So this was my first time buying a Chevy and was very skeptical about it especially because I’ve owned 5 different Ford vehicles but The whole experience working with my Sales Rep (Lawrence) and Finance (Marcus) was just great. Not only was it just a smooth transaction but they were even able to get me a better rate then what I was originally approved on my own. Highly recommend North Mike Maroone. The only issue I would say I had and I understand it’s not the dealerships fault due to the Chip Shortage, but was the fact that I had to wait for a vehicle to come in and was delayed for a few days longer then expected but other then that 100% great!!
The entire experience from start to finish was superior! Raymond Garza took great care of us! He was very professional and patient (multiple test drives and multiple days of contemplating between the Challenger Hellcat or the Camaro ZL1). Raymond was beyond personable and made sure that we were making the right decision (Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat). Honestly the entire team over at Mike Maroone North (Kyle Gunn, the Sales managers, and the amazing ladies of financing) were all soo kind, fun, and helpful!! Above all they were transparent and fair when it came down to business (purchase and trade-in). I probably won’t be buying another vehicle for a few years lol, BUT when I do, I’ll definitely be returning to Mike Maroone North! Thank you Raymond for being so awesome!! The new Challenger Hellcat looks great next to my Jeep Gladiator!! They were meant to be lol!
Our service rep, Michael, did a great job. Kudos to him. He was knowledgeable and courteous. However, the attention to detail regarding the tire installation was not very professional. The technician did not reset the tire monitor, and required me to return to the dealership (Im not close by). And, the wheels were a mess! Had to spend a lot of time cleaning them up from all the grease. Wouldve been appropriate to clean the grease off the wheel prior to returning to the customer. This car is a Corvette, and the tires were very expensive. Id expect a Chevy dealership to pay more attention. Not the first time this type of thing has happened at this dealership. Will only go when absolutely necessary in the future.

I always receive outstanding service at Mike Maroone Chevy North. I have 3 GM vehicles and Ive brought them all here for 12 years consistently now. Ricky is a super friendly service advisor and he always gets me right in and hes an expert in GM vehicles! The techs are great, always finishing jobs faster than I expect...in particular Kent is an awesome tech and super knowledgeable. I also like their waiting room where they have coffee, hot chocolate, water, seats, and desk areas to sit at. Its nice getting repairs or maintenance done here because they always have the needed parts in stock, no waiting around for days as with other mechanic shops. Ive used their shuttle service numerous times and I always find them timely and fast to pick me up.
I took my 2014 Chevrolet Suburban into Mike Maroone Chevrolet North because the oil pressure gauge was showing zero pressure. I spoke with Johnny Herrera and he arranged for a diagnostic check on my truck immediately. He had the results within ninety minutes and the repair scheduled. This was late in the afternoon and he stated it would be finished sometime the next day. I received a call early the next morning that it was finished. Lawrence was very helpful in assisting me find the truck I wanted. The original model was sold when I came back but he went out of his way to pick up a like model from another dealership, let alone on his day off due to my work schedule. He was very helpful in the whole process and made it worthwhile.
My daughter who attends the Air Force Academy had an appointment at the dealership on Saturday at 9.45 am. for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall. This service was paid by GM as it was her first oil change on her new Buick. Unfortunately, her experience was not stellar. We tried calling the Service Manager 3 times to talk to him about her poor experience prior to writing this review. He did not return our calls.3 hours to complete the service is not only unacceptable but more importantly, they did a very poor job of communicating why it was taking so long. She inquired multiple times and was told it would be only a few more minutes and yes, she was there for 3 hours!Our young adults are smart and value customer service. Take the time to talk to them and explain the process.Not returning calls is so unprofessional. Be better than this for your employer. Be better than this for your customers. Be better than this for yourself.

My visit exceeded my expectations. The service was prompt and thorough, and the cost was very reasonable. I had scheduled an oil change with Brakes Plus but left when I learned the cost. I then drove to the dealership and they were $40 cheaper for the oil change! I also appreciated their willingness to take care of a simple repair at minimal cost with no additional wait time. I will not be going anywhere else for maintenance and repairs! Johnny was exceptional!

I scheduled my first service for my new Chevy Colorado at Mike Maroone using the Chevrolet app and it could not have gone more smoothly. I arrived at the appointment time and was quickly met by the service writer Michael. He quoted me 1.5 hours to get it done and even offered me a ride to go get lunch while I waited. The oil change and 7500 mile check were done when he said it would be and Chevy picked up the cost. Overall a very positive experience.

Techs at Mike Maroon are always helpful. I usually schedule my services but I did a walk-in this time and there was a little bit of a wait. Roughly 1.5 hours which still wasnt bad. Having my oil changed at this dealership was also still the cheapest around. 10/10 will continue to use this location for my service needs.
Brought my vehicle in for service because the check engine light came on and engine was running rough. Turned out to be a bad fuel injector. Instead of replacing the one they suggested all 3 and gave us a huge bill of $1300. When my wife questioned why we needed to do all 3 when only one was bad the service advisor was very rude to her and even audibly scoffed at the question. He then angrily said hed call back with an estimate for just the one. When he did they said it would be around $950 for only the one then raised the price to over $1400 for the 3. Then raised it to over $1100 for the 1 and raised the 3 again to almost $1500. All because they forgot to include other items for the repair I would normally trust a dealership but they are shady, rude, and have overall bad communication/service. We will not return. Ever.
Went in today for oil change and scheduled mileage service. Johnny Herrera was my advisor and he got me checked in quickly, friendly and efficiently. I was in and out in under 45 minutes, which was awesome after working all day. Thank you much and I will definitely be back on schedule!

The service was good, they found the issue I was having and repaired it that day. They did a thorough inspection. I appreciate that I was able to select what I wanted them to do and what I wanted to take care of myself without hassling me about it.Whoever worked on my car left a large stain on the drivers seat from oil (or grease or something like that) that was on their pants. Thats very frustrating.I drive an electric car and it would be nice if they would plug it in after they are done working on it. (Not a big deal, just thought that would be a nice touch.)
I’ve been taking my car to Johnny at the Chevy dealership for five years. He’s the best. He makes sure I understand what needs to be fixed on my car. I’m going on a road trip in a few weeks and wanted to make sure my car was ready. Not only did the technicians look everything over but Johnny gave me a full color booklet that visually showed all the components on my car and color coded each green for good and red for not good. Mine were all green. Thank you for taking good care of me and making sure I’m safe in my car.
I had the pleasure of working with Chuck Epley(I am not 100% if I spelt the last name correctly) anyways. He was super fantastic from the start. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew the car I wanted and he made it happened. Helped work out a bunch of details and EXTREMELY patient with my spouse and I. If I had to buy another car I’d definitely want to go back and see Chuck.Mindy and Josh were also helpful with the finance details I have never seen anyone work harder to help get the right loan. If you’re looking for a vehicle this is the place to go.
Very pleasant experience with Advisor Dave Blodis. He has a professional and welcoming demeanor. A breath of fresh air when having to do routine maintenance. The waiting area is child friendly and the coffee is GREAT. Will be back for all my service needs.
Unfortunately, I cannot give a zero star review. However, if I could, I would. I recently visited this location after being sold a vehicle that has been causing major problems. Many employees within the dealership were extremely helpful but were overshadowed by the overwhelming lack of help from the general sales manager. I do not know his name but have seen enough to call into question his character and the credibility of the entire Mike Maroone Chevrolet dealership. Please, save your time and money and visit Toyota, Honda, or any other Springs dealership rather than this money trap.
I think Michael did a great job in communicating with me and keeping me updated on my vehicle. What I was not happy about is the fact the tech did not go internal in to my vehicle and inspect the shifter to see if anything was amiss. He just simply sit in the drivers seat and tried to replicate the issue I had described. Because he could not replicate the issue I was told GMs policy is to go no further. I think this a very poor policy and the reason more and more people are turning to foreign made vehicles. I left with an unresolved issue on my vehicle and the issue will most certainly happen again.

Made an appointment today via the service call center. When I dropped the vehicle off, the service rep said that they couldn’t look at the vehicle for a week. When I asked why the call center made the appointment for today when they couldn’t check out the vehicle the service rep was rude and shrugged it off. No apology, no attempt to address the concern. Take your vehicle and business somewhere else. Mike Maroone doesn’t care about their customers. Another customer lost.
Amazing experience at Mike Maroone Chevy. We have family in the car business so I havent had to do a normal car purchase process in the last 20 years. With COVID killing the supply chain and inventory levels we had to go the normal car purchasing route and I was a little worried about how that would be given how easy my past car buying has been. Wow was I blown away by the team at MM Chevy. They made everything so easy and they were amazing to work with!
Chuck was very helpful. There was no pressure. We were shopping for my 75 year old mother and it was important to look at some vechiles first before doing anything because seeing out the back is hard for her. Chuck understood and allowed us that courtesy before pulling credit to make sure she was going to be able to drive what she wanted.
Jonny was was very helpful when my van had an unexpected problem with the sliding door. He got my van in the shop that day without having an appointment. Great service.

Came in with a failed Emissions test due to engine light, a scanner code and possible diagnosis for Injector, Cyl 5 Voltage/resistance. All other indications was a strong and efficient engine/emissions. Ended up with other non-related code (s) during Maroone North diagnosis, and various other repairs/maintenance over the next three days. Never got a decent ex[planation of the original issue, but did have a final bill $600 more than the original estimate. Felt I was a victim of a Dealer up-sale. Maybe not, but time will tell. Some grease prints on hood, outside and inside door; probably could easily have been cleaned up. Not impressed, but, again, time will tell.

This is specific to the service department. They have serviced my vehicle at this location since 2016 when I bought it from them (Al Serra at the time) and there has not been a single service visit where there was not some sort of issue, from grease left on the interior to oil filters not properly tightened to, most recently, a radiator that failed (with less than 15,000 miles on the car) after they did the “routine” recommended flush and coolant change. Of course it had just gone out of extended warranty when the problem appeared, so they wanted $1,300 for a new radiator install.I updated to give 2 stars as interactive with the service advisor (Dave) was the only good part of my experience.Find someone else even for routine care, preferably an independent shop. GM doesn’t care about the service side of the business and it shows at this service department.

He answered all of our questions and concerns. Not only did we have a great experience with Mr. Jewel, the price of the vehicle we purchased was affordable. These guys were truly a blessing to me and my family and I couldnt be happier with my vehicle.
Michael and Cheryl were amazing. We talked to Michael the prior day and he was very friendly and informative but not pushy or intimidating. We didn’t buy that day but easily made the decision the following day. When we came by we missed Michael but he hooked us up with Cheryl who was so nice and tolerated our crazy 18 month old. I gave him the list of vehicles I was interested in and he did his homework before I even got there for my appointment by The Weeknd. He truly listened to my ideas as to what I was looking for and I was pleased with his selection and I chose one that fit my budget and needs. Oh but wait theres more...I somehow got a flat the Sunday after my purchase and I texted Dustin as to what happened and he came right away to assist me!! Hes the best!!
I had this dealership install a bike rack mounting hitch on the back of my Bolt. The GM web site I ordered it from (accessories.chevrolet.com) quoted $22.50 to install it however, the dealer charged $80 to install. Additionally, they did a redo on the Bolt battery recall to calibrate it further. I feel like GM did a stellar job of designing and building my Bolt, however they need to do more work on dealer education and consistency with their advertised accessories, particularly installation and with EV recall record keeping (I have received at least 5 reminders to carry out the Bolt battery software modification - after I had the recall performed - and now it has been re-performed. GM has some very well funded competition and I think you may want to improve your customer experience a little more to be competitive in the future. On the plus side, everyone at the dealer was very polite and considerate and I cant commend GM enough on the fantastic product they designed. Additionally, I appreciate the shuttle service greatly!
Had a great experience with Dustin and Josh. Dustin was super accommodating towards our needs. We prefer to have vehicles inspected by a third party for our own assurance and Dustin worked with us to make that possible, even willing to do extended test drives to work around our work schedules. He was so friendly and considerate, the patience of a saint, letting our very bored 6yo go full Picasso on post its and “decorate” his desk. Josh worked his bum off to make sure the finance department got the payments within our budget. Dustin reached out after the purchase to make sure everything was awesome and we were 100% happy with our truck. We even took a selfie together for his board to showcase the customers he helps. Such an awesome guy. I’ll be going back to see Dustin here shortly as I’m now planning on purchasing another vehicle for the family. I’d rather wait until they have the vehicle I want than work with other dealers. Period.

I was visiting from out of town and found myself with 2 tires that didnt look very good. I just drove in without an appointment and David Blodis helped me right away. He looked at my tires and said he had only ever seen a wear pattern like that there was a bad alignment. He quickly set me up to have a new set of tires put on. They were balanced and aligned and I was back on the road in a little over 2 hours. David was very professional and courteous and his help was much appreciated. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Mike Maroone Chevy to anyone in the area.

Went and test drove a car. Heard some noise underneath so they were going to service it. Very interested and said once they service it, I would buy it. The 2nd day I asked for an update. Later that day come to find out they were selling it to someone else...?? Wasted our time. Never knew if it was actually serviced. Someone probably just bought a vehicle with problems. Money, not service is the name of the game.
Horrible customer service. General sales manger (James Crespin) was very useless and cannot handle and eye to eye conversation. Be careful buying vehicles from this dealership, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The staff was professional and efficient. One thing I would recommend is letting customers know when they show up for service its first come first serve. I was there before anyone else that morning and being not sure where to park, I parked in a parking spot and all the other customers lined up at the door. I ended up being 6th in line because I didnt know. I had a 7:30am appointment.

Dave Blotis did an amazing job getting a new gas tank for us quickly. Our Tahoe was vandalized on Fathers Day. Someone had drilled a hole in our original gas tank and stole our gas. We were an a time crunch to get back home from vacation. Dave went the extra mile to get us in and out. Our Tahoe performed perfectly like nothing had ever happened on our trip back to California. They took care of us while GM took their sweet time to figure out their business. We were a bit frustrated with GM but couldnt have asked for better from Maroone service.
I picked some weird shaped metal piece in my tire that drained all the air out of it instantaneously. I called Mike Maroone Chevy because they are the ones that put the tires on back in November while we were having some other work done. Even though I hadnt bought the road hazard on the tires, because it wasnt offered to me, our amazing parts rep Michael told me to bring it in and if it could be patched theyd take care of it. I dropped it off and they called later to say they fixed it. When I went to pick up the tire they offered to put it on for me as well. =) Now if you dont know...taking the spare from under and putting it back under the truck is quite a pain in the butt series of events. Needless to say, I am extremely thankful for our service department here. Thank you again, Michael.

I was having issues with my backup camera on my Colorado ZR2. Took it in to Dave at the service department. Outstanding customer service. Took me a couple of visits to get it fixed because they had to order parts but the communication was great and Dave got me in around my schedule. 5 stars.
Worked with Johnny several times, he’s been amazing. Usually working with a work vehicle people treat your truck differently, he didn’t. I would continue to go back there if I wasn’t moving, I hope I find something like this in my new town!

She really delivered: not only did she find the perfect vehicle for me but the deal I received has left me with zero buyers remorse. I almost wish I needed an additional car.
