Have exact change or they will steal your money.... The lady said they do not have any change to give me. A good business would change the total from $12.15 to $12. Not donating 0.85 to your company because you can not keep change in your drawer. I call it as it is... Stealing from your customers. There is people out there that can not afford it. Where that change can be the difference between them eating tonight or not. You dont want people to steal from you so dont steal from your customers. Period. Lost me as a customer.

Stopped here before going to the airport in Denver for a recent trip - lots of snack food, convenient location just off the highway, and whodathunkit, but theyve also got Texas colaches!

Stop to get gas and went into the store to use the restroom the clerk said they were out and pointed outside to the port a stalls.

The staff is fairly nice. Sometimes theyre a little stand-offish but they are overall a good bunch. I wish there was a better selection of snacks.

I bought the car wash from another location but I had to use it some other time. When I came back to that location (not this one), it was broken so I went to the closest Shell with a car wash which was Shell-GOG. The lady inside wont even honor the car wash that I bought from another location so I had to explain to her that I was told that she, the cashier, could simply honor the car wash for me. The receipt was in front of her and she acted like she had no clue on how to do a customer satisfaction.

My truck would not start after filling it up with gas. I called a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and I went inside to stand and wait because it was cold outside. But after like 15 mins the lady told me i couldnt wait for my tow truck in her store because she didnt want to have to stand at her register. I bought $50 worth of gas. I bought a $14 jumper cable and 2 roller grill items. If a customer cannot come and go at their convenience then is this really a convenience store?

I never write reviews but I been here 3 times at different times the service is horrible and employees are rude. Clean the oven at 12 PM when there is lunch rush shows they are not effectively managing tree their time. They even forgot to give the customer behind me their change. Not only that their bathrooms have not been open for weeks.

The morning manager here is great! Well run store. Gas is always 20 cents cheaper than across the street.

Omg I wish there was a no star rating. I have an app that gives me 15 cents off every Tuesday otherwise I would have never gone here. The man working the night shift is rude, unprofessional, and honestly just a hateful person. Ive had other people warn me about him but I just had the pleasure of personally being disrespected by him. He not only made the transaction way more complicated and drawn out than it had to be but when it was all said and done I didnt even get my 15 cents off. In a normal situation I would be reimbursed but I wouldnt dare ask that guy for another thing. I live less than a mile away and Id rather drive the distance to be treated like a human and also receive the rewards from the program every other shell station honors.

Great customer service scott was more than helpful you could tell he kept that store clean and took pride in his job if he work for me i would give him a new job title and promote him great customer service

Horrible customer service.

This is a convenient enough gas station, but the attendant is usually so frustrated with his POS terminal that he comes across as somewhat rude. The bathroom is outside, which makes it not so convenient when its super cold outside.

The cutomer service is really bad at the gardon of the gods location. Older manager lady was very rude for no reason. She was upset about some guy and was taking it out on us when we were paying. She snatched the money from us and was knocking down our stuff on purpose to reach the other stuff we bought with attitude. Bad way to represent yourself.
