Such a fantastic place! I had decided to go ahead and swing by the store the other day to pick up a present for my Uncle Ken, but unfortunately GameStop doesnt sell any cool gamer shorts! The Funko pop selection is always great and theyre adding lots of collectables and other neat stuff all the time! Its great to see them carrying so much more than videogames these days!

Amazing customer service!! Both employees were fun and attentive. They even pulled a chair from the back room for my little man to use (hes in leg casts). An all around great experience.

I have been here a few times in the past few weeks and in all honesty the people working here really work hard. There is a guy in particular that Ive had ring me out more than once and Ive seen him in the store alone managing more than one customer at a time while being awesome at giving each customer their due attention. He gave me a pretty dope recommendation on a handheld grip and a matching case for the nintendo switch that wasnt even in store, but he took the time to set up the order while dealing with other customers. I ended up getting a game in store along the way to use my monthly $5 coupon and without missing a beat he had the entire order ready to go in one purchase.

Won’t honor online prices even when item online says available for pickup at store. Left, purchased item online and returned a few hrs later to note on the door saying out to lunch. They are inside sitting there doing nothing and turning away customers.

Very nice staff. I was greeted and helped almost immediately after entering.Unfortunately, I asked for one thing and got another. Dead are the days when you could expect an employee to know about their business. Do your own homework. You can see why online ordering is replacing brick and mortar locations. Being friendly isnt enough.

Love them here!! The Owner looks intimidating but is an awesome chill guy, the cashiers all rock! For real not new. Once opened no longer new. At best (Seller refurbished. An item that has been restored to working order by the seller or a third party not approved by the manufacturer. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition.)

I come to this particular GameStop because Matt and Shawn know their stuff. I dont frequent any other GameStop. I went in today and bought a PS4 and a game. Shawn had a machine in stock and a game to go with it. The service was as it always is... Awesome.

My son was really happy with his purchase. When your 13 year old is happy, then you are happy too. Good job game stop.

Good visit with great service. The girl that helped me was awesome! Would hire her in a heartbeat. However, I do wish GameStop would get their prices in line a bit. Purchasing MarioKart 8 for the Switch used should not cost me more then it does brand new next door at Walmart. The associate convinced me to buy it anyway with a buy one get one deal. Great work!

They have the game u need

Just came in today to trade in consoles, I’ve been wanting a Nintendo Switch. Last night my husband was on a mission to get one, he spoke to a gentleman named Nate (I think) and he was unbelievably kind and nice, he went above and beyond for my husband in store. Today, we went in to trade the rest of the consoles (PS4, 2 Xbox ones, Xbox x) (note: if your consoles are not updated before taking them in the store please make sure you do that because they cannot do that in the store, also make sure if you’re trading in your Xbox that you turn off “my home Xbox” for each account same goes with PS4) these are for safety issues with transactions & cards etc, it will make it a smoother transaction for you. We came back to the store today with the same consoles we had from last night and the woman had said that she couldn’t take our ps4 because it had a screw missing and out of line which to us is bologna, my husband got a second opinion from another gentlemen that happened to be the manager, he okayed it, turns out was just a sticky piece on the console, thank you so much to him! We have two of the same consoles to trade in (two Xbox ones) you unfortunately cannot trade both in at the same store unless you come back the next day or go to another store, that’s the policy, I’m okay with that. Overall 4 stars for this location, would have been 5 if the woman working showed a little more empathy on the ps4 we brought in. This store is packed with goodies, has everything that a gamer could want and need, the men working there we appreciate your hard work! Heading over to another store to trade in my final console and I’ll have my Nintendo switch! :)

I had a conversation with the cashier showing her three different version of a game and asked her which was best (had no sense of gaming and could not give me a good review in them), handed the cashier the game case which did not state that it was any version but the version on the case went home and realized that it was the right game and ended up having to drive 35 minutes away to get the correct game!To add to this I went too a different GameStop and they told me that they wouldn’t recommend going to the GameStop on platte and laughed at how dumb it was that she game me the wrong game!

Customer service is why I like coming here. Its too easy to order online these days, but you wont get the conversation and great attitudes you get here. If you are lucky you will get to meet mikey. He is very personable!

Shout out to Hillary for really helping me out. They didnt have the game I wanted but she found a gamestop nearby that did and had them hold it for me. Girl needs a promotion, that customer service is A+

Got my second PS4 from them so me and my husband can play ark together online nice staff if the dont have it in store they will try and find it for you very happy with all game stop experiences and I have had a lot. lol

I actually wasnt there in person, I made a purchase online from them. It is a nice place to buy while youre on line when youre buying something.

Easy parking. Call before placing on line order, site takes a while to update and may be inaccurate.

Friendly service. I found a game online and picked it up about an hour later. Easy.

Picked up read dead redemption 2 there, they had the both disc AND digital download card, the staff were nice and also fast, even with a line i was in and out within 15 minutes.

I love Gamestop... But why do they staff only one person for half of the day? Its true of most locations... Staff here is really personable and Im comfortable here. My only complaint from years of shopping from Funco days... staffing of stores / long wait times on the phone.

Just bought Surviving Mars for $39.99 plus tax. It was sold as New but it had obviously been opened and is clearly not New. I dont like being lied to and ripped off, so you get 1 star and loss of my future prchases.

The staff were very friendly & helpful in trying to locate the new PowerA Wireless GameCube Controller. I had been to other GameStops and a BestBuy in the area and had not had any success. Not only did they have it but they were informative regarding the controller as well. After a few questions, the store manager took the time to explain to me the differences of game mechanics in Pokemon Lets Go Eevee to which there are many more then being advertised.

I went it in because I had Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY edition on hold and the person working there asked for my ID because its an M-rated game. I get that, however, I was not told I would need an ID before I got there because last time I bought it at Best Buy with my father. I would would have liked to be told BEFORE I took an hour to drive out there. Also, the person helping me was not kind or considerate. He spoke to me in a tone that said that he could care less and it was more of a sucks for you, get out of the store which is extremely rude and unnecessary. Seriously, just go to any other GameStop.

Great staff good priced games

Went to the platte store look8ng for some star wars mystery minis. Was told by manager Sean that I could not weigh the boxes to find the one I need. Then went on to say that he wouldnt take a return on the item because I weighed them. Within 5 min of being in the store I was told no not once but twice. No other gamestop had an issue with what I was doing. Except this store. Very poor customer service on the part of the manager. I will never return to this location.

Everyone here was very nice. That guy Im about to write about was INCREDIBLY NICE. So, so nice. A very nice man. And so knowledgeable! He and I talked GameCube games and he dropped heavy knowledge. He told me where I could find what I was looking for since he didnt have it at that store. Very cool.Then I approached to reserve Fall of Cybertron. This moment...this is where it began.He and I start talking Transformers now and Im thinking, This is great! I love talking like this! And it was just after work so I was very happy to be myself after 8 hours of not being able to. I was very pleased with this man UNTIL HE SAID THIS:Transformers began as a comic book in the late 40s/early 50s and Megatron was modeled after a Nazi Luger because all bad guys from that time were associated with Nazis.For real, guy?
