This is just so poorly run its not even funny. Lazy/rude workers who should be fired never any hot food available to pick up here even during weekdays.Had a gas leak apparently which no cones/signs/any acknowledgement of it what so ever and the employee runs out and yells at customers trying to get gas. How about you block the pumps then? Or is that too much work? They should just shut this place down. Just go to a 7-11 or any other convenient store off base before you waste any time here.
Coffee is room temp, no creamer except pumpkin spice, cashiers dont know how to work drink machines. Gas is more than in town. The only benefit is not having to leave base and selection of alcohol.
A small gas station with a class six. You can get your gas and booze here for the cheap. They have a pretty large collection of alcohols to choose from. This place is usually not crowded or busy. Might be a bit busy during peak hours like morning and and daily rush hours. Its not directly on a main road so its a bit hidden but not too hard to locate. You will need to show military ID for sales other than gas.So if youre on post and need gas, alcohol, or small Conveniences, this is the place to stop. You cant be no taxes.
My favorite part is when there’s a line wrapping the aisles with one cashier and the other employees just keep stocking and ignoring the line without opening another register to get people moving.
Great convenience store. Wonderful employees. Personally never had an issue with anyone or anything in this store.
This is a gas station and convenience store inside the military or airforce base. Because it is a convenience store, the prices are usually higher that regular, however you can find everything at any time of day or night (many are 24/07 ) from microwave food to travel size everything. Hot food such as hotdogs, etc ate sold. They also have clearances, etc. Of course very convenient for the personal working or traveling. Quality is high, standard and consistent. They are upgrading the gas pumps with a sort of computer terminal that shows advertisements and shows while you pump. AAFES is number one among military, airman, seaman, etc.
Good gas prices, even better if you use your Star Card. Quick stop to pick up a few items you need - and save a trip to town. Small liquor store with a very good wine selection.
Best place for alcohol, along with the BX. Staff is mostly friendly except for a few. Great place to pick up a snack or coffee.
Good place for E5 and below to get house hold goods for free.
The armed forces retail establishments were once supportive of the low incone, protectors of this once great country.Today, the access to goods & services are dismal; and the prices for luxury items (at the BX and other outlets) are 50 to 200 % higher than off base retailers. To top off this sick irony, the military pushes this credit line called Military Star card. The interest is very high (14+ %) and now it can be used at the commissary for grocercies. To entice users to encure high intrest debt, gas prices are discounted when the card is used. Are we using our heros to fund the wars against weaker countries who the Black Market moguls wish to exploit; rape and pillage, by way of our brave military???
Im a teen that goes here the one lady that is there everyday is a very nice worker I get snacks a lot
Surprisingly good beer and wine selection given the size of the store.
For those of you that can shop here, best prices on alcohol around.
Positive time shopping and checking out service.
So great prices and sales
Its a shopette, I mean what else can be said. They do carry Russian Standard vodka, which is hard to find elsewhere.
If you like to drink stop by
Convenient with good priced drinks
Polite and helpful staff.
Disappointing. I expected more than a middle-of-the-road selection of beer, wine, and liquor.
Got what I needed and so did my Dad. Thanks!
For someone new to the base, the nearly hidden entrance road is a bit difficult to find initially.
Cool pad
Its ok.
