going on line when I got the car back I found several other people with Venzas have had these electrical problems which drain the battery. The tec I spoke to said hed never heard of any problems with electrical issues on Venzas.I will be taking my car elsewhere next.

They won’t be accommodating for the less abled by making an appointment for service. You just have to figure out how to get there and back on your own with your equipment. They wouldn’t do warranty work. Had to take the vehicle back to the dealership I bought it from which was 3 hrs away.

Dean Neely at Roberts Toyota was awesome! Friendly, down-to-earth and no nonsense. I have purchased dozens of vehicles in 6 different states, none of which were this quick and easy, no joke. I had inquired about a vehicle late at night, long after close so I wasnt sure what to expect. The next morning, Dean had contacted me, we settled on a deal, financing and so on, and he had the vehicle delivered for free and IN MY DRIVEWAY by lunch time. This alone is astonishing, but considering I live 90 minutes away makes it far more than that. I have had dealers that this long prepping the vehicle on-site, let alone having it delivered for free. If you want great service and quick turn around, this is the place to go.

I had the best experience with this carlot after already being frustrated with going to TWO different Chevrolet places and getting offered a 12% interest rate and a two door tiny little car that I couldnt do anything with. They didnt even listen to the fact that I needed something BIGGER. They were just focused on getting me into SOMETHING. SMH.Went with my guy and went on down to Toyota and Donnie hooked me up with a brand new third row Highlander along with a phenomenal interest rate !! I LOVE my new ride! The people there are all so friendly and social.. Always asking if you need anything or would like something to drink. Theyre not pushy... Had last free service at 25k for Highlander purchased at Roberts Toyota. Two suggestions: offer coupon incentive for next service which is due at 30k and reinforces me to continue to use Roberts for future revenue. And always offer a free car wash at the conclusion of any service work.

This car lot has made my experience buying a new car absolutely miserable. The worst part is, they have been made aware of this and they do not care. I will sum up the events of late:Yesterday I found they had a 2021 sienna with sticker price of 53k. Same price you can build the same car for through Toyota. This car is Listed for 53k on many sites. I call, it’s available, I tell them I have money and financing in hand (although this may have been a mistake, I offered that they could compete with my Preapproved APR) and I’m on my way to get it. They spoke with not just me but my father and we all agreed on the price. I’m on my way up there when they call and say that it’s actually gonna go for 5k more than what it’s listed (not tax or fees) and that some other poor sap is there purchasing it now—that it was listed for the wrong price (yeah right). I called them later that day to inquire if it actually sold and they gave me all kinds of different answers but eventually said it was sold. I told the manager what a terrible job they did with me and left it at that. TODAY, they call me and apologize, say it never sold, and told me they would like to “make it right” by offering it to me for the same bloated price as before without tax. When I told him how ridiculous that was he admitted they were intending to sell for more than it’s worth, so I said good luck and left it at that. I feel like they tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman, despite being a smart and stubborn one. I’m going through Toyota of the Shoals now to find a Sienna and they have been very straightforward and honest so far. Hope to find one soon.

Its sad to see how things have changed over the years at Roberts Toyota from being a family owned business focused on finding customers what they want in a vehicle. My experience was much much less than that being treated like children, which we are not. Two young business professionals with professional jobs treated like two kids who wanted nothing more than to drive a car. Donnie Robertson was our so called sales person that was tasked with helping us find what we want but rather than do that he told us multiple times we didnt know what we wanted or what we were talking about. If we left with anything it is that sales people are supposed to lead you to what u want in a vehicle not treat you like children who cared nothing more than to walk around a car lot.

Mike was amazing as a salesman. The entire process was quick and smooth. The atmosphere is friendly and fun!

Dont go here, they will try to scam and upsell you on stuff you dont need. Claimed my Prius needed the entire 5k$ battery changed, but couldnt give any details on what they did to test it and if any of the modules were still good. Go to a different place for repairs that will be honest with you.

Very good experience at Roberts with getting a recall squared away on my daughters car. The process took about three hours, which was less than the estimated time I was given. Everyone was efficient and polite.

I looked extensively in search for a 4Runner. After dealing with other cold, robotic dealerships, Roberts Toyota was a breath of fresh air. I am so appreciative of my salesman, Dean. Finding the “right” 4Runner took months and Dean really went above and beyond with his service and was so patient throughout the entire process. I originally bought my Tacoma in Nashville but after calling around, hands down the cheapest service from oil changes to brakes was here in Columbia. I am very happy with the prices and services I’ve received so far. Can’t say a bad thing about this Toyota dealership.

They jacked up the price from out on the lot to inside the dealership by $4000 and never told us. We found it our paperwork before we signed. We ended up buying the car but will definitely not purchase from them again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

If you are considering a Toyota please read about the soy wiring they are using. I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota from Roberts. My ck engine light came on and I took car to dealership for repairs. Was told my o2 sensor needed to be replaced due to a “critter” chewing the wire and this is not covered by warranty. I paid for repair and was told my car was fixed. I started my car in the parking lot of the dealership and ck engine light was still on. Car returned to see why light still on. After the dealership kept my vehicle for a few more days they called to tell now the electrical control module (ecm) needs to be replaced and again this is not going to be covered by my warranty. I find it hard to believe that when I took my car to them the first time they did not find it was the ecm and sensor that needed to be replaced. It was not until after they replaced the sensor that they told my the other part was bad. They are telling me the ecm was shorted by the wire that was chewed. The same wire they just replaced! I would think a dealership would have equipment that would have seen both thing were damaged the first time my car was being cked out! I hope this will make a consumer and/or customer think twice about buying a Toyota and taking your vehicle to Roberts Toyota of Columbia Tn.

He took the car to wash it and when he came back he had set up my satellite radio and before I left hooked up my bluetooth for my phone . This was, by far, the easiest & best car purchase of my life. The website was very informative with pictures and vehicle descriptions. The salesperson was great! Not pushy, but definitely helpful and available to answer my questions. When the vehicle arrived, it was better than what I expected. It was very clean & looked great for a 2018. The paperwork was easy to complete and was provided on day of vehicle delivery. Every person from the salesperson to the transport driver was very nice and very helpful. We tried Robert’s Toyota on a recommendation from friends who had purchased from them and now we’d strongly recommend them also. We wanted to buy local, but Robert’s had better prices and better inventory.

During regular maintenance somehow the oil plug gasket got messed up causing my car to lose oil rapidly, but they did their best to make it right. They sent a tow truck to carry the car back to the dealership and fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Gave them a 1 star because thats the lowest it would allow me to rate.They wanted to charge me labor to replace my starter battery (2 bolts)and when I told them how ridiculous that was they hung up. No soft skills to speak of.Dont waste your time and find a friendly dealership that doesnt charge you an arm and a leg to screw in a light bulb. Found it cheaper elsewhere and free install.

I had a 2:00 appointment, arrived a little early but no problem. They took my car right in! Within 30 minutes I was out. They reviewed what they had done this time then told me I had a recall that needed to be serviced. I scheduled an appointment. What a great group of kind, informative, courteous staff!

I needed the antenna and wiring replaced on my 2006 Tundra. Upon receiving it back, the radio did not function at all. I was told I needed an adapter. I left and went to an audio place and was told there is no adapter for my truck. I was also told the wiring was still the original factory wiring. They removed a booster and plugged the wiring back in and the radio worked for the first time in a year. The person at the desk assured me they replaced the wiring. I dont know who is right but Toyota was sending me home without the radio working. I was not pleased after spending 260 dollars.

Very disappointed in the personal service. The way I was treated. I has a recall service that entitled me to a rental car. So I scheduled several maintenance services at the same time, requiring 6 hours of work. When I arrived at my appointment I was informed that there was not a car available. Can you imagine that! What good service, right. After arguing about the treatment. I went out and talked to my sales man he did find a car for me. Which I was extremely grateful that i didnt have to someone to get me. It is only a 40 mile trip one way. But the lady said oh well I dont have a car for you.Robert Wilburn

Good experience. Had water pump and belt replaced. Traveling with vehicle issues under warranty. Had parts in stock and was able to get us on the road as quickly as they could. However, there were no complimentary vehicles available probably bc it was a holiday weekend. Would do business with service department again.

We took our vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation. When dropping the vehicle off, I asked the gentlemen if I could pay for it before I left because my husband was going to be staying with the vehicle. He told me he couldn’t do that till the service was finished. I then asked what the amount was so I could make sure my husband had enough cash on him to pay for it. The gentlemen just acted like I was a bother to him and he didn’t have time for me at all. He stomped out the door to get the mileage on the vehicle and said this just ruined my plans, was just rude. My husband said the transaction at the finish of the service was just fine.
