Based on their great reviews, we went to Rack Attack for a Cargo Box and a hitch. The guy helping us, Cody, was great. He was personable, answered all of our questions, & got our box put on the car in record time. The hitch we wanted was on back order and I called a couple weeks after getting the box to inquire about the status of the hitch and he remembered me. Im sure these guys see a lot of people so it was nice that he remembered. I totally recommend them!

My experience at Rack Attach was amazing! I called and spoke with Jake about getting some crossbars and a ski rack. I had no idea I need towers as well... even after research lol. I decided to come in to the store to go over different options and prices. Jake was able to set me up with everything I need and installed everything as well. He was very knowledgeable the products and spend the time going over all the other options as well. I had mentally chosen what I wanted, but it was nice to hear about options to say the least. He was speedy at installing everything and was even able to get me the best prices available! That was nice since I didnt build the towers into my budget. The store manager Jackson worked with me to design a Thule rack solution that will allow me to use a rooftop tent on my Subaru as well as assist me with the removal and replacement of lock cores on an older Thule ski rack. We were shopping for a rack system to transport kayaks when we happened on Rack Attack. We have an existing rack frame so the task was a little complex. I WAS really happy and was planning to post a very positive review but that all changed when I went to pick up my cargo box. I purchased the box on Saturday and went to pick it up on Monday prior to leaving on a long road trip. They went to install it and there wasn’t enough hatch clearance for my Grand Cherokee. The only box they told me they had in stock that would fit was 2x the price unless I wanted to drive 90 mins in the opposite direction to another one of their stores. Nothing was asked about make/model/hatch distance when purchased so I was left out to dry with no cargo box and not enough time purchase one online. Might as well shop online with this lack of service.
