First off never shopping here again and if I could give it a zero star I would due to the fact I got banned for leaving a bad review before I even thought of posting this one it was because my other half left one and so I got banned for going in purchasing some beer and apparently being a pleased customer now this was all on the fourth of July so I went to my BBQ came back and brought some food to the cashier that checked me out bc he hadnt eaten and for being so polite come to find out that not 5 days later he got fired now knowing what good customer service is when I see it I let karma run its course he now works at my place of business not 2 days later making more for doing less but moral of the story there all two. Faced in there they may seem nice but the second you try to help or l leave a bad review you get banned

I usually order thru drizzly and get a phone call that what I ordered isn’t available which is fine because I can pick substitutions. The issue is the younger female that calls most nights has an extremely bad attitude. Tonight after asking me what I wanted for replacements she didn’t say that was all she needed or that she didn’t have anymore questions or even bye, she just hung up. She makes a person not want to order from your guys with how genuinely unpleasant she is. She definitely needs retrained on basic customer service skills. On the other hand I’m still giving you guys 3 stars because your delivery driver that works most nights is extremely nice, helpful and has great conversation skills.

I am unsure of the name of the delivery guy now that we able to order from Drizly, but he has delivered to me twice now, and he is awesome. He went above and beyond for my order today. Not only did he apologize for the wait time for my order because of another delivery but he double checked my order and noticed a wine was missing, went back to the store to get it, and delivered to me. I didnt even think twice about the wait but his awareness is greatly appreciated. Very kind personality and hard working. Ill make sure to tip 30% next time. Consider giving him a raise! I always appreciate those who pay attention to the orders. Thank you!

My absolute favorite liquor store, they are ALWAYS stocked up on everything, the workers are very friendly and will help you find anything youre looking for. Right next to a Carls Jr and a Wendys for your drunken snacks as well! Great place.

Honestly I love this store stocks my favorite beer and liquor at a better price point than any other store.Also the staff are professional, informative, polite, and personable.One stop shopping for a 6-pack after work or a handle of Everclear to keep the whole house popping.

Its a spacious Beverage Store with a huge inventory of select products! Can be seen from the major thorough fare and is centrally located. Employees display excellent customer service. I highly recommend their business to anyone!😊

Avoid this place at all costs if you want anything cold. You will have to refrigerate any cold alcohol you buy. Its like they cant afford to run their refrigerators.

Its a basic liquor store for this type of neighborhood. Certainly not a place to go to find an overstocked interesting microbrew section. This is kind of a functional how do I get drunk real quick stop.

Should be very aware of what solicitors place inside your store and you guys should do the proper research when your apart of something... the Bahamas vacation raffle turned out to be a total scam!! Thanks guys!!

Fun, Well Stocked & Staff was great!

The Indian lady that works here is rude. 3 times I went here while she was working. She never acknowledges me or says hello, she is always on the phone and pays no attention to me. When she finally puts the phone down for a minute to ring me up she still never even looks at me. When shes done ringing up my items she picks her phone back up and continues ignoring me. She doesnt give me my total and just talks on the phone. I went in yesterday to buy beer and liquor for a party, probably $200 worth and she wouldnt look at our acknowledge me when i approached the register. So I walked out. I will never shop here again because of her. Learn some customer service.

When I called to ask a question they hung up on me. At first I thought it was a mistake but they hung up three times (the last as I’m asking if they just hung up on me). Horrible customer service, staff is rude in store as well. One of the employees is always on her phone, was actually on the phone the whole time I was at the register last time... HIRE NEW PEOPLE!
