Always good...I shop there frequently. But, when I came out...needing to use the handicap ramp to get my cart down to put my purchases in the back of my car...there was a car parked there! Another liquor store that is not willing to engage in customer service, how hard is it to say hello or how can I help you today?I browsed the shelves for about 15 minutes and still wasn’t even asked if I was okay or if I needed help finding anything.I did find something that intrigued me so I did purchase it but when I was at the counter the older taller man was quick to get me out and didn’t even card me. I don’t know what kind of business doesn’t card being the law regardless of age.Seems this place is just in it for the quick buck, super sad honestly.

The tall guy, sorry, cant remember his name, was friendly and helped me out finding wine for gift baskets. Very helpful.

SO very frustrated. I just had the exact same problem as Alicia Rader. My wife and I went to get some wine. After spending quite a bit of time looking for what we wanted I took our bottles to the register to pay. The new girl there asked for my ID and I provided it. She then turned to my wife and asked for her ID. She had forgotten it at home and indicated that she didnt have it with her. The girl behind the counter immediately told me she could not sell me the wine.There was a gentleman behind us in line that said he just had the same issue before leaving and coming back. I have been coming to your store for the past 8 years with literally no issue what-so-ever. But tonight Im told that my wife needs to be accompanied by a parent. I am 43 years old and my wife is 38, we are CLEARLY not under 21. I absolutely understand what the law is. She does not. I have been in the store with my children (18 years old and 15 years old) before and had no problems. But with my wife Im told that she needs to be accompanied by her parent?!?! Unbelievable rude and embarrassing. I will NEVER go to this store again. I will drive out of my way to go to Springs Liquor Outlet because they treated us respectfully. I will also let everyone I know about this experience. This is no way to do business.

You have lost a loyal customer today. Today my wife and I went in to purchase beer. I forgot my wallet at home but my wife had hers. Both of us are very obviously older than 21. The woman would not let my wife buy the beer since I was with her and had no ID. This is a ridiculous policy. I have had my kids in the store with me who are obviously younger than 21, they were not IDed and I was able to buy beer. This policy seems to be arbitrarily applied and insufficiently posted. I wont be coming back to this store again.

In the past I’ve had excellent service at reasonable prices. Like others, I recently was denied my purchase due to my daughter being in the store with me. While I don’t agree with the policy, I could accept it if I’d been informed up front. I literally spent 15 min walking the store looking for my wife’s favorite wine and beer for my father in law, who was coming to visit. I would have appreciated the cashier informing me prior to my wasting my time. My daughter was clearly under age.Because of this specific issue though, I won’t be able to shop in the store anymore as I am a parent with multiple toddlers. Getting the time to shop alone is almost impossible. It’s a shame as the store is conveniently located near our home.

Pretty good selection and convenient, near the Kings I shop at, but boy I am looking forward to the liquor law update in Colorado so Kings can sell me my wine and I dont have to make 2 stops. A good shop shouldnt have to be kept in business by a prohibition era law. Take Specs in Texas as an example of how a liquor store can compete fairly with grocery stores.

Very cool place we didnt actually buy anything here because we were worried about the bottles in our luggage but they had an excellent selection of local whiskeys so we knew what to try at the local bar.

Its cool they offer a discount punch card. Their selection is decent... My issue is that the one time on my fifth visit using the card; the cashier scolded me for not telling him I wanted to use the discount. In my mind, after the card has been punched five times, itll only be honored in that fifth transaction. Poor customer service. I will be going elsewhere. Prices are also very high. Im guessing based on their location, they feel they can easily get away with it.

Close to home so its convenient. When it comes to selection, they have a variety of drinks but occasionally dont have what Im looking for. The turnover rate for staff is fairly high so I dont see the same person too often. Sometimes, the lines are very long.

Very poor customer service, I will not be returning to this store ever. I understand policies are policies, however common sense should be exercised by all staff, if not training should be implemented on a regular basis. If you make a policy for your place of business it needs to be clearly posted outside, and customers are aware BEFORE you enter the store, and spare your customers embaressment in front of other patrons. I am at this place a lot and I love it. Prices are lower than other stores, selection (like different flavors and types) is way better than other places and the guys are nice! Best selection of Woodchuck in town.

Ive been coming to this liquor store for 3 years and its always been great until the other day. I came in with my boss for beer, which he was buying, and the newer girl working there also carded me and I didnt have mine so she took the beer. So I left and he went back to buy his beer and she still wouldnt let him. This was very embarrassing to both of us at the ages 40 and 46. I will never go back there again.

I think its a little weird that everyone is upset about how a liquor store goes about compliance issues. I work in a medical marijuana dispensary & at the end of the day I can tell you, we dont care what you think about our IDing policy, as long as we are covering our own hides. Just bring your ID when you intend to buy alcohol next time. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT THE ONLY LIQUOR STORE IN TOWN THAT DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO SHOP IF BOTH PARTIES DONT HAVE AN ID. IF YOU ARE CLEARLY HELPING TO CHOOSE THE PRODUCT, YOU MUST HAVE IDENTIFICATION. Its not hard unless you’re just not trying to accept blame here.As far as the actual store itself goes, the staff is always extremely nice, I like that this place is open until 11 instead of 10, and they always have what Im looking for, usually at a better price than i can get it nearby elsewhere.

Stay open later and lower prices. It will balance out. Youll get more late night traffic to keep labor .

I like the selection available at this store. And the location is close to my home. If I want more hard to get items would probably go to cheers or others in town but overall a solid choice.

Very rude management leading to their very rude employees. I went in the store to buy soda. The employee at the register watched me walk to the soda fridge and back to register only to tell me that I would need my ID to buy two 12-packs of soda. I’ve bought here before to buy alcohol and at times have not even been asked to show an ID, So much for quenching my thirst. Won’t be back to the store.

Whoever is ordering the liquor at this store lately is freaking killing it.

Its better than nothing, but the other day I went up to get a bottle of Hornitos Anejo and found it was $7 more than Powers Liquor Mart! I put the bottle back and drove a few more mile to save the money... PLUS Powers Liquor Mart gives me a military discount!

They have a good selection of common spirits like Jack Daniels and Grey Goose. Dont go looking for anything that just came out like Crown Royal Peach, though.

The owner suddenly decided that he doesnt like Samsung Pay anymore. Why would that be? You are still getting paid, and it is legit, so where is the problem? One of the employees told me that the owner doesnt like the digits that are shown on the receipt. That is how Samsung is operating to encrypt and protect our cards, by generating a unique, patented digital sequence through an algorithm that represents the actual card. Ive been shopping at this store for the last seven years, and now I have to go elsewhere, for the inconvenience caused by this conservative view, that rejects the future of technology. That way, well be stuck with the ideas and the lifestyle of the past. It might not be a big loss for you, but another person will follow up on this unreasonable restriction of mobile payments. Good job, sir.

The store has a surprising selection of wines and beers that many other stores do not. The store looks more like an older grocery store than a liquor store, and isnt as fancy as some of the other new ones, but the prices are okay. Service: Par for the course on my visit.

I stopped here to buy wine, and was told to leave my bag in the locker...WTH. I said no thanks and walked out. I am not a thief, and will not be treated as such. I went to another liquor store, and had no problems. I wont be going back!

The manager of this store is an embarrassment to the industry. Buyers beware.

Considering the size of the store their selection was limited and prices were high. The worst part was the owner sitting by the door. She wouldnt let my wife bring her purse in. Then when a customer walked past her out the door and the alarm went off sge ran around and yelled at all the check out workers for not running and stopping the guy. The place was packed and the were busy checking out customers. She yelled at all of them for at least 3 minutes while they were checking out customers. I dont do business with companies that treat their employees like that.

Not a huge selection and some beer has been sitting for a while. Good for a quick pick up of standard liquor and beer.
