Paid cash for a car that did not come w/ a warranty ... Car was as is... I was very weary of doing this because of the risks that come w/ used cars... Based on the conversations that I had with TK and TJ.. I decided to take the chance. I have been driving my care for over 30 days ... so far the only thing it needed was an oil change. So far so good.... no mechanical issues. Every time I get into my car.. I feel good about my purchase. I do not feel any regrets and I do not feel like I overpaid for the car. The worst service I think I have ever experienced with a company before regarding a U-Haul pick up. We rented a U- haul at the beginning of September to pick up on 9/25. When we got there. The gentleman, who was actually really kind said that the owner didnt look at his logs and that it would be 40 minutes until he showed up. we scheduled a pick up for 9am. So we waited 40 minutes. Mind you, we were trying to move across country and be on the road early to get as much sunlight as we could. The owner showed up, then had the nerve to say to my spouse, oh you reserved yesterday didnt apologize, didnt seem to care one bit. Brought us inside his crowded office and then couldnt figure out how to CHECK US in through U-Haul. He ended up calling a u-haul rep to do it for him. Again, never once apologized for making us wait, didnt offer to reimburse us ANYTHING. He had no idea what he was doing and I am shocked he owns a company, and is a rep on behalf of u-haul. If you order a u-haul in Columbia, make sure you dont have to pick up at this location, because your time WILL be wasted and it will cause more of a headache than it should have.ALSO- I know this is a car dealership, but the owner does a third party type thing with U-haul and that is where it was a disaster. So his response is inaccurate and false.
