A medium sized liquor store in northeast central Colorado Springs. The parking lot is tiny and features no identifiable handicapped parking and very narrow spaces. On the Friday afternoon I was there last the parking was waiting room only. A good selection of beer and wine and some excellent spirit selections including Costco liquor (yay!). Willing to special order and very kind.

Only interested in their tequila section. Some surprises in limited offerings, like Arette, Ocho, and Lalo. Otherwise, mostly poorly made, mass produced brands.

Tuscany wine and spirits has gone through a major change in customer service since I’ve been going here for 3 years. The staff that has been working for the last year are kind, friendly and super helpful. Personally I use to hate going in this store. The gentleman now are the way a business that wants to succeed should be. Thank for your wonderful service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a liquor store in my life. They didn’t greet me when I walked in, okay, no big deal. I was wandering through the wine section looking for a very common wine my daughter wanted. I couldn’t find it, they saw me and offered no help. I found a similar wine and went to ask about the one I wanted. When I approached the counter the two chatting looked at me as if I was interrupting them. I asked about what I wanted and was given a very curt “nope, never heard of it so I guess we don’t have it.” He asked if I wanted a bag for my wine, I replied yes, but he was too busy chatting again to even hear me and I walked out with my bottle of wine.I paid for the wine I had found, similar in brand and size to what I was looking for and drove to Hope Spirts, about a quarter mile away. They were polite, it was easy to find what I wanted and they definitely appreciated my business. I paid just a little more for two bottles of wine at hope spirits as I did for one at Tuscany.Tuscany liquors certainly did nothing to earn my business. I won’t go back.

They have this amazing cranberry lemon wine you serve warm! I know how Im going to spend my cold snowy days!

This is the best liquor store in Colorado Springs! Their customer service is incredible! This store always help me make sure I get everything I need, even if that means personally sending me a message that my favorite breweries new beers are in stock! I use the delivery service but went to visit and was blown away by the store. Huge selection and awesome layout. Beautiful shop! This will always be my go to for good beer and liquor! Mehal and his team do a great job keeping the store cleaned and shelves stocked. They are warm and friendly, offer competitive prices, are super knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to order hard to find products.

I never write reviews, so let this speak volumes. Im so grateful that this is our neighborhood liquor store. They always have great deals and they always have new things to try. I love that they offer tastings Friday afternoon! I have lots of liquor store options that are near my home but this is by far the best choice you could make.

While this is one of the best liquor stores to shop at in town, it was not a great place to work. I absolutely loved our customers!!! But the employee culture is sadly lacking. A lot of focus is on customer service, products and prices. However, very little effort is made to ensure employees are cared for. I felt more welcomed and encouraged in the first 20 minutes at my new job than I was the entire time I worked at Tuscany. One employee at Tuscany was continually rude to me, without warrant. Not much was done to correct the problem. I was really sad and angry because I was basically forced to quit. But now that I am enjoying being treated like an employee should be treated, I am thrilled that I moved on, and up.

Tuscany is a great liquor store and the new deliver service is awesome! Fast, friendly and very convenient. Their app works great and the whole delivery process was very smooth. I highly recommend both in-store and online shopping at Tuscany.

Tuscany has been my favorite liquor store in town ever since they opened. Ive recently started using their delivery service and ordering my beer kegs from them as well. The service at Tuscany is beyond terrific- Ive gotten the freshest kegs ever (10 days old) and exceptionally prompt and friendly delivery. Would recommend Tuscany 10/10!

One of my favorite liquor stores. I especially like the mixed 6 packs of beer, they have a couple of isles of craft brew single cans and bottles, choose any 6 for 10 bucks, pretty cool way to try new beers.

I went in there to get some cider a few days ago. This store is extremely well kept, and the staff was very friendly. There is a bearded man here (Tyler I think?) that will point you right to the cider you are looking for. It also helps that he is easy on the eyes 😉 I will definitely be shopping here again!

Decent size place with a good selection. Prices are not to high, Ive seen things cheaper elsewhere but theyre not terrible or ridiculous. Only 1 cash register & they can get busy depending on the day but you never have to wait very long as they are fast. Plus, the staff is very resourceful & willing to answer questions. Friendly people...unsure if they own it or not.

I loved the old owners. All the employees were amazing as well. I have been a loyal customer since the store opened up. It is in a very convenient location and the prices werent too bad as well. But since the recent change of ownership, i am extremely disappointed. They are extremely rude and the customer service lacks tremendously. I will not be going back. They will be loosing quite a bit of customers since i have referred quite a bit of people to the store with the old owners. Truly sad!

By far the best selection of wine I have personally been able to find this side of Colorado Springs also with fantastic prices and a great looking layout of a store. Ive personally hate going into liquor stores and feeling like Im going into for lack of better words trashy establishment but this place definitely made me feel respected as a consumer and respectful towards all varieties of alcohol, not just hard cheap liquor.

I frequent this store since its my local, and its usually pretty decent customer service wise, but nothing spectacular except for the one gentleman with the glasses. But I went in at 8:45 on Sunday and upon entering, I was welcomed with a you have 120 seconds. After I grabbed my bottle, another couple came in and the guy informed them they had 60 seconds to shop. Your sign on the door says you close at 9, so I dont understand the rush and how rude the gentleman was to get customers out before 8:47. If you want customers out the door by 8:47, then simply put 8:47 as your closing time, and not 9. Hopefully next time I have to make a stop later in the night, service will be improved as it is during the day hours.

I went in and bought a pint of patron that usually costs and was labeled 22$ I was very distracted as the guy at the counter was talking to me and the next day I checked my bank account and the liquor store had charged me 40$!! Not cool and will not be returning.

This liquor store has all the great selection. It is a clean store and the staff are very friendly. They also sell the Bootleg Creamy alcohol infused ice cream which is really good. I recommend the ice cream flavor.

Can cant tell you how rude these people are. As a mom and pop shop that opened up to only be taken over by the money hungry cousin is sad. Bugs and Nina were and always will be the best. I will no longer give this store my money. Darmish (who owns many liquor stores) is greedy and very lazy and unprofessional!!!! I stood in line while he searched EBAY!!!!!! I will never go to his store. I recommend the same to the rest of you! He treats his employees like they are trash and replaceable! Not cool!

Prices are fair, selection is limited (three different wines I wanted were not sold here.) The staff was friendly except it was awkward to hear what I assume is the owner yelling at staff over timecard issues in front of customers. I could hear him throughout the entire store.

Rude, rude, rude establishment. I came in to buy a nice wine for a dinner I was having. The guy who helped me was talking to me like I was deaf, dumb and blind. I understand that this is a liquor store but people spending their hard earned money on luxuries like nice alcohol have a choice in what business they will support. I dont know if he was the owner or just a piss poor employee buy I will never shop here again. Hope spirits on Austin bluffs and Dublin is way better in every way.
