This place is a class act. The ladies working the counter went above and beyond to dig out a repair kit for my ancient MSR camp stove - and then gave it to me absolutely free of charge! Their selection of used gear is excellent as well, especially for womens stuff. What an awesome store, I would shop here again in a heartbeat.

Great place, the staff was very cool. Used gear is a great concept. It definitely wasnt thrift store prices, but it wasnt overpriced for the quality of the gear.Also, I love places with dogs. This place had good dogs.

Awesome Rock Climbing Gym at a lower cost then others. Their outdoor gym will open in June, but they have two floors for bouldering.

Ill be the first to admit I was a bit of a pain as a customer but the staff was super patient with me and took great care of me. By the time I was done I walked out with Rossignols that are the right size and perfect for my skiing style along with poles, a helmet and some Nordica boots that fit perfectly. Thanks so much! I was able to buy two winter coats and a pair of snow boots for what I kept finding just one coat would cost me everywhere else I even tried surplus stores, and I am very grateful I have used the boots twice now and both coats several times since!

If you are in need of some second hand or barely used outdoor gear, this is the best place to look. I was in the market for some aggressive climbing shoes and Gearonimo had a great selection. You are able to test shoes on the wall in pure bouldering which was insightful on fitting for the shoe. Tyler was a great help!

Really awesome place for used outdoor great. They dont have a large selection of climbing equipment, but they do have plenty of climbing shoes. They also have Alpine shoes, a large variety of snow gear, used bikes, bike racks, kayaks, a decent climbing wall, and awesome staff. Good stuff at a good price.

Went in for safety gear on shoes for hiking in ice and snow. Tyler was a BIG help. I bought what she recommended as I was looking around and it was microspikes. Worked like a charm and I was safe and secure in all our hikes this week. I indeed was able to run on ice.

What a great discovery finding Gearonimo Sports. Definitely the best outdoor store on the Westside. After driving by them almost everyday, I wandered in yesterday with some gear to trade in. I absolutely recommend Gearonimo and gave them 5 stars for selection and customer service. My wife and I were in the market for a used bike trailer to take our small children on our bike rides. After going to two other bike shops in town and striking out, we found a selection of bike trailers that met our needs at Gearonimo. Pete and his whole family and staff were so helpful in showing us the features of the trailers and gave us a great price we couldn’t pass up. Pete treated us like family, and you can’t get that customer service (not to mention, great deals on gently used gear) at most bike shops or REI.

The shop owner and staff are extremely nice and helpful! We have loved shopping at this outdoor/ camping/ rock climbing/ snowboarding used store ! They always have a variety of great items such as bike racks, backpacks, shoes and apparel! They have a couple of awesome dogs that are always fun to see on our frequent visits.

I really love this place. As a new rock climber, I was able to come in and get a lot of support and questions answered. The staff, especially Grant, takes their time to make sure you know everything you need to. These are not people just out to make a buck, they will help you find the right equipment for you and your budget. Plus they have had great recommendations on where to climb and what to try. The selection of used equipment here is the best. If you need gear or advice, definitely come here. I am really grateful my friends recommended this place to me.

Its alright but I was put off by the ripped up gloves they were trying to sell for $35 a pair. Some were bad enough that I could see my finger through the hole. Some items are just junk but then other items are priced great and in great condition. Just kind of hit and miss with this place.

If I could give this place more stars I would! My husband and I went in looking for new snowboard gear and they were so incredibly helpful! My husband ended up getting boots, bindings and board for a great price. I only had to get boots because I had bought bindings and a board from MWR on Ft Carson and we realized that they gave us the wrong adapter and screws for my bindings, so we called Gearonimo and they told us to come in and they would see if they could fix it. So we came in about 30 minutes before closing and the owner found us the right adapter and screws and ended up just swapping out the ones we got and didn’t charge us. I have never encountered a store with such helpful and wonderful people! I want to recommend this place to anyone and everyone that is looking for a place to buy really any outdoor gear! We will definitely always go back to them especially when summer comes around and we start rock climbing and mountain biking!

My fiance and I got her boots, bindings, snowboard, and a helmet. Everything except the boots performed exceptionally well. The boots had a manufacturer error in the soles that made them degrade very rapidly. Pete, and the rest of the friendly staff, allowed us to trade them in for a different pair of boots at equal value, hassle free. I would suggest this place to anyone looking to get used gear for a decent price!

VERY disorganized couldnt Breathe because they were doing a competition of some sort and the chalk was so intense in the air. I asked if they had some sort of ventilation. And the young lady was very rude and snippy and said, yes, you just dont hear it, or see it. Which Leads me to believe she didnt know how to answer Has no ventilation if you have any health issues. Dont go there. Their is other better places in springs for the same cost

I just heard about the place this morning and stopped by in the afternoon. A lot of gear in there! It was amazing!! Like a walk down memory lane seeing gear from way back to my climbing and skiing beginnings and through the years. Im impressed! Owner was personable and friendly.

Gearonimo Gear is a wonderful place to get new and used gear! I went in looking for a good pair of rock climbing shoes and found what I wanted and more thanks to the lovely customer service and knowledge of the staff. They even let me try the shoes out on a wall before I got them!

Really liked this place. Got a lot of good info and stayed longer than they were closed. They still didnt rush us and actually took me to a storeroom to find a size for a coat. The lady even gave me 40 bucks off a 150 dollar coat. Got a helmet and goggles too. Went back today for snow boots.

Expensive. I really want them to succeed but have to recommend Mountain Equipment Recyclers over Gearonimo. Yes Gearonimo has a lot more stuff but thats because it is expensive and not selling. I have visited over the course of many months to see the same items still on shelves (for grins, take a look at the thick film of dust on climbing shoe boxes). I have consigned many items at MER and they sell within a month. If you want to make money on your item or get a better deal, then go to MER. Staff is nice.

This place is alright to buy from, and has some good prices, but when it comes to consigning items, STEER CLEAR! I consigned a snowboard there post season and waited about 7 months without anything happening, ended up going back to take it home again (as a gift for my gf) but instead (after almost 2 1/2 hours of searching the shop) they concluded that it may have been stolen or lost, but refused to give me a full compensation, instead offering me 60% of what they were selling it for.

Hidden Little Gym. I had no idea this place was here. The bikes are a little expensive but everything else has phenomenal deals. I would look no further if youre a novice Outdoorsman and looking to get some decent gear at a lower price than what the big companies offer
