We recently purchased a 2021 Explorer ST from Classic Ford, we had done our research and went prepared to the dealership knowing what we wanted. They were friendly until it came time to negotiate the buy that’s when their attitudes began to shift. I tried contacting them this evening for a simple form and they won’t answer the phone or call me back. Yesterday we returned to take care of the recall/detail on the car and expected a more friendly customer service atmosphere especially after the purchase and unfortunately didn’t experience that.
To whom it may concern:The salesman is Mack Spain hands down is the best salesman at Classic Lincoln Ford dealership. He is a very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and honest salesman I know. It is hard for me to go any longer salesman. Keep up the good work.
Im very satisfied with the work CFL body shop provided. They went above and beyond to get my car back to drivable condition. My car looks like a total different car and I love it.The staff is extremely friendly. The Shop manager explained everything and answered all questions to make sure you understand the process. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
Took my Corsair in for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait was long, 2hrs 15 min, but Classic Lincoln in Columbia is always professional and courteous. I was in the mountains last week and due to the temperature change, the low tire alert came on. I had the tires checked and there was no problem but I couldnt get the alert message to delete. Lincoln showed me how to do this. Thank you Lincoln!

Highly recommend the body shop there as they are very professional, courteous, informative and very direct which is great because a lot of places beat around the bush.**They will repair all makes and models at the body shop**

She went above and beyond assisting me with questions I had regarding my auto warranty.My car was serviced by well trained mechanicsin a reasonable amount of time. Awesome experience. Vehicle had hard time starting this morning. Staff was there at 7:45 AM and took real good care of me. They were so friendly and it made me feel good and confident that they were going to fix the problem. They offered courier service to my job but because they had already started on my car... I decided to wait. It wasnt long before I was done. This is my auto care shop... And I love it. Only place to go. I was one happy customer.
They fix your car but they need to do better on something containing on getting in contact with somebody takes too many hours or a day or two before they get back in contact with you... I know they be busy. Thats my opinion

The folks at Classic are great. They worked me in and helped me with several issues. They even advised me not to spend money on a minor issue that did not affect performance. These guys are always great to work with and I recommend them highly.
I received a recall letter that greatly disturbed me. I got an appointment two months out. I showed up after waiting 60 plus days and was told no loaners were available. I informed the service manager earlier that sitting in the waiting room all day wasnt an option in that I had several appointments. I was told to go sit down and something would be arranged. I offered to call my TRIP AAA service to check on a car or getting one from Enterprise. Nothing was done. They brought my car back to me, told me it was safe to drive. They had to order the part. A National Recall and they didnt have the part. 6 weeks later I still have not gotten a call to comeback for my free replacementI bought my car at your dealership. It will be my last!

Had my truck serviced here after a breakdown while passing through Columbia. Dean was my service advisor and he did a great job of helping get the truck fixed, working with my warranty provider to get the repair paid for and the entire major fix completed in 3 and a half days. Very pleased with my service experience.

No one greets you, weve been waiting to get checked in, even with an appointment we had made. Staff seemed to be confused, disorganized. While waiting another lady walked in, skipped the line and got checked in.i did not feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer at all.We had to leave and reschedule since nobody knew anything or could give us an estimate how long the diagnosis would take. What they do know is how much they want to charge you.

2020 Navigator with 25k miles on it, purchased brand new, having issues with side steps. Even after showing pictures and videos of issue they say they are not going to fix it. Zero communication amongst staff from the General Manager down. No follow up with clients regarding issues. Terrible customer service at every level. Would never have purchased a vehicle from them had I known. Dont make the same mistake. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The waiting area is clean, but the chairs are bad, cushions are wore out and it was difficult for me to get up from the chair. Other then that I don’t mine waiting.

Jamie and Fred were top notch professionals! Others didn’t care that I spent a lot of money on a Lincoln AND the service. It was evident in the service. I asked about a few other things that needed to be done and was told, “they’ll call you.” I received my MKZ back from 10,000 mile service and the tire pressure light has been on ever since (3 weeks). I haven’t had the time to call them. If not for Jamie and Fred I would have traded it already.

Wonderful Staff, Kendra Ali was the person we started out with and she got promoted congratulations, but she stayed with us doing the entire few months until the car was built and ship to us. The only thing that I liked about the dealer was that they had the car we wanted. The salesperson was very dry, no personality and had we not wanted the vehicle, we wouldn’t have done any business here. The salesperson was very hesitant to take my reasonable offer to the sales manager, as if he was scared. We arrived with financing already taken care of, basically just sitting commission in the sales person lap... I would think a little personality would be present but it wasn’t. I hated my experience, queen the sales manager was very nice and knowledgeable, the greeter was nice but that salesperson was TERRIBLE. The salesperson is your first representative at a dealership, he didn’t give any information on the vehicle, drug his feet with the paperwork. We were literally sitting in the finance office an hour early because he hadn’t done what he was supposed to do. Then, on top of that, the full tank upon purchase clearly doesn’t exist here. I asked, they agreed but there was only 3/4s in the tank and The salesperson acted like that came out of his commission. We’re not doing any business with them and this sales person anymore. Wish they wouldn’t have had the vehicle we wanted because we wouldn’t be writing this now. Terrible experience, would not recommend this sales person.
Schedule my appointment a month ahead of time, ask for a car while they was doing my appointment. Car wasnt available. Had to sit from 10:00 to 3:00. They offered to take me somewhere, but I decline not knowing how I was going to get back. The lady that scheduled my appointment apparently had quit and didnt care about the customers. The staff was very nice and trying to accommodate me.
Took my Brand new F-150 for an Oil Change and To fix the Automatic Start/Stop. The Auto Start/Stop never worked in the first place and they had my Truck Overnight, and the problem wasn’t fixed by Classic Ford or FORD as a Company. They said the Regular Oil service was done. But when i turn ON the engine i see the warning signal for the Oil Change. They might’ve changed the Oil and forgot to Re-set the Warning lights or Vice -Versa. I don’t know. My Representative was Dean Ray, he was good in responding. But over all the service regarding maintenance I received was awful, pathetic and disgusting. Will never go there. Ford can do better.

Very disappointed with our experience at the dealership today. We had communicated online and via email regarding trading in our vehicle for a new Lincoln. We had provided all of the personal information, ran the credit report, and agreed to the financing terms. We had an appointment for 2pm today to bring our trade in, sign the papers, and pickup the new vehicle. When we arrived the sales representatives looked it up for us. And informed us the vehicle we had agreed to purchase was not there because it was at coach Staley’s home as they were letting them drive and use it as they do with many of the cars.This chain of events is completely unacceptable and poor business practice. We had agreed to purchase a new vehicle at the set appointment time. Not a used vehicle that we would have to wait for the sales representative go pickup from another persons home.If you choose to let customers set appointments to come and sign paperwork after they have already provided all of the personal information needed; then I expect your business to honor the agreement made. If I wished to waste my time waiting around for a used vehicle once I got to the dealership I would have never provided all of my information online or allowed for my credit to be pulled.
I was met as i entered the garage area for my Quick Lane appointment and greeted by name. My service contract covers an oil change and tire rotation as well as a 21 point inspection every 6 months. The whole process took slightly more than an hour, and I received a complete copy of the results for my service records.

I really cant believe some of the business practices that are put into place today. I went to Classic Ford because my AC was blowing warm. The 1st visit I went up there they assured me they had no one that could look at it, and to come back 3 days later. I return 3 days later with my vehicle. . They told me that my vehicle needs charging, and that they ran a dye test and that might be a it asked and that my vehicle just needed to be charged and serviced. I was in there less than an hour and they charge me $350. The AC started blowing warm again on my home . I returned to the dealership and told them what had happened and they told me to come back 2 days later. I come back 2 days later as they again had no one that could look at it. How does this happen at the dealership? This time they really ran a dye test and told me that I had a bad compressor. How does not get addressed on my 1st visit? I asked them how could this not be addressed on my 1st visit and they assured me that they ran a dye, and let it run for an hour and a half on my vehicle THEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT RUN A DYE TEST THE FIRST VISIT!!!. There would have been evidence of it on my vehicle. The 2nd visit they actually did run the dye test and Im and after $350 I finally had an assessment. I spoke with the service manager, and informed him that I didnt think it was fair and he said sometimes thisstuff just happens. The reason why people frequent the dealership is because they dont want to be taken advantage of.That failed to happen. I shared my concerns with the service manager again, and he told again and he told me he is sorry.. I then phoned the general manager, who didnt even bother to return my phone call. $350 for a bad diagnosis. Lied to about services rendered. No one to service my vehicle, when its convenient for me. This dealership was far from Classic Shame on you!!!

The sales team here is amazing. Especially Mack he sold me my car. However they’re service team is not great. They act like they don’t wanna help you, and you they have a bad attitude the whole time. Especially the lady behind the glass. I had to call Mack just to get my car in to get looked at. They said they don’t check transmissions under warranty, even though they’re a certified Ford dealership so they have to...The gentleman the brings your car around though is very nice.

At no time felt pressure or doubt in all aspects of our time with them. Our salesperson was newly in the sales team but was clearly fitted for the position. Set an appointment for 8 a.m today, a couple weeks ago, their first available appointment. 11 a.m and my car still hasn’t even been looked at. They don’t have a courtesy car. Maybe good if you can get a ride or have another car to move around.
