So theres been a few times recently that I forgot my mask or just lost on the walk to this store. I accept responsibility for not having I ne so I still cover my face. I want to say this store doesnt look at people and judge on appearance but I recently went in on a day where I wasnt looking my best and they would sell to me? They said for not having a mask rules are rules is what I was told. Im also disabled and the cashier also recently tried to kick me out for not walking right its hard for me to balance so sometimes I look for something to hold to and get my balance together. I couldnt do that in the store and the cashier told me they wont sell to me. I dont I understand because Ive gone in recently without a mask and they sold to me also made fun of the state mandates saying their not witbthe government.

Got a bad bottle of sake here and these folks made it right. The sake was yellow and smelled like an animal shelter. I appreciate these folks and their stellar customer service. Fully refunded the item. Great business to patronize.

Bought a bottle of lemon juice last night 3.21.2018 -- best by date on the bottle (which I didnt realize until I got home and opened it) is October 04 2015!!!!! Gross!

The “manager” Tyler was very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me and my bother who has a respiratory defect and can’t wear a mask. Tyler told us that we had to leave and when we told him that my brother medically can’t wear a mask Tyler stated “I don’t care” when I asked to speak to the manager he stated “I am the manager” so we asked for the owners phone number and he stated “No” we asked why not and he said “I don’t have to give it to you”. In my opinion that is no way to be professional nor a leader as a “manager” should be! The costumer service that we received tonight was an absolute disgrace to anyone who calls themselves a “manager”! I would have rather just settled this issue by talking with someone about the disrespect rather then telling anyone who has any interest in stopping here to grab something to drink however being unprofessional like Tyler was and withholding management information this was the only way to let people know how to expect being treated if you can’t medically wear a mask or someone you know can’t.

Always enjoy stopping by for the occasional bottle of wine, pleasant conversations and friendly faces.

Definitely one of the best liquor stores in the area. Selection is pretty extensive for liquor beer and wine, but definitely not over the top. Prices on most items is pretty good as well. Store is always clean and well-organized. What really shines about this place though, are the employees. Super genuine laid-back guys that actually care about their customers, and they know their stuff.

We stopped in as we do anytime we are in the area to purchase some alcohol. A bottle of Tequila and a 12 pack of hard cider. I like look for new or different types of drink and was holding the 12 pack my wife was ready to go and I did not see it. I comment joking about them call the cops was made by my best friend and the response......We wont call the cops. If you can make it to your car you can have it. Ill let you guys firgure out what that means.... I wont be back I only gave another start because they treated us good in the past.

Very weird visit. I was watched like a hawk and kept being asked what I wanted. I told them something sweet and fruity, got no suggestions and then kept being asked what I wanted with still no good help. Im sure they get a thief on there once in a while, but come on! I was just very unsure and indecisive, not trying to steal anything.

I absolutely love the owners and workers ! They care about their customers. I would always go there even if I was to move to a different neighborhood. And Mr. Seek the Truth, you sir are so wrong about the older guy who works days he is a very nice guy. So I think you need to do some more seeking of the truth. You totally misrepresented yourself.

Lived in Colorado Springs since 1980. Ive seen mom n pop stores come and go. I care about this one. Its family owned and truly friendly. Great people and Im glad to have them in my neighborhood. Plus whiskey!!

Good selection of liquors, a large selection of all sorts of whiskeys, rums, vodkas, gins, tequilas and all sorts of liquors. You can find bottom of the barrel rotgut all the way to expensive and refined selections. They also have a large wine selection. Its so large you can get lost in all the variety, luckily the owners know what they are buying and can guide you to a good bottle. They also have low cost options if you just want a buzz with a grape juice taste. I am not a connoisseur of fine wine but I was certainly lost in the variety they provided. You can certainly find a wine to impress your date or dinner guests or get blitzed on a box of the finest bagged wine.Cons:. The beer selection is a tad lacking for the area. You will find all the heavy hitters of course. You will also find a bevey of Colorado local breweries. However, if you are looking for a specific and niche beer selection like Imperial Stout, look elsewhere.Other than that the beer selection will satisfy 90 percent of people, but that 10 percent is where the real dedication shows.Overall, if you are local and need some alcohol this is a safe, friendly, and bountiful store to stock you up and make sure your weekend is a hit.

Bought two bottles of wine, the bag ripped (after I left the store) and one of them shattered. I returned and asked if I could get another due to it not being my fault at all. Basically they told me Im SOL so I will not be shopping there anymore out of principle.

A great little corner store for wine and spirits - very well stocked and priced. Counter staff are cordial and friendly.

Me and my friends had our faces painted for day of the dead and we barely got through the door and 2 guys very rudely told us to get out no face paint.

The never have Risata Moscato in the blue bottle. If you dont come on shipment day, Wednesday. Always have the others. Please fix. This has been for a while.

Bought a 12 pack of Corona from here and proceeded to go to a friends house for a get together. When my friend and I opened the bottles and drank a little bit we both looked at each other and said the same thing..... its flat. When I went to take it back the owner said he cant take it back and when I asked if there was anything he could do to remedy the situation he replied no. Bad service, poor management, nasty alcohol. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
