Very friendly, first time visit. I went in for a brow wax. And after asking questions about brazilian Caroline was so professional and helped ease my mind I got the service done. Shes very professional, clean and helps you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her. Front desk staff is also very friendly. It was a last second decision and was able to get in and out quickly.

I’ve been getting waxed for years and my past wax I had yesterday by Sabrina was GREAT!! I get Brazilians which of course suck every single time, but Sabrina must’ve been magic because it was the least uncomfortable session I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely the worst waxing experience iv ever had in the 4 years iv been getting parts waxed... due to uncontrollable events my normal person n place had to cancel at the last minute so i went here... worst mistake ever... i ended up paying 60 more then i normally do just to have a horrible job done by this place... agood 4th of my legs were missed n not just little spots.. my chest agood 3rd of my chest missed... n not just small spot but larve strips and patches... i didnt notice until i got home in put on my glasses to see the horrible job and i couldnt go back within their time frame as i had to go out of state for the next week... chick was to busy talking and trying to up sell products to do a good job... very very disappointed and would not recommend anyone going here... horrible just horrible ... dont go here

I have my first appointment the 31st. The csr Daniel answered all my questions no matter how awkward they were and even asked me how I felt about questions I didnt even think of. Looking forward to the appointment.

Most of the girls at the front desk are nice but Hunter truly is a sweetheart. Nice and professional every time I come in. I actually didnt originally start going to this location because its 30 minutes away from my house but when Serena transferred to this location, I knew I didnt have a choice. As most women know, and Im sure men with certain things as well, once you find a kind, professional and competent person who you trust, you dont just let them go, or at least I dont. I follow Serena to this location because she is the best! I know a lot of people have their favorite person here but trust me.... SHE IS THE BEST!!!!! No one else....ever.....or anywhere else is allowed to wax my brows. Trust me, go to her for any service and you wont be disappointed!!!!!

Maddie did a great job, it didnt hurt nearly as bad as I thought. They also gave me a nice discount on products and services and some samples to go with my purchase. I will be going back to ewc regularly, they do a great job with customer service.

I got my full legs and bikini line waxed last week. The staff was nice and professional. I don’t know if it was just the wax she used, or maybe even an issue with my hair, but there was still a lot of hair on my legs after I left. There were large sections of my legs that still had considerably long hair on it. Not to mention, there was a layer of stubble all over my legs. Like I said, could’ve been a fluke, but I was super unsatisfied seeing as I paid nearly $80 not including the tip just to feel like I have a week old spotty shave. Will not be returning.

This was the first place I ever got a Brazilian and I think anyone is super nervous to expose yourself to a stranger working on you down there. Serena made me feel soooo comfortable and explained everything to me. She does a great job and makes me feel like I’m going to see one of my besties every time I see her. She also does my eyebrows and I appreciate she takes her time to make them even and look good rather than most women who have rushed me to see their next client. Always super nice front desk staff too!

They have contactless check in which is great, but when I got called into the lobby (they make you wait in the car til your room is ready) it was full of people which defeats the purpose! Came for a Brazilian wax which is great. Front desk tries to up sell a lot though....

Oh, my, f*@#$&g whoah! Yeah, it hurts! ☝🏻💀 Aside from the pain, awesome, the girls were super helpful and friendly and I absolutely will be back- I dont have stubbles and its taking forever for the hair to grow back, totally worth it.

Stephanie is the most amazing waxer that I’ve ever had in skill and conversation! She is so detailed and always makes sure that everything is smooth as can be. My brows have never looked better and my Brazilian is the best! Definitely go see her for your waxing needs. Side note: Darcy is an awesome receptionist here. I had an appointment at 7pm on October 23rd with Julie and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!!Julie is professional, friendly, made me feel completely at ease & is EXCELLENT in her craft. I am new to the area and was dreading the search for a new, reliable esthetician, but I’m happy to report that the hunt is over after today!I am so, so glad I found Julie- I won’t be going anywhere else for my Brazilians (or other waxing needs for that matter!). In fact, I set up my next appointment with her before I left the building. HIGHLY recommend this talented, wonderful woman!The sweet lady at the front desk was an angel too. I absolutely LOVE Stephanie and this European Wax Center!! Ive been coming for almost a year now. The front desk staff is always professional and polite, and Stephanie is so personable and sweet. Theres not a spot on my body I wouldnt trust her to wax! Shes very keen to detail and has a good eye for shape.I recently let her wax my eyebrows after a horrible wax I had done years ago that left my eyebrows thin and patchy in some areas; she was able to get them in a perfect shape and showed me how to easily fill them in, if needed, with a brow pencil.Ive never had any adverse reactions to their waxand I usually break out easily or get bumpy with other waxes. Plus their product line smells heavenly and works amazing! Try them out and tell them I sent you...you wont regret it😉

First time in and had an amazing experience! I had Beatriz (Sorry if that is spelled wrong) and she did an AMAZING job on both my brows and Brazilian!! We walked through exactly how I wanted my brows and she took the time to listen to what I actually wanted (something that is rare when getting brows waxed). I am already scheduled for next month with her and will definitely continue to go here for all my waxing needs!!

Beatriz is amazing!! By far the best eyebrow waxer! I have huge, dark unruly eyebrows and she always is able to make them look great! I highly recommend her as I have been going to her now regularly for over a year!

The staff was friendly, but the quality of service was not good. I have had many Brazilian waxes done and none of them were this bad. I still had patches of hair when there shouldnt have been any. The past services I had at other places made sure that the job was done the way it should be unfortunately the individual I had made my experience a not so good one. Hopefully the estheticians there will ensure that the quality of service that they are doing live up to the companys standards.

My beautiful thick hair comes from my Italian side. With 2-3 hair out of every pore, Im covered from head to toe. Yes, toes! TMI, yet I have been coming to European wax center for about 4 years now. I have also noticed less hair, and less regrowth! There really is a light at the end of the hair tunnle. Dont give in, And throw out you Razors. Respect the process. I am an extreme case, therefore, this happens much sooner to everyone else. BTW, How does it feel to be Gods favorite?! Jk. NO, It isnt painless, nor virtually painless, but no pain no gain. My best advice is to take IB Profine, drink a relaxing tea, or whatever else you can procure. Not everyone gets 90% of their body waxed so go for it! He or She, or whomever you desire will loveeee it. 👌😉

I see Serina at European Wax. She is unbelievable! I’ve been seeing her since this location opened. I get several areas waxed. My eyebrows are incredible and just the right thickness and shape for my face. The brazilian and under arm services are always well done and never any missed areas or wax left! (Ive had to go home and remove wax when done at other establishments!)I absolutely recommend Serina.

If you bring a friend, they wont let them come in the room with you. This is a despicable policy. If someone wants to bring a friend or spouse with them for moral support, you should allow this. Some of these waxes can put you in rather vulnerable positions. Its nice to have some one there with you.

They have a 9minute late policy and a bunch of construction going on around their location right now. I was 10minutes late dues to the fore mentioned construction and they would not take me in. I am a regular customer who has unfortunately prepaid the wax pass and I still have 5 visits.The girl at the front desk said they have been letting customers know about the construction, but they sure didn’t mention it when they called my reminder yesterday.They don’t care about the customer here, once they have your money, they prefer that you don’t come for service.

One of my friends recommended this place for me being a first time waxee. Cute, clean and fast and now this is my 5th month going! The staff is always friendly and if you become a frequent waxee, they start to know your name which is nice. In and out in 15 minutes or less is their thing. I’ve only been to one technician since starting and I love her! Serina is simply amazing and every wax experience with her has left me with great results.
