My experience with Full Throttle was awesome! They did things on my car that other mechanics and Auto places said it was difficult to do. George and the rest of the crew at Full Throttle managed to complete the job that other places could not begin. I was really happy and satisfied when I left. I would recommend Full Throttle to anyone and everyone. And I will be dealing with them again in the near future. Theyre the only one thats going to work on my vehicles.

I came over from Auto Masters due to issues with a simp oil change. My experience with full throttle was negative. They have an excuse for everything. Slow, late and did not get anything right the 1st time. George and Don are ok to deal with but the repair was misdiagnosed and the time was long. Paperwork is gauge with no specific description of part. For example fuel pump and sender. 150$What brand, model ?? Warranty?No bueno!Im going back to Tony at Auto Masters next door.

Everyone there was professional and honest with me. My truck was stolen from my apartment, found a month later, and towed to full throttle and honestly I was mentally preparing for the worst and expensive possible diagnosis. It didn’t run had no battery no belts no exhaust no drive shaft etc. They worked with me and handled my situation with care. Their pricing is very reasonable. I am a first time customer and my experience was awesome every time I walked in to make a payment or check up on my truck. I have been in shops where I was treated as less than or a woman that doesn’t know anything. Full throttle did not treat me that way! Highly recommend yaaaas

Wonderful service customer service on point love them

I had my truck towed to this shop because it would not start. The mechanic available didn’t even look at the vehicle, he just immediately tried starting it and it started right up. He said from what he could tell, there shouldn’t be anything preventing it from starting it up. Since the vehicle was already there I asked for an oil change and for them to add fluid to the radiator. It took 3 hours for the oil change when I was told maybe 20 minutes. After two and a half hours I asked for my keys back and I was informed that they “would have to find them” and then after 15 minutes they just moved forward with the oil change even though I asked to leave. After the oil change I’m informed that my water pump is going out, but apparently that wouldn’t stop it from starting. This is true, and it is not true at the same time. My vehicle overheated as a direct result of the water pump going out and THATS why it wouldn’t start. He then sends me home, under the impression that water was added to the vehicle, only for me to find out that NO FLUIDS WERE ADDED AT ALL. The negligence from this mechanic could have left my vehicle seriously damaged- simply because he did not add the fluids like asked.

They changed out my water pump and that was it never made the adjustments what timing you need to do with a water pump and they looked at the catalytic converter they say they took it out put it back because that also was nothing wrong with it had to take it to the actual dealership and they changed out the catalytic converter and also found out they did not properly change out my water pump took it back to have them complete the work and they refused upset because they did not catch what was wrong with the catalytic converter dealership even told us it was taken out and put back in same part I travel from woodland park to colorado springs every day driving my car safely from work and home is all I want but no twice had to pull over cause of the lack of work and safety for their customers. Which should be they first priority. I would recommend nobody go there as soon as they find out you had to take it elsewhere and find other issues all the sudden they dont know what youre talkin about. Is this because Im a female? And I dont know what Im talking about??? Thanks for taking advantage of healthcare workers that care.UPDATE......DECIDED To speak back with them about my disappointment in service after talking decided to move forward and trust them again. Took good care of the issue so far so good I really do hope things go well. Will update again soon. Thank you.*†***************UPDATE: Got my car back George spent time explaining to me in details what he had to do to get my SUV back up to par...I HAVE NOT HAD 1 PROBLEM SINCE!!! THANK YOU DOR MAKING IT RIGHT Ive been able to make it thru the mountains to get to work with no worries. I WOULD GO BACK IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH ANY OF MY VEHICLES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

I had a huge trip coming up all through California and needed to make sure my vehicle would make it through everybody made sure everything was taken care of to ensure my family had a safe trip. Also a friendly staff full of smiles

Don’t go to this place took two months to get a new motor come to find out they only installed a new block and gaskets then on top of that I hit about 450 miles and my motor now haves a rod knock so I recommend you to go somewhere else this place is all bs

Bogus mechanic shop. I higly suggest not doing business with them. They will charge you for services they did not do and when asked about the charges they will make up bogus reasons. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Great place to do alignments

They checked out my brake system and found the problem and had it fixed also they help me with my warranty on my brake pump

We had our 94 Rangers transmission rebuilt here recently and they did a great job at a great price. They did need to order a belt to complete the job and we got the truck back while waiting for that part to come in. We were downright terrified that wed just been ripped off because the truck founded really bad and wasnt shifting well, but it was in tip-top shape once they finished the work. Whew! These guys really know what theyre doing.

Went to these grease monkeys to have a new motor installed. Just got it back almost a year later. Empty, no oil no transmission fluid. Do NOT recommend doing business with these crooks. Terrible customer service and dangerously incompetent. Almost a year to get it back and its empty of oil and transmission fluid...ridiculous!

The best Mechanics in town, their pretty busy though.

They dont let you do negative stars or I would have. These mechanics screwed up my car so bad and all it needed was new spark plugs for maintenance. The car barely ran when I left. I had to go to another mechanic and they gave me a huge list of all the items their mechanic broke in my car. They jacked up my cousins van and my cousin decided to sue. My cousin won the suit and George (owner) said he wasnt the owner but my cousin got the lien and George will start making payments. George has friends and family post reviews on here so that he can get more stars.

Theyve fixed what other places have broken for me and did it a very inexspensive price i love the people with lifted trucks saying theyre alignments still not right maybe dont be an idiot and know what youre doing to your car the place is great and well priced.

Great customer service and a job well done! Definitely will be returning for future needs on my car and truck.

Best mechanic Ive use with a reasonable price

Had my aunt take my cousins car there and they charged her $250 for belts and the car still didnt work so she took it to another place that said the belts were old and were never changed. My aunt called twice to confront the shop and they just kept hanging up on her. No good business and I felt horrible for referring her to them. They used to be fair with good pricing but things have gone down hill. They charged me $77 to replace door clips!!! Never going here again!!

I recommend Noone do business with these people. My truck was stolen from their shop. I took my truck to get motor replaced which they say they did and got paid for. (Never saw any work done to my truck) . They had the only set of keys and the day they told me to come pick up my truck they conveniently lost my keys and wouldnt you know I get a phone call in the morning from George madanado saying my truck was stolen. Yes they showed me a video of someone walking up to my truck the lights flashed so they obviously had the key fob got in the truck and drove away. Not once did they offer to make it right or help out in any way. I had to fill out some paperwork for insurance that asked for vin number on new motor they say they installed. George told me it matches the vin number on my truck which is not possible if they actually put a new motor in my truck and him being the mechanic should know the numbers on the new motor are different. To many things dont add up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They should not be in business . They are not to be trusted.

My friend took his truck there to have the motor replaced. When they called and said it was ready he went there and they said it was stolen from there shop .......... The owner said only 2 people were in his shop 2 women customers.....but there was video of person taking the truck with the keys ......how does that happen...they couldnt find his keys. ...and why would you park a customers vehicle next door at the old carwash.....well the funny part is my wallet and phone were on the floor board it had outlook on it and recorded tge first 2 hours of it on gps and some very nice pictures so i think his truck should be given back and an apology. And the grand that he took out of my wallet ..before it was thrown out.....did i mention it took VERY NICE PICS ....SMILE...

The first time I went there they were very rude and they didnt do the alignment right it was bad pulling so after arguing with the guy he let me bring it back and do it again say hes not going to charge me twice thats real nice of them so I brought it back and its still wrong I have to bring it to another shop so it gets done right stay far away from this place its going to cost you a lot more in the long run
