I am ashamed to say I did not fully appreciate these hard working folks until I had a terrible experience buying my daughter a new car elsewhere. These folks are absolutely professionals and treat you like you matter! I leased my 2020 XC60 over 2 years ago, and in that time, they have treated me like I am their only customer multiple times. They always make you feel like your time is important, which I truly appreciate & have come to realize is rare these days! Thank you all!!!!
I’m so frustrated with the service department for this dealership. I bought a new Volvo in 2020 and have had to have it serviced twice & am now trying a third time. All three times I’ve attempted to schedule an appointment via phone & have gotten the service manager’s voice mail where she promises to call back before the end of the business day-she’s NEVER called back. The last two times (after leaving multiple msgs over several days) I gave up and just scheduled via the website. This time, however, I really need to talk to a live person, have left a message & still no call back. Definitely not the type of service I expected from a “luxury” car dealership. I got better customer service from the Ford dealership dealt with for my previous vehicle .
I highly recommend the sales consultant Jill Lara. In my 20 years of experience with vehicle purchases no one has been as professional and lovely to work with than Jill. She went above and beyond during the purchase process to find the perfect vehicle and has continued to provide outstanding assistance and service since. Jill is the best.

Thank you Andre Lewis and the service technician who helped us get a battery for our key fob when it died on the road. We were on a road trip when this happened. We found their location and stopped in 45 minutes before they closed and were quickly assisted. They were very pleasant to us and we are grateful for their quick turnaround in our time of need!

I worked with Eric Butler and you should too! Im quite a picky customer and I went to the extreme to customize my volvo. Eric was patient and worked with me as I asked him a million questions and made it as complicated as it could be! After I custom built my Volvo Eric worked with me and updated me constantly as my custom polestar s60 was being built and walked me through every process including maximizing my rebates and financing options!! Before I have ran into issues with the credit agencies as multiple credit bureaus dont recognize me taking my wifes last name and it always comes back with issues and incongruencies (i have spent hours on the phone trying to have it corrected and have actually been laughed at!) But Eric was pleasant and helpful through the whole process, I overheard some of the other salesman interactions and I assure you no one is near as honest and trustworthy as him! Do yourself a favor and do your business with Eric Butler! Thanks again Eric!!
ZERO PRESSURE and a fantastic experience. Ask for Eric.We just purchased an XC 40 for my wife and Eric helped us from start to finish. When we first took a test drive, we were ready for him to pressure us into buying the car (it was towards the beginning of the pandemic when car buying tanked and dealers were desperate), but he just explained all of the features to us, showed us how everything worked, and shot the breeze with us for the rest of the test drive. It was great.A few months later we were ready to purchase, but the dealer didnt have the car we wanted on the lot. Eric spent no less than a full week hunting down the exact car we wanted and updated me every step of the way as to what was going on. He made the entire experience from start to finish a pleasure, and we couldnt be happier.
Very disappointing. We bought our car new from this dealership and had great service initially. On routine service and maintenance has been a completely different story. Drove 1.5 hr for a scheduled repair only to get there and they tell me they dont have the part needed to fix the issue.Was not offered solution or any way to make the situation right. Was just advised to drive to Greenville Volvo who also did not have my tire in stock. Very disappointing for a mom of two small kids who had to get a babysitter for the day to drive to get my car serviced. You pay a luxury price for your car but do not have even decent customer service once you drive it off the lot.

Richard in the service department saved me soooooo much money and headache!!! I almost bought a lemon but Richard prevented that. Let me explain. I was going to buy a used 2012 Volvo S60 T5 from another dealership. I called Dick Dyer Volvo to find out if I could have it inspected before I committed to the purchase. I found out that the engine needed to be replaced! The engine people!!! Having someone like Richard save me from a money-pit of a car is absolutely invaluable. I’m a young woman trying to make it on my own and almost was taken advantage of. If you have a Volvo, PLEASE bring your car here for servicing. If you’re thinking of buying a used Volvo, bring it here for an inspection BEFORE you commit to the purchase. The customer service is top-notch and I’ll be FOREVER grateful for Richard’s assistance. In early June of 2019, while traveling with family on vacation through South Carolina, one of my headlamps went out on my Volvo stationwagon. We were staying overnight in Columbia SC and Saturday morning I took the car to Dick Dyer Volvos Service Department. I cant remember when I have ever been treated better at any Auto Service Department. They were having some issues with the Parts Department computers and were not able to run the part number for my car model. My Volvo is ten years old, so they had to do a bit of research to determine which lamp fit my car. They immediately got it into the Service Department and had me out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was really nice. Great place! Phenomenal Service Department! Thanks to all of you!

The service team at at Dick Dyer Volvo consistently provides excellent service! They are very professional and explain everything that does and does not need to be done and what it will cost (parts and labor). They never talk down to you either. They are prompt and keep you updated and if necessary they provide a loaner car so you may continue about your day. Richard is the best in the Service Department! Thanks.
Service on our Volvo is extremely professional. They provide hassle-free loaner car service and on the one or two occasions there was a minor issue (couldnt find the problem or whatever) theyown their error and take care of it immediately. I cant recommend them highly enough.

This is the best place and the only place youll ever have to go to buy a great car at a great price...I will probably never go anywhere else..They treated me as I was family.they made sure I was satisfied with everything and made sure my car was in top notch shape.something had to be fixed in my car and they made sure I got the best loaner car I could get in.The loaner was better then my car.The best buying experience Ive ever had and probably will ever have hands down.Trust me go see them and you wont be sorry..

Richard Stevens was friendly and helpful, even though they couldnt help with the front windshield manufacturing defect that causes my Volvo XC60 to pour water into the interior cabin during rain, or carwashes, or dew....
