They repaired the brakes under warranty which I did not know they were under warranty. They also changed my spark plugs and did a quality job and did not charge extra for items I would not have known about. I have used them for a few years and they are always fairly priced and do quality work and are honest.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the moment I entered the door, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. As a woman who does not know much about cars, I always get nervous to take my car in. However, these guys made my visit very comfortable. All of my questions were answered and the staff showed professionalism and honesty while doing so. This place is great, I highly recommend!

We just moved here to Colorado Springs and Im pleased that the expectations lived up to the reviews. Ive got an old car that needs a lot of work and they could certainly fix it but they were honest with me about the pros and cons of getting it fixed versus trying to find a new vehicle. Rather than try to make a killing on a vehicle they knew was on its last legs, they have me an honest answer about the realistic choices. The mechanics and sales people seemed very knowledgeable and nobody was pushy . Theyve got a really cool program where you get your report online and theres videos showing what they have inspected and what it looks like so you can understand it. Since it looks like in the end Im gonna end up needing a new vehicle Im definitely going to take it to Adam and sons for a prepurchase vehicle inspection.

The employees there were so helpful and broke it down to every little detail, what was going on with other my car. And found the problem. I love how they have photos and updates on the page to show me what is going on. They took their time to make sure my car was ready to hit the road again and this won’t ever happen again. If I wasn’t recommended to them, I know I’ll be paying crazy account at the dealership and probably bringing it back in again like I did in the past.. thank you guys again!! I took my tires to be mounted and balanced at another shop. They put one tire one inside-out (I know, right?) and torqued the lug bolts so tight that I couldnt get them off with an impact or 4ft breaker. Another enthusiast referred me to Adam and Son. I called them the next day, explained my predicament and they took me in immediately (even though they were booked solid).A manager and tech took the job. Prior to starting, they stressed to me the potential damage that could occur from breaking loose the over-torqued bolts, what the course of action would be if there was damage, and took my explicit consent to start. They managed to get the bolts off, remounted the tire correctly, and reinstalled the wheel without any damage, in less than an hour.While I waited, I had great conversations with several of the staff and got to see their stellar interactions with other customers over the phone and in person. The Adam and Son location on Briargate is extremely clean, has wonderful staff, and the service provided was exceptional. I would recommend them to my mother.Thank you Derek, Jakob, James, Scott, and all the other staff! I couldnt be happier.

They did top shelf work on my 2007 Avalanche (and it wasnt just because I gave them cigars the last time they worked on my truck). They use a system that keeps me informed via text messaging. Minutes after my vehicle was in an accident, I called Adam and Son Auto Repair. It was 4:30 on a Friday evening and the man I spoke to was beyond kind to me. I cant recall his name, but his patience and kindness meant so much to me. My vehicle had severe auto body damage (and ended up being totaled out), so he suggested taking it to a body shop first. He recommended an incredible body shop to me that my car did end up getting towed to.In the future, I will bring my new vehicle to Adam & Sons Auto Repair because of how incredible this man was. Man, Adam and Son saved me from a really bad experience. I had been using another shop and the old place quoted me $840 for an oil leak, turns out when they did my previous oil change, they didnt tighten the oil filter enough and it was leaking. Adam and Son caught it right away and changed my oil and put on a new filter. No more leak! These people are knowledgeable and reliable. They were also able to find damage from an old incident that was never caught before and were able to help me get it covered by insurance even though it was 2 years past the accident. Will take my cars there forever.

The guys at Adam and Son are top notch and honest. I had them perform an inspection and oil service/tire rotation on my 2007 Subaru Outback and they did a great job. The technician was very thorough and photographed every area of concern. The explanation given for each area was easily understood by me and was very thorough as well. Service was first class, team was very good with keeping me informed and unto date at all times. Labor cost were reasonable and as expected. I do have concerns regarding the cost of the new part that was purchased (Fuel Pump) that cost over $600. This seemed very expensive for a fuel pump, more than double prices that I have found on my own. Other than that, I would recommend Adam & Sons.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!I dropped off my truck for routine diagnostic and repair. I was told it would be done in a day, three days go by and its still not fixed. They use to be really good at what they do, however theyve dropped the ball. Ive called consistently to see the status of my truck since I rent it out on Turo and they kept saying it will be ready by the time its rented. Well time has come and now my rental truck isnt ready.

Great customer service and communication and very detailed report with photos demonstrating the extent of the work prior to quote. When I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work on my car (headlight, flange repair, spark plugs, cabin air filter) they got me a loaner car, worked with my tight schedule, and reinspected at no cost to find out what the continuing noise in the engine was. They went the extra mile to make sure they completely understood the noise and then were able to explain what was happening and why further repairs were not needed.

They know what theyre doing and Ive been happy with work Ive had done, for the most part. I will say their prices are pretty much what I pay the dealer to fix my truck or car. They are expensive often times, including for my most recent repair quote. They wanted double what two other mechanics quoted. Now they say its because they do more than others, but I find it hard to believe its worth double the price.

I thought my starter was bad so i had my truck towed here to get it fixed. then they called me to say it was just a loose connection and that they fixed it with no charge to me, not even a diagnostic fee. thanks guys! i just spent $3,500 getting the transmission rebuilt so it was nice not to have spend several hundred dollars more so soon.

I schedule an interior cleaning and paid $132- got my car in at 10am, asked if they would send me updates/recommendations regrading paint repair service. Heard nothing until 5pm. By the time I got my car, it was dark and I couldn’t see the interior cleaning. It wasn’t horrible, but definitely not worth $132. Areas not cleaned and splatter from cleaning solution. When I talked with them about the service they said they were new at detailing and I could come in and they would address my concerns. Lastly, the gentleman who checked me in was not wearing a mask- which was clearly mandated on their door. Wish I could post pics.

I took my car to Adam and Son around october of last year because my transmission was giving up…not only did my transmission go out…but my engine was really messed up and my twin turbos…I luckily had a warranty that covered majority of the repairs…the staff here at this location are certainly Almighty in my opinion…best customer service…professional…great proficiency…my car was a special situation…they worked with me through the long waiting periods for parts…even provided me with reliable transportation while my car was being fixed….if I had the option I’ll give these guys a 1-million star rating

I brought my car in a couple weeks ago and they were super awesome, they walked me through what was going to happen and kept me in the loop even things as little as hey we are down a couple people and may not see your car today.When they figured out my issue and seen that insurance wouldnt cover me they offered to help me look for a new car and didnt even charge to have it looked at or overnight fees!!!They really know how to make you feel like family even of it i was a first timer!!! Im a delivery driver and this is the 2nd time in the past year Ive trusted Adam & Son on Briargate with repairing my old 97 Subaru Outback (first time was a suspension & alignment issue & this past visit they repaired a speed sensor issue/power steering problem that popped up last week in our beautiful -20F winter weather). Both times I have been met with highly courteous and professional staff who were nothing but a pleasure to do business with.These guys are honest and keep you very up to date with whats going on with your vehicle throughout the maintenance/repair procedure. No surprise costs getting added out of nowhere. Very polite staff. The service is beyond exceptional. The pay it forward program is a blessing. The rental vehicle while my car is serviced is wonderful! These guys are great. I dropped my car off to have a rounded bolt removed on a Thursday right before they closed, and fully expected to wait until Monday to get the consensus on my car as they had explained they were booked pretty heavily and were also a mechanic short. Instead, they got the bolt out the very next day, replaced it with a new bolt, and I was back on the road in no time. I normally work on my own car for the most part, but I just didnt have the tools, the time, or the patience to get that bolt off. If theres anything I dont feel confident repairing in my car, Ill be stopping by Adam & Son for sure.

This was my second visit to Adam & Son and I feel like I finally have my own mechanic. They got me in quickly, explained everything well, set my expectations properly (timing and cost), and they met my expected timeline for the repair. Their service report is invaluable and I feel like I have a custom map to care for my car. The guys at the counter are always beyond amazing and this is a place where I feel my car and I are well-cared-for.

I was referred to Adam and Sons Auto from Dog House Auto- Dennis. I couldn’t be more happy with their service techs and service manager. A rear valve leak ended up being both valves leaking. I was worried about the high cost so they referred me to apply for their snap loan and pay my large bill over time. 100 days same as cash- which is the only way I could handle the cost. Approval was fast and parts were ordered. So thankful for their customer service and answering any questions I had. Will use them again and refer anyone to them with their car issues. Smooth process with people that actually care!

The guys at Adam and Son were just about the best mechanics Ive met - quoted me $200 less on the job than some competitors, offered a photographic breakdown of the necessary repair needs, got the work done ahead of schedule and even provided me with a loaned vehicle for free until my car was ready for pick up. I wanted to give them 5 stars for the work performed, as the interior detailing on my vehicle was exceptional! The one thing that was a bit frustrating was that, when I booked the appointment the week prior, I was clear with the gentleman on the phone that I understood they would need my vehicle all day and they provide a loaner vehicle, and that I would need to take that loaner vehicle to Denver to pick up a family member at DIA. I was upfront in case that was going to be a problem and he told me it would be fine. When I went to drop off my car for the day, the young man behind the counter stated they had a staff meeting that morning and my using a loaner to go to Denver came up and it was decided - the morning I came to drop off my car - that I couldnt do that. If it was a problem, I should have been told days in advance so I could have time to either 1.) change my appointment to another day when I was going to be in the Springs all day, or 2.) arrange other transportation. As it was, it threw off the day big time and I was scrambling to find proper transportation. Obviously there was a communication issue as to policy.I mentioned all of this to the young man who helped me in person and he agreed. He was extremely apologetic. I appreciated how he handled it.EDITED: Thank you for your prompt response. I have no clue where someone got Im leaving on a trip and want to leave your loaner at DIA from I need to drive to DIA to pick up my son and get him back to the Springs Monday afternoon, which is what I explained when booking the appointment. I appreciate the explanation.

I took my 2001 Ford expedition to thembecause my check engine light was blinking. They were able to diagnose and fix my issue and now my truck runs a million times better. There was also an adjacent issue that came up when I picked up my truck, but they fixed that issue with no charge to me. That is what I call being a true professional and great customer service. I will absolutely use you guys again

Overall I like this shop. Nice people. Work is always completed on time. And I dont question their work, its good. Labor costs seem a bit much depending on the repair. I was charged $111 to put on a new idler arm and pulley. It has ONE BOLT and is super easy to get to. Belt was already off for another repair. Very excessive charge for a 5 min job at worst. Also parts seem to be marked up. I was able to buy the same arm/pulley for nearly $90 less at the parts store. They were cool with me providing the parts though, so it wasnt a problem.

Everyone was in a wonderful mood and welling to make sure we understood everything that was wrong with my Jeep. They also went above and beyond to make sure everything was fix that needed to be at the moment. They got a long term customer!

I didnt even get any work done, just an evaluation and quote to fix some electronic issues in my vehicle. They were very prompt and respectful. They made it easy to get scheduled for an appointment and even had a texting system to keep you updated with your vehicle while away. They gave honest quotes and even though I didnt have my vehicle serviced for money reasons they were still very courteous and knowledgeable. Will likely return for service eventually.

Rented a u-haul, completely awkward experience, the staff didnt seem to have his communication with one another and it was just weird

Had my vehicle in the shop, they gave me a complementary vehicle to drive while it was in the shop. I bought the vehicle to a different shop, which where my vehicle had a major problem that they couldn’t fix. They referred me to Adam and sons and they did a great job, they rewired my vehicle and it works 10 better than the day I got it, the starter was no longer acting up. At the end of the day, I was happy with the work they did, I would definitely come back here for future problems. The pricing was reasonably but in the end it was well worth it preventing thousands of dollars of repairs.

After taking my Jeep to multiple other shops to try and get a noise fixed, Adam & Son was the only one to find it and fix it. Their text messaging service is super convenient and had clear pictures of what was causing the noise. Their pricing is great and they always stand behind their work. My fiancé’s parents took their car to them after hearing about my experience and LOVED the work they did. They were super flexible when I had to bring my car in right before heading back to college and they accommodated me no questions asked. What a fantastic shop with great Service Techs and great mechanics. Will only ever recommend them for any car work in Colorado Springs.

Extremley happy with the service we recieved from Adam & Sons. This is the third time I have taken my vehicles to their shop for repairs. Their technicans are very detailed in their inspection process. I like the detailed report that is provided to show what is needing repaired and their recommendations. This is a long wait for an oil change.The the car they lent me was a little sticky inside, needed a wipe down.There are signs at the door asking customers to wear mask and they are provided however only one attendant had one on out of the 4 in the front area.I recommend Adams and Sons!

We brought our car in after it had been serviced at another auto shop, and shockingly we saw significant damage To our car and parts had been broken and cracked from the previous service center we had gone to. Adam & Son took the time to thoroughly inspect and explain what each part was and how the damage affected our car. On top of that, they themselves reached out to the previous service station, had the records pulled, explained to them that this was unacceptable, and in the end, the $2,400 worth of repairs was taken care of by the previous station! In all our years of owning cars and needing repairs, we have NEVER come across such an honest, helpful, truly AMAZING group! We are forever customers of Adam & Son!! I went in because I was worried about a sound and also I thought my windshield wipers weren’t working correctly. Turned out I’m just not at all car savvy in the most embarrassing way and there was nothing at all wrong. James and Sam were both really respectful and kind to me, and took the time to explain in the least patronizing way what was happening in my vehicle. They didn’t charge me at all for the whole ordeal- I will definitely be bringing my car back in if I have any other concerns.

As a first impression from the moment I walked in until the Uber arrived that they scheduled for me I was very impressed with the friendly professional service. They kept me up to date every step of the way. Gave details of the work they had done and what needed to be done. Also gave me a run down on future maintenance or work I may need done. Their estimates on time were pretty exact but the price was estimated to the penny. Ill be taking my vehicles here in the future and hope they keep doing excellent work.They did a good job before so I went back for a repair on a door. The part that I was told was needed was not it was an issue from a previous mechanic who lacked an attention to detail. They told me that the mechanic had been let go from previous issues of the same type and then did not charge me to fix the issue. I really appreciate their honesty. They are amazing on every point I could think to rate them on.

Prefect experience. Friendly and easy to deal with. Hopefully I dont have to use them again, but if I do I know Ill be well taken care of.

These guys are awesome! The bros at the desk are super chill and friendly, and they aren’t pushy (in the sense of wanting you to get the most expensive option done on your car). Ian was great(I hope you get a raise for my review, Ian!!). He answered all of my questions, and the business has a nifty online app that sends you updates on your vehicle. It was so great, because we didn’t have to keep calling back and forth for status updates. I had previously taken my car somewhere else for repairs; but I will never go back there after my experience with Adam & Son. Adam & Son is my go-to from now on!

I’m new to the Springs... Colorado in fact and asked neighbors for recommendations for an auto mechanic. Adam and Son Auto Repair got me in the next day. My van required quite a bit of work but they explained what was needed immediately versus what could wait. I had all the work done but I really appreciated the options.

The salesmen were super kind and worked with me on buying my first car. They made sure to help me out getting the best car and protecting my investment. They were also very knowledgeable about the cars and financing them. Definitely recommend them for your car buying needs!!!

I have used this company quite a few times now and they have always done a good job. I did have a small issue this last time. I contacted them about it and they immediately worked with me on a very fair solution. I feel that I can trust them and that they do care about their customers and its nice to know that they will stand behind their work.

This was my first time taking my vehicle to this repair shop. I like how they have a text message system to let you know the status of your car and they send you a complete report of everything to your phone. I was able to get a loaner car from them which was excellent seeing I was without my car for a couple days.Everyone was very professional and I would definitely take my car back there again.

Adam & Son is by far the best auto repair service I have ever experienced in my 50 + years of owning vehicles. I have had both of my vehicles serviced since I arrived in Colorado Springs 9 months ago and I am thrilled with their honesty, work ethic, and mechanical skills. Their service is impeccable! Each time they supplied my wife and I with loaner vehicles at no cost; we only had to replace the fuel we used. Their final bills have not exceeded their estimates, and on 2 occasions, the final bill was less than the estimates.
