Great store. Great selection and prices

Lazy older staff member would not even go and get the drink I needed from their inventory. Its right there in plain view and because the product I wanted was not readily shelved she just denied availability. Never had a liquor store do that. Need more productive staff

This is my second time going to this liquor store n today the guy that was working there was excellent he was very attentive n nice I was looking for a certain portugues wine n he search they didnt have the one I wanted but he found another portugues wine which I bought

Always greeted by a friendly staff and they have a wide selection. It also helps that I live five minutes away.

Love this place! Pretty wide selection for a smaller store. Great and helpful employees that go out of their way to help! Sonya managed to find some great beer that I enjoy and ordered some for the store!

*Edit* Gave Woodmen Wine and Liquor another shot and learned the employee who talked down to people and was unpleasant has left. Had a great experience with friendly staff.Clerk needs to check his attitude. Very rude and not friendly. Great selection but y’all lost me as customer.

I would just like to say I do not do reviews BUT I went in tonight and had the pleasure of meeting Double G and Ms. Katie and they were both a delight. They made my first experience in this store AMAZING, they helped me make a decision on what to get for New Years Eve and were extremely patient with me. I will definitely be back. Did not appreciate the clerk using a condescending tone with me over my ID. Im older than you are sweetie. Also, he questioned me over my eye color. Not professional in my opinion and very crude.

Friendliest staff in the business! Always available to help and give good suggestions if you just dont know what youre in the mood for. I wont shop anywhere else when I want a drink. I apologize for not remembering names, but the older gentleman that works here is great! Sings a great tune when hes in the mood, as well. ;)

Did some grocery shopping at King Soopers on Hartsel Dr and with our dinner for tonight, I needed a bottle of wine. I asked an employee that works there if he could help me find a Simi Chardonnay Wine. Chris is his name... we don’t have that wine anymore but I can see if we can get it back in. Chris suggested another Chardonnay. I’m going to definitely come back. Chris was very helpful, friendly and outgoing. Thank you Chris for all of your help today

Huge selection of various wines, liquors, and beers. Extremely courteous staff, and also very knowledgeable about most alcohols. Will take the time to help find a specific brand or bottle, and the sales are pretty regular. They also have various juices/sodas/mixers on hand and limes as well. Very cold beer, will definitely be making this my primary stop for for all things alcohol!

I came in for an Amaro and did not see the brand in stock. I got another brand instead but asked if they could get Breckenridge Bitter at checkout. Next week i came in and to my surprise it was waiting on the shelf. Love the friendly attitude of the staff and ease of special ordering. I will come here for all my liquor/Amaro needs.

Came to this location once because it was convenient, never ever coming back again. The place looks dirty and cluttered. The beer fridges are not very cold. The aisles are cluttered with cases of beer, completely in the way. Selection was mediocre, but I found something I liked.Went to pay, but I had forgotten my ID at home. Told them I would have to come back. They told me they would hold our items. My friend offered to show his ID, since they refused to sell to both of us, and he wouldnt be coming back with me. We were told not to worry and that I just needed to go get my ID and come back. After driving 10 minutes home, grabbing my ID, then 10 minutes back, they refused to sell to me because your buddy isnt here anymore, then proceeded to laugh at me. Will take my businesses elsewhere.

All of the people that work at this store are always cheerful and helpful, except the one older lady. Every time I come in and checkout with her or ask a question shes very rude, other than that this place is great. Im not sure I will be back because of the older ladys rudeness multiple times Ive been in. The selection and price are great in this store.

I swing by here now and then and have always been impressed by the selection. Ill look for items that liquor mart had never even heard of but to me our absolutely necessary for mixers and after calling around town to over 12 shops that dont even carry a version of what I want, I can call here and theyll even have the brand to go with, and point me to the exact spot without second thought. I love this store and its employees.

For a larger small liquor store. This place has a large selection. Pretty easy access. Though the parking can be a little cramped

Courteous and knowledgeable staff, clean building and wide selection of everything under the sun.

I go this local liquor store and theres this snot nosed 20-something kid Brian at the cashiers desk. I bring up my scotch to buy and ask if they offer a military discount. He states they only offer a military discount on Tusdays (even then its only 5%). I mention its a good thing I didnt limit my service and defense of this country to only Tuesdays. This kid starts to snicker and tells me Im ridiculous. I looked at him and said EXCUSE ME!? He started to laugh at me and tells me to take my business elsewhere. I asked him if he was serous. He tells me to get out.Their lack of military support (especially in such a huge military town like Colorado Springs) is ridiculous and hope the owners dont share Brians disdain and contempt for military people. As long as he works there, I refuse to shop there until he is fired. I will update this post if ownership makes it right and fires this kid.

They are the only store weve found in the Springs that sells large bottles of Smirnoff flavored vodka (pineapple). They are out of it a lot though, which kinda sucks!

Im so dissapointed in recent price increases. An item that used to cost @5.50 with taxes (small Blackbox), now cost 6.99! I can buy the same item up the street @ Payless Wine & Spirits, at Research and Union (in the Safeway shopping center) for $5.00, includes tax! I expressed my concerns to the employee, he said he didnt care, it was his last day working there. Taking my business elsewhere, even if it means driving out of my way.

The employees are very helpful at selecting what you are looking for. And they have wine tasting for free on Fridays between 4 and 6 usually.

Planned on purchasing 3 bottles of wine and case of beer but because both 21+ adults didn’t have their ID, they refused our purchase! First time ever in a liquor store and being refused to make a purchase even though I wasn’t paying! Lost our business!

Even though there is a good selection of liquor, there was only 2 people working a large store with about 8 people in line. One person ringing up with problems with the credit card machine and yet did not acknowledge the customers like they were trying hurry at all.

I have been to this store two times now and both times the woman cashier and this guy chris the cashier were incredibly rude I completely understand asking for an id its the law and both times I provided it but when you approach it like a complete jerk especially when there are plenty of other stores to buy at dont be surprised when you customers dont return I definitely will not be returning!
