I am fairly new to the area and I needed a good mechanic who would not have the habit of taking my wallet every time I went in....This place was recommended by my son and said I would get fair treatment....The work they have done has been good and also to be pampered for a ride back to my place and a ride to pick me up when my car was done was absolutely divine....But if I had to stay they have a comfortable lobby plus they have restrooms and something to drink if you need it.....❤️....I would go back in a heartbeat.... And I would say give them a try and you will come out smiling with a safe card to drive......

People were very nice, customer service was good. Only issues: didn’t fix a tail light that was out after we told them at check-in to fix any small issues. Also didn’t tell us ahead of time that a diagnostic check of an issue we were having would be $133. Just would have been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise, all was good and would still recommend.

Their service managers do a great job of explaining the services needed for my vehicles- whether it be routine maintenance or some other problem that pops up.One of the things I especially like is they keep track of all the scheduled maintenance to keep my vehicles running well and let me know when the services are needed.Their pricing is very reasonable and they get the work done right the first time.Somehow, a negative review was posted several weeks ago under my name! Im not sure how that happened, but I wanted to clarify that I am extremely happy with HAAS and will certainly continue to use their services!

I contacted them for a quote on repairs on my Jeep Wrangler, needed the oil cooler adapter replaced, have the part but after the woman said they wouldnt be able to install my part but she could connect me with someone who could quote me for the part and labor, thats fine because if they would have been reasonable i would have bought the part from them and had them install it then just sold the part a currently have. So first off the guy that she connected me with had a major attitude, I still ask him for if he could give me a quote for the part and labor, he replies no, I ask him why and he says that its waste of his time and if Im not assuring him that Im bringing him my business than its not even worth his time... I also have a buddy that was looking for a shop to repair the same part on his Jeep as well, they could have gotten two repairs today(about $2500 total)but I guess they feel that they are doing customers a favor by even talking to you, so I have to give it to them, they do live up to their name, they are HONEST, honest that they are a auto repair shop that DOES NOT want you auto repair business... I recommend you avoid them and go to a real honest, hard working shop that actually values its customers.

They continue to provide friendly, top quality, and professional auto services at a fair and reasonable price. They even provide a ride service from and to their shop. We are also glad we switched from the Ford dealership to Honest Accurate Auto. They always provide a recommendation for current or future services and they aren’t pushy about it. They were booked out a week but fit in my repair. They were friendly and took great care of my car, including wiping down my interior and vacuuming the rugs when they were done. They go far above in service and at a very reasonable price. No wonder they are booked out!

This was my first time using this repair shop. I asked them to replace the timing belt, fan belt, water pump, thermostat, and to check my brakes. My instructions were heard and implemented. They reported that my brake pads had 6mm which confirmed a report I received while on vacation, but it contradicts what a different Colorado Springs shop reported to me a month ago (3mm). Honest Accurate’s report on the brakes was one indication that I can trust this shop. For that reason and all the little extra customer service touches, I will definitely return next time my car needs service.

Absolutely amazing. As a woman it can be hard to find a place that won’t take advantage of you. It runs perfectly now. I had an airbag light on and most places would have told me to replace the airbag. But they found it was just a loose wire. They even fixed my clock!

I was a customer of this business for a number of years. They were my go to when it came to everyday things like oil changes, but I also used them over the years for larger repairs. ( My family also took their 2 cars to them for service and repairs.) I always thought they were trustworthy, transparent and they had won numerous customer awards for their service . They also worked well with my car’s extended warranty which was also very important. My feelings changed when I took my car in for work that was very similar to repairs I had done ( by them) about 11 months earlier and the work had been covered mostly ( minus deductibles) under my car’s extended warranty.( The initial time they had my car for almost a week, but I was able to rationalize it as they were getting everything correctly repaired.) At the time of booking the appointment, I had complained about that similar issues were happening again. I also voiced to them the need to get things taken care of before my car’s extended warranty ended, but I also knew the shop had a ‘work guarantee’on previous work so I wasn’t sure how the repairs and billing would happen. The gal at check in assured me it would be no issue and they would get everything promptly and quickly assessed. They had my car for 2 days and kept telling me they couldn’t find anything wrong. Finally on day 3 they told me it would need a new transmission. By this time my warranty had expired and both the shop and the warranty company said there was nothing they could do. I was livid as I made it very clear at time of taking my car in what the issues were and how they almost mimicked previous complaints I had. A transmission is a big ticket item and nothing I was prepared to have to repair especially outside of my warranty. If the transmission was going that should have been noticed when I brought my car in almost a year earlier. I fought with numerous people at both the warranty company and Honest Accurate Auto. Finally Paul of Honest Accurate said he could replace the transmission for a slightly lesser price of $4000, but that was still outside my budget. So I picked up my car and began shopping around. I was advised by friends to take my car to another shop for a second opinion, so I did so. That shop found nothing wrong with the transmission, but did find some errors in the work that Honest Accuate had done. By this time I had no faith in Honest Accurate, so I paid the second shop close to $500 to repair the errors. (Still much less than a new transmission.) In conclusion, I would not recommend Honest Accurate. Again they were good in the beginning, but I will never take a car to them after the last experience I had. (Also my family no longer takes their cars to them either.)

Honest Accurate has always been GREAT place to have service done on my car. If anything, please try find a better place for cheaper parts. Labor cost is high, but it is what is. Thanks Dylan for working on my car.

We have a 2015 corolla that was making a horrible noise in the front and had zero faith in toyota fixing it. I needed help looking at a knocking sound my Subaru started making. They took my car in even though they were booked up and looked at it and fixed what they could diagnose in just a couple of days.They were very professional, friendly and kept me updated on what was going on. They even discounted the diagnostic fee after all was said and done.I would go to them again without hesitation!

Pre purchase inspection. According to the inspection my vehicle is in good condition and has no maintenance issues. The staff were good at communicating and were very friendly as well. The inspection was done in a timely manner. I would have liked to talk directly with the technician who did the inspection but maybe he was busy when I came to pick up my truck. Overall a good experience and glad I took my vehicle here.

First off I would highly recommend this company not only for the professionalism they serve at the front desk, but also how thorough the techs are with my vehicle. Thanks for the diligence and thorough work on my used truck/ given it’s age and mileage, it required quite a bit of upgrades but it runs beautifully now. Very impressed with the conscientious care plus the warranty on repairs.

Didnt get my car worked on but they did a free check and the individual who did the check offered me to have it looked at by him (briefly) to see if there was anything he could see. After 20 minutes he brought me back and showed me that there was nothing he could see. He then presented me with the option of having a tech do a diagnostic exam of my truck. He eloquently and fully explained everything about pricing. It was a pleasant 1 hour side quest. Turns out my truck had no issues, its just like that. But if something was wrong Id definitely go back to this fine establishment.

Very nice and helpful shop. I came in to get my brake fluid flushed per the service manual. Doing the routine inspection they noticed several other minor things that required attention. Chloe then reached out to me with pricing and an accurate explanation of the issues and if they required immediate attention for safety. Very kinda and helpful and has the work done without delay.

I brought my vehicle in about a year ago, due to an issue with my window regulator. It had snapped and prevented my window from rolling up or down. Over the course of the day, they kept me updated on what happened with my vehicle. The work they performed was fantastic, and they even vacuumed my vehicle and cleaned the windows!A few months back, my window broke again. I took it back into them, and they found the window regulator that we had just replaced was a bad part, and had bent! They replaced it under warranty at no cost to me, and the window has been working fantastic since! They even cleaned my car again!It was a fantastic experience, and my technician, Austin, was so excited to work on my Nissan! I highly recommend him, and this shop! They were fantastic! Brought my 2014 Hyundai in for an AC and sunroof issue. I was very pleased with the service and diagnosis. Turns out the sunroof has a service notice from Hyundai so I wasnt charged for that and the AC was fairly minor and was out of there for way less than anticipated. THANK YOU !!!

Had the vehicle towed to their shop because it wouldnt start. I assumed it was either the starter or the ignition switch and since the starter is very difficult to get to and I had no way to test/remove it, on the tow truck it went. After some excellent diagnostic work the team determined it was simply a damaged wire saving me tons of money.

Lorin here, i highly recommend this repair shop. I recently took my Jeep Wrangler to them for a few repairs. As with any good repair shop they were busy and I had to wait until the following day til my repairs were finished, but it was worth it and they did a great job, I was back on the road commuting thru the gap that following day and I didn’t have to question if I was going to possibly break down because I was aware that they have won the “best of” (Colorado Springs) award several years in a row, and I was there to see their achievement a couple of years back. I have been having issues with my tire/wheel for a while now. On a recent trip, I took it up here! Unfortunately, I was not going to be there long enough for them to help much. They happily gave me advice and pointed me in a good direction of what to look for whenever I got back home. They didnt need to help as I wasnt going to be leaving my car overnight with them, but they still helped. They seem to be awesome people and they really do put the customers before the money, from what Ive personally witnessed.

These guys live up to their name. They consistently provide thorough explanations for any repairs they feel may be warranted, and always give me the info I need to make an informed decision. Ive been using them for about 4 years now, and I fully trust them with complete care of my vehicle, from regular oil changes to more major repairs. On some occasions, they have expressed concern over some sound or another in my well-loved car and investigated it, and have never once charged me for this extra work when everything looked fine - I love knowing I can bring my car here, have it thoroughly inspected, and be charged fairly while also getting detailed info on results of any inspection. They also operate a friendly, convenient, and free shuttle service. I recommend these guys to everyone I know, and although I havent used the West location personally, Ive heard equally rave reviews from there. BONUS POINTS: Occasionally you get to see and pet the cutest dog in the world, Chewy (who is also not the kind of dog to bug you if youd prefer not to pet the cutest dog in the world). My only complaint about Honest Accurate Auto: they wont come with me when I move! :)

After trying to find a good mechanic, we finally found one. They were professional and friendly and they responded back with a quote for our car within the same day. The price was reasonable and they even cleaned and vacuumed out the front part of our car. What surprised me was a treat left on the passenger seat with a card about the mechanic who worked on our car. Not to mention they are not even 5 minutes away from our house. We will definitely be returning for the future. Thank you.

I came here in October after being told by toyota I needed two services done immediately which seemed off to me. I came to honest auto and Paul informed me at some point its smart to do them for upkeep but it is no where near urgent. That alone earned my respect from his honesty. At that same appointment I had him check a noise my car was making which at the moment he couldnt pinpoint but said its definitely no where near being a saftey issue. Well this noise has gotten a little worse and annoying for me so I called and spoke to Marcia. They got my vehicle in that same day with no hassle. I did a drive around to point the noise out and how to get it to happen with Paul and I have never felt so taken care of. Not once was he annoyed by my questions and me overly asking the same thing over and over. He spent easily an hour with me just answering all my concerns. This has never happened before I have always been brushed off or been told to just try different things to fix the issue. Honest auto with not just change things to see if it will help, they go in and ensure they know the issue and ensure they can fix it. Words can not express how thankful I am to have Marcia as my advisor who went above and beyond and Paul who is easily the reason I will only allow my vehicle to go to this shop for any further needs. Outstanding service!My idler pulley seized on my truck snapping the serpentine belt leaving me stranded miles from home.Ted at Honest Accurate Auto took care of me within a few hours and had me back on the road. So very appreciative of the friendly, honest and speed at which they looked after me. I looked at the reviews online before visiting. That’s how I picked them. They have excellent reviews. I have only been there once for an oil change and tire rotation but was happy with whole experience. If things change I will change my review.

I love that they have a shuttle service and how they give my car back to me cleaner than when I left it with them.The people there are very friendly and helpful. Their service is thorough and they provide a detailed list of everything theyve checked with pictures and feedback, which is really helpful so you can plan servicing when your budget allows (and before it becomes a major problem).

Great auto maintenance and repair shop to deal with! Always upfront and “Honest” about what does and what does not need to be done!
