So grateful for this shop and their exceptional service! My phone (samsung galaxy s8) was quickly fixed within 2 hours and the staff was very professional and friendly. My phone needed a new screen and they did such a good job, it looks brand new! My mom also received help with her galaxy 6, and I will be taking my lap top there next for some repair. The staff here was very friendly and efficient. I came in to fix my iPhone screen that was cracked pretty badly. They were able to change it out within minutes at a reasonable price. However, the quality of the screen is very poor. It has been incredibly difficult to type on my phone and the screen is just not as responsive. Frankly, I would have preferred keeping my cracked screen because it operated better than my current screen. However, again, just want to emphasize that the people themselves were great!

Granted, I was the first one in the door at opening, but, I had a screen protector installed on my phone and I was out the door in under 10 minutes!!! Excellent service. $45+tax.No bubbles even though I had 2 cracks on the screen.

CPR repaired a broken screen on my Galaxy S10 for an insurance claim. They had the parts in a day and had the repair done in less than two hours. Service was friendly and they did a great job. They even installed a screen protector, to my surprise and delight. I would definitely trust this company again.

They couldnt fix my phone but made a valid try and only charged their $35 bench fee. Had they been able to fix it the bench fee would be credited to the repair costs. Happy but sad at the same time.

I went to Verizon because I could only hear if cell on speaker. Verizon advised, I had to buy a new cell with unlimited data, at a cost of $35 per month for the data alone. Andre at CPR was professional, great personality, and caring, my new hero. He told me what the cost would be to replace the speaker, but said he believed it just needed cleaning. Sure enough he took the my cell to the back was quickly back and the phone worked perfect. They replace the protective shield whenevere I need one, quickly and professionally. I took my surface pro in for a battery replacement (this was difficult because they had to remove the screen to replace the battery). They quoted me a price and time frame and lived up to both. Very knowledgeable and courteous people. I will definitely go back.

After reaching out to CPR about some help I needed in loosening some screws from the internal board of my laptop, I went in and Josh at the store was more than happy to help! He was very willing to answer all of my questions and helped me out not once but twice with the screws for my laptop battery! 10/10 would recommend stopping by the shop as they seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help.

I had an iPhone 6 Plus that needed a battery changed because it was swollen and starting to push the screen up and out. Called another repair shop and they said what I needed was another, newer model phone. So instead I called CPR Cell Phone Repair and they said they could fix it no problem. I brought it in and it took about an hour to repair. It would have been faster but two people were ahead of me to get their phones repaired.I am very happy with the cost and how quickly it was repaired.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. The back cover had separated on the right side from the body of the phone. I contacted CPR Cell Phone Repair, they told me they could repair the phone so I took it in this morning. Im very happy with the service I received. Seriously, the only problem I had with CPR was that the repair was finished too quickly. Expecting it to take 2-3 hours, I went home. Just after I arrived, they called to say my phone was ready. I would have waited had I known they would be so fast.

These guys are the best! They took care of my phone repair and made the process super smooth. All I had to do was show up, pay my deductible and they took care of the rest. My phone originally had the wrong screen ordered and they reordered the new screen overnight and replaced my screen protector for no additional charge. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I took my android tablet to CPR because none of the apps would stay running. The tech who worked with me did an initial assessment and agreed to troubleshoot the problem and give me feedback in about an hour. I received a follow up call with an update that the problem could be fixed and how much time it would likely take. About one hour later I was notified that my tablet was back to normal operation and ready for me to pick it up. That made me a very satisfied customer.

They have replaced several of my protective shields for my Apple Watch and cell. They are efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them! I’ll go back once they have the Apple Watch series 6 protective shields.

Very nice gentleman when I walked in. He was only about 2 minutes off on his estimate of time! Amazing!! Well see how well the repair holds up, but I have the best outlook!!! Update: phone continues to die, so Ill be going back to get it worked on again.

Worst experience ever! I can understand having to wait for inventory. But being givin date after date of when the computer we ordered, that we had already been approved for multiple times is ridiculous! To make the situation worse, the computer finally came in they tried to sell it to us with a warped housing!! So instead of trying to help us out, they tried to sell us a more expensive one. Mind you we drove from out of town to purchase this computer! Definitely not recommended. And I don’t even write reviews. But our experience was this bad!

I walked into CPR with a phone I believed to be completely gone. The technician took it in the back and cleaned out the port (I had tried that already) and said it was good to go. I appreciated this as so often I can fee like stores take advantage of customers that are in my situation. I had a front screen replaced and upon replacing my screen they cracked the back of my phone. The sales rep told me about the incident and stated they would fix/replace the back but Im now inconvenienced by having to drive back to have it replaced when the part is in.

I am sharing my experience, in the hope that no one else loses time or money to this business. I lost 2 weeks and 195$ for a phone that does not work.My android phone needed a screen repair and so I brought it here in the hope that it would get fixed. After a week of working on my phone (140$) I was informed the touch screen does not work and that there appears to be an issue with the battery.The battery cost another 55$ and more time to repair. I come to pick up my phone and the touch screen seems to work when I put my passcode in. After I get home, the screen starts glitching, freezing, typing text when I am not typing and closing and reopening different apps at random.I come back to the shop the very next day, to explain what happened. After two weeks and just shy of 200$ I let them know, I would like a refund at this point-- since my phone was not repaired. I figured it would be wise to just buy a new phone.However, there was no manager available, the employee present told me they would not do a refund. Ive lost time, a phone that works and so much money here.Please go to a reputable phone repair shop instead and do not make the mistake of coming here.

Took my XBOX One to have a HDMI port replaced and they messed up the motherboard and wouldnt fix it. They told me they would give me my money back but would have to remove what they had put in. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!!! Some of the poorest service Ive ever had!!!!

They were very friendly and did above and beyond! I needed my computer battery replaced and they replaced it once and it seemed like the new battery would only charge a certain amount. So, they called me and told me they will try another battery and see if that fixes the issue and it worked! Theyre 60 day warranty is also awesome because I did not have to pay for that second battery replacement. I will definitely use them again if I need to

Great service and cell phone screen was replaced within two hours. Only problem is the cost. I should have called around first, for screen replacement on a Pixel 2 I was charged $209.00 before tax. At UbrakeiFix they charge 129.99 for the same service. Cant believe theres such a huge difference in price.Again, my fault for not checking first but feels like a bit of a rip off.

I have never had anything but the best service from CPR. They never laugh at our ancient devices and are willing to fix if that is a cheaper option than replacement. Everything has always been as represented and they always present options for us. Today they sold us a upgrade from a Galaxy 3, transferred the data and made sure it was activated. They even looked around to see if they could replace my ailing Blackberry. Thanks guys.

Informative staff. Was told what was going to take place before they took device. Told all the options of the repair and the possible scenarios. Would alert before carrying on with repair if was going to be more than quoted in the beginning. Parts on hand.

Representive also hung up on me during the call for no apparent reason???Had a Samsung A51 with a cracked screen, dropped off the phone, and the first screen they tried to install failed, so they had to order a second one. Picked it up, and it was fine for a week, until my brother picked it up, and I watched the bottom half of the screen go out. 20 mins later, the entire screen went out. Now they are asking me to purchase a completely new screen, and not honoring their warranty. Terribly customer service, and terrible workmanship.

I had a great customer experience with the sales person and with my interactions and messaging on FB. He was knowleageable friendly and well spoken. I choose the finance option only because it gives you 3 months interest free and I felt that was a good choice. I would suggest if you are taking financing to make a good payment down and pay it off within those 90 days. It is a very smart option. I would highly recommend them and their services to anyone. My laptop crashed unexpectedly and I was able to get a great one brand new just open box from CPR in less than 15 mins.

The shop in Colorado Springs is great! But you should call them, not set up an appointment online. Apparently, the online appointment system is part of the larger company (they are franchised), and there isnt necessarily any communication about appointments to the individual local shops.That said, once they had my phone, they were clear, honest, and worked hard to get my device up and working again! Extremely helpful!!!

I have never been here before but they were extremely helpful very nice and respectful and just all around amazing team there. I would highly recommend all my friends and anyone reading this to go there that was a great experience. My screen was glitched out and had lines on it and couldn’t use it and they quickly fixed it and I didn’t lose any memory on my phone.Great service!!

I brought in my Iphone 8 thinking the earpiece speaker was bad, only could hear in the loud speaker mode. I emailed them previously and they told me to bring it in for diagnosis. When I arrived, the technician wanted to look it and check the speaker before moving forward. He cleaned the earpiece and I could hear clear as day. I went in with a charging port issue on my iphone. They assessed the issue and recommended cleaning it before replacing it, but said there was a tiny bit of damage. We went with the cleaning first, and my phone hasnt had any issues since. I appreciate the fact they gave me a couple options, and let me pick from there.

EXTREMELY not happy. I have been out searching on anyone to help me get my phone fixed. I had shattered my phone almost a month ago in hopes I can find some one open and willing to help me out. I was able to finally find CPR, whom mentioned to me that they would be able to help and get my phone done within 3 to 4 days. But now, it had been exactly 12 days. They STILL dont have a part available for me. 12 DAYS!!!!! I can understand a bit of a delay due to covid. But the COMMON curtsy is to let your client/customer to know of ANY situation that is going on. Instead of you and yourself to find out that they cant seem to find your part for another 3-4 business days. I work and rely on phone, I CAN NOT HOLD ON FOR ANY LONGER. 12 days is extremely too long to wait. If I dont have my phone by MONDAY, MAY 18, 2020 I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT AND PROMISE YOU OF NO CONTINUOUS RETURN.
